11/11/2025: It deserves its sixth star, and it is well deserved. A superb culinary experience, with nothing left to chance, from the appetizers to the dessert between courses to pass the time during the otherwise short wait. The atmosphere is comfortable and well-decorated, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, the dishes are exceptional, from presentation to quality, and the variety of dishes offered is good, from tortellini to fish and meat, desserts, and a fine wine list. What can I say? Highly recommended! 👍👍👍

The recipes are revisited with flair and creativity, never losing the authentic flavor of the sea. Attentive service and a pleasant atmosphere: a truly recommended experience for those who love good food and quality!

17/11/2025: So, it's a busy place, given the comings and goings of people for lunch on the weekend, but overall it's still nice and clean. The food is good or average for the location and the quality of the area, with seasonal produce. Service is quick, but given the influx of people, there's nothing to complain about. The girls are friendly and courteous, and the owner is very empathetic. Our only complaint about lunch was the waiter (the only man in the dining room), who was overly intrusive in trying to tell me what to do or not to do with my growing dog. He used a loud voice and was impetuous, not suitable for those looking to enjoy a quiet lunch away from the city, especially when we're spending €50 each. That said, it's fine for a lunch out of town, but given this unpleasant incident, I don't think I'd return.

16/11/2025: Osteria della Rocca is TOP! The kitchen has very long opening hours, and that alone is a good starting point. 😊 We arrived at 2:00 PM, were greeted with a smile, and in no time at all we had our table, which was cleaned with almost obsessive care (another welcome but not a given). We ordered, and the dishes were excellent and served promptly. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes and prices. The staff is fast, courteous, friendly, and professional. The restaurant, although busy at all hours, is well-kept and very clean. It's about a 10-minute drive from Rocchetta Mattei and is definitely worth a stop if you're in the area.

27/09/2025: First time here. Michele makes you feel at ease right away. Ada's dishes are truly special. The paccheri with fish sauce are out of this world. The main courses and desserts are equally as good. As for dessert, I recommend "OOPS..." Try it, it's worth it! Great job guys, keep it up. We'll be back soon! 👍

16/11/2025: The place is a bit small but the food is like a great restaurant, everything is really excellent starting from the service, from the starter to the dessert, everything is delicious but a special mention goes to the cotoletta alla petroniana, among the best I have ever eaten, medium-high price but it is worth it

Impeccable service, friendly, helpful, and pleasant staff, excellent food quality (and quantity), a well-kept and clean environment, and a decidedly fair value. This is definitely a restaurant I will recommend far and wide.

07/12/2025: Hidden away in the narrow streets of Imola, getting there is a truly special experience. It's absolutely worth it. Stepping inside feels like stepping back in time; there's a beautiful underground level. As for the food, everything you choose is excellent. They also have a wide selection of wines. The staff is incredibly friendly and will always be happy to help or answer any questions you may have about the dishes, wines, and even the history of the restaurant.

15/11/2025: It's the first time we've been there but we've already seen what to have next time...characteristic atmosphere...and "historic" dishes...unforgettable tagliatelle not to mention the dessert

21/11/2025: A sensational experience, carefully selected raw materials, beautiful, bold flavors, especially the nettle tagliatelle with a generous ragù. I barely even mopped it up three times to finish it, then the Fassona tartare—what can I say? A treat for the palate. I will definitely be back to try more of Alessio's dishes; I'm incredibly curious.

02/12/2025: The restaurant is elegant without being snobbish. The owner is very friendly, and the waitress is equally friendly. We decided to try the tasting menu, and it was a pleasant experience. The flavors were distinct and persistent, and decidedly harmonious. The wine pairings were also absolutely in keeping with the tasting. They also have an excellent selection of gin. Highly recommended.

30/11/2025: A restaurant with a capital R. In my opinion, it definitely deserves more recognition. Divinely executed dishes, fantastic menu. Excellent service, creating the perfect blend of great professionalism without excessive formality. I'd say the right word is Balance. The same balance you find between excellent quality and, as I see it, very fair prices. The staff in the dining room do a remarkable job. The atmosphere is perfect: welcoming, warm, and almost family-like. I think this place will go far, and it deserves it.
