21/07/2025: An excellent osteria with top-notch quality and courtesy, serving traditional dishes as well as some innovative options (like the clam and glasswort soup, a perfect combination). If you're in the area, I absolutely recommend trying it, but even if you're not, it's worth the trip.

19/07/2025: Excellent restaurant. Very good food with good fresh produce. Impeccable service. Very friendly staff. We had seafood pasta and fried calamari and octopus...delicious...fair prices.

27/07/2025: Saraceno in Bologna was a true culinary paradise! The tasting menu was a revelation, with simply exquisite cooked, raw, and marinated appetizers. The two first courses offered by the chef were impressively sophisticated: the risotto and ravioli were incredibly good and beautifully presented. As my first time writing a review, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and presentation of the dishes. I highly recommend trying this restaurant!

25/07/2025: A place dear to our hearts! If only there were more of them in Italy and around the world... how could we realize a socially useful and highly worthy project, to the complete satisfaction of our customers? We ate a lot and very well, in a cheerful and crowded place surrounded by nature. The service was fast and the prices were very reasonable, with a variety of menu options to choose from based on our appetite. Since we overindulged, we asked to take away the remaining food, which was beautifully packaged for us.

10/08/2025: We had dinner at Il Posto restaurant on Via Cadriano. Delicious dishes with sophisticated pairings. Excellent quality fish. The lovely garden atmosphere is ideal for a summer evening not far from the city. Impeccable service. It's a shame about the loud DJ-style background music, which really doesn't fit the atmosphere. The prices are definitely high.

The food was abundant, exceptional, and excellent. The tiramisu was simply spectacular. Thank you so much. You gave us a dinner we'll never forget.

02/06/2025: We had lunch here for the first time yesterday, June 1st. Excellent food with really quality ingredients, refined but simple cuisine and very fast and attentive service despite the full crowd. The only flaw: small place with tremendous confusion but this is certainly not the fault of the managers. Really excellent, we will return, maybe not on the weekend (Giovanni and Anna)

13/07/2025: A typical local restaurant serving authentic dishes: homemade pasta dishes, desserts, and crescentine (fun fact: the crescentine mutton on the menu is called tigella). The mushroom tortelloni and tagliatelle with ragù are truly excellent! The venison and cheesecake with plum jam from their farm are also delicious. Highly recommended for those looking to unwind for a few hours (your cell phone signal is unlikely)!

08/07/2025: It's rare these days to sit outside in a restaurant (a beautiful one, at that), with a fantastic evening breeze, eating and drinking excellently whatever dish or wine you order, carefully tended by the bubbly and attentive Alessandra! What a summer evening to remember (and, of course, an experience to repeat). Truly superb!

11/08/2025: For the night of San Lorenzo, we chose to enjoy a culinary experience with Chef Andrea Funi. Welcomed to the restaurant's charming terrace at sunset, we immediately felt at ease, pampered by the chef and his warm staff. We began with a sampling of exquisite local cured meats, paired with the chef's homemade bread and fried greens with a hint of mint—a flavorful yet refreshing combination that delighted our palates. Continuing the meal, the classic tagliatelle Bolognese proved a true delight, followed by an excellent stuffed quail: a delicate yet flavorful dish. The desserts were a real surprise—excellent in every way, with balanced flavors and inviting presentations. And to complete the culinary experience, the 2021 Chardonnay Riserva, recommended by the chef, was a perfect choice: fruity, fresh, and the ideal accompaniment to every dish. I highly recommend Chef Andrea Funi's restaurant to anyone looking for fine cuisine with attention to detail and a quality wine selection. Thank you again. See you next time. Remigia and Vincenzo

18/07/2025: I don't usually leave reviews—and I regret not taking photos that would reflect the dishes—but here I felt an exception was warranted. I consider this trattoria the ideal place to enjoy a good meal before the hustle and bustle of life. It's one of those places where absolute silence reigns as soon as the dishes arrive, as you're captivated by the authentic goodness of the carefully assembled ingredients. An excellent introduction to those visiting the Bolognese Apennines for the first time, as well as the perfect stop for a dinner with friends and/or family. The authenticity of tradition and values passed down from generation to generation shines through in the rigorously hand-rolled dough, the portions that remain as generous as ever, and the flavors that are unfortunately found less and less frequently. It's truly difficult to find a dish that's poorly executed or out of place, so offering menu recommendations is difficult and perhaps even wrong; you always end up on your feet. The quality/price ratio, considering the quantity, is truly enviable these days. Honorable mention also goes to the staff: very friendly and, above all, attentive to all diners' needs, without ever being intrusive. There are several vegetarian options, which is not a given, and the desserts are excellent. I'd say it's definitely worth a try :)
