The tigelle are very good, thin and cut like butter, the gnocco is excellent, soft and tasty, accompanied by excellent cured meats and mixed sauces, congratulations.

Locanda dell'Alpino

20/06/2026: On our way back from a great mountain bike ride around Cavalbianco, we stopped at Alpino. A truly pleasant experience. From the friendliness of the owners to the quality and authenticity of the food. The homemade ravioli and pasta with hare sauce were delicious, the sheep's milk cheese was excellent, and the house red wine was very pleasant. Generous portions and a more than fair bill. Highly recommended for a great lunch!
26/04/2026: Either you know it, or you stumble upon it by chance, or you really have to look for it. It's a small trattoria, on a less-traveled road, off the beaten track. So here you'll find tranquility, silence, courtesy, and above all, good food—simple, but good. Friendly owners, and a chef from the Alpine Corps, and I swear, it's much better than the barracks' slop. 11/81 The hell of Borgo San Dalmazzo (CN)! Coming soon to Genoa! Fairly priced!
