17/08/2024: I was very surprised to find cocktails based on mezcal and tequila in Bologna! And they are DELICIOUS! ♥️ for a Mexican expatriate in Europe they made me travel to Mexico ♥️ the cocktails are delicious! I recommend 100% miraculous green and green chili hot peppers… if they are more classic, order a paloma! The tacos are delicious and the guacamole goes without saying! But the star of the night are the cocktails! Congratulations to the team!

29/08/2024: I have been frequenting this place for years with my husband and friends and I must say that it is truly a place of the heart for us.. Always top quality food (in addition to the cutting boards we really like the crostoni), perfect cocktails, but above all it is the combination with the staff and the environment that makes the difference. All the guys in the place are very kind and super nice, in the end even if the place is full they always find you a table and the wait is always minimal. In short.. For a good aperitif/dinner, the. Fabrik is always a safe haven!!

28/07/2024: The LA FATICA tavern is our point of reference for our trips The place is quiet, elegant and very friendly. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a delicious welcome dish, attention that we appreciated very much. The menu starts from the Bolognese tradition, but also offers Mediterranean flavors to discover. We ordered a generous plate of orecchiette and linguine with scampi, cherry tomatoes and rocket, followed by the inevitable chicory. Despite the generous portions, we saved space for the pistachio semifreddo, which was the perfect ending to an excellent dinner. We are particularly fond of Chiara's kindness, friendliness and sweetness, and Filippo's friendliness. Special thanks go to Chefs Pierantonio and Piero, who for the second time amazed us with their skill and passion for cooking. Highly recommended!

01/08/2024: GOOD MORNING I MUST SAY THAT I CHOSEN THIS RESTAURANT BY CHANCE, BECAUSE THE RESTAURANT WHERE I USUALLY EAT WHEN I AM IN CASTEL SAN PIETRO TERME IS CLOSED ON WEDNESDAYS AND SO I DECIDED TO TRY THIS PLACE. I MUST SAY THAT IT WAS A PLEASANT SURPRISE, WE ORDERED A PLATTER OF CURED MEATS WITH CRESCENTINE AND PIADINA, ALL VERY FRESH AND VERY GOOD, FOLLOWING IT WE COULD NOT MISS TAGLIATELLE WITH SAUCE SPECTACULAR HOMEMADE PASTA AND SAUCE CUT WITH A KNIFE, I FORGOTTEN THAT ONE THING IN MY OPINION IT IS NOT INDIFFERENT THAT TODAY WINE IN A CARAFE IS BECOMING INCREASINGLY RARE. I MUST SAY THAT THE DISHES WERE SO ABUNDANT THAT I DIDN'T ORDER ANYTHING MORE, TO FINISH THE OWNER INSISTED THAT I TRY A VERY GOOD HERBAL DRINK, PRICES IN THE NORMAL, IF IT HAPPENS I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK. 17/07/2024: Amazing selection of drinks and food. Really nice, friendly staff who were able to clearly explain different allergens in different choices on the menu. Charming place which is decorated really well.

11/08/2024: There is nothing to say: the pizza is really good; leavened in a superlative way and a mixture of ingredients, which make the difference (we had pizza in pala and a gourmet pizza). Having said that, I was very shocked that there isn't a changing table in the bathroom, that to change a baby you have to wait twenty minutes (kindly asking the room staff first), that there can be none and I mean none for a baby. possibility of modification, for pizzas, and that the outside gives directly onto the parking lot. This makes me turn up my nose a bit. “Waiting times are not a waste of time, but a sign of quality” quote taken from the site. I'm fine with it, as long as, when there are children, time is like money (a restaurateur can't complain about anything) and that you can turn a blind eye... sometimes, not always. Finally, let's close here, the pizza is good and I won't deny it... word of mouth will be there.

09/08/2024: Delicious and digestible pizza shovel. Cozy place, two shifts to eat (7pm and 9pm). Limited places so it is definitely better to book (especially in high season).

30/07/2024: We went twice! Wonderful menu with specials too. Very authentic regional cuisine of Romagna. Great wine list with very helpful and fun friendly staff. The chef has a great understanding of balancing flavours and creating originality with his dishes. We enjoyed our experiences both times.

If I can point out some possible improvements, the appetizer and the gnocchi with clams could benefit from a different consistency, perhaps a little more crumble. In the sweet homage to Sacher, the ice cream covered everything. The mackerel with squaquerone, tagliolini and duck with yuzu were very good for me

17/08/2024: A homely, easy-going environment but excellent first courses, there's no question about that, personally I didn't get second courses but they were certainly excellent given the conditions. Very welcoming and familiar. It's worth stopping by.

17/08/2024: Fantastic experience! The room is small and very welcoming and the environment, in general, is familiar. The lady in the dining room is uniquely kind and very professional in explaining the dishes and the raw materials. What can I say about the cuisine... exceptional! All ingredients of excellent quality. We will be back as soon as possible

03/05/2024: We mainly just did aperitivo, but the wine list is great and I loved the tagliere we ordered (well, I was quite full 😋) Nice date spot, too.

19/04/2024: Ordered two glasses of wine. Not bad, but not even two olives to accompany the drink seems really ridiculous to me... If by default you put all those wonderful things in our case it wasn't like that, not even after our request.
