30/03/2026: My wife and I went to Corallo for the first time. The pizza was very good, the service was quick, and above all the waiters were very attentive, even when serving wine and water! Always discreet.

01/04/2026: The pizza my husband and I ate had raw fries on top, and the dough generally didn't taste good. I started having cramps right after eating it. Plus, when we told the cashier, instead of apologizing, the waitress asked questions as if we were idiots and couldn't tell raw frozen fries from well-cooked ones 😁. Terrible experience, and the prices were also exorbitant for the quality, I'm sorry. Lots of buzz and hype, but zero substance.

30/08/2025: My friends are incredibly talented and have extensive experience. They really know how to cook here. The aromas are amazing! Irresistible food: fresh, seasonal, local, and, not surprisingly, honest. Delicious dishes to be savored with your eyes closed or devoured in large quantities. Restorative winter broths with fabulous cappelletti floating in them, tiny—you can fit eight in a spoonful. The lasagna tastes like a soufflé. The tortelli verdi are plump little pillows, seasoned with fresh raw butter. The roasts are justifiably famous, and Obelix would have loved the kid in particular. The wine is red. Let's not forget the desserts; my favorite is the spring strawberry one. I deeply regret the goat cheeses, which weren't made this year 2025, but who knows, next year, I hope. There's a huge vegetable garden next to the house, where preserves and jams are grown. Mountain potatoes, the absolute best, are available for purchase. The food, the family, the stable, the hospitality, it's all WOW.

19/02/2026: A well-maintained, warm, and wooden restaurant on the slopes. Emilian and Tuscan cuisine... excellent pan fritto, tortelli prepared like they once were... homemade polenta and desserts! In short, almost everything is locally sourced... well done, Ms. Piera, good value for money, even with self-service during the ski season.
