17/02/2026: After being there years ago, I didn't have the chance to go back for about ten years. It was a good experience then, and even better after returning. It's not exactly a trattoria, more of a restaurant. Prices are average, but you still leave full. The cuisine features both traditional and more sophisticated elements, but everything is excellent, starting with the welcome offering of mortadella and capon meatballs. Fassona beef tartare, Jewish-style artichokes, crepes, and Brunello di Montalcino risotto—all spectacular, beautifully presented. The portions aren't truck-sized, but they're just right, and the desserts are excellent too. The menu changes about monthly, but it's always consistently top-notch. It's also nice to chat with the chef. They have a decent wine cellar, but I have to say the house red, Sangiovese, was still very good (I don't know if that was luck). The bill: for two, two first courses, two appetizers, two desserts, water, wine, total €90—well-deserved, and perhaps not even that much considering the quality.

14/02/2026: A truly sensory experience where the pleasure of taste exceeded every expectation. The dishes were beautiful to look at, the service excellent, and 5 stars for the chef, who is truly one of a kind.

29/06/2026: Welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff. Abundant food, the crescentine were good. Mixed fried food could be improved. It's a shame there's no air conditioning. Prices are a bit high compared to the other options.

12/02/2026: We had a wonderful experience at L’Azdôra Pasta Fresca Pedagna in Imola. The fresh pasta was absolutely delicious and tasted truly homemade. I had the quadretti ripieni al ragù (stuffed square pasta with meat filling and ragù), and it was fantastic. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the meat filling was rich and flavorful, and the ragù was authentic and comforting. Finished with Parmigiano Reggiano, it was simple yet incredibly satisfying — exactly what you hope to eat in Bologna. You can really taste the tradition and quality of fresh handmade pasta. A must-visit if you want to experience true Bolognese cuisine. We will definitely come back next time we are in Imola! 😊🍝

18/06/2026: I've been going to Biscotteria da Signor Sambri for at least 30 years. He's a true pastry chef, both for sweet and savory treats. He offers a wide selection of pastries and biscuits, gluten-free for celiacs and sugar-free for diabetics. He's incredibly talented and knows how to listen and understand your needs. The gluten-free cakes are amazing. We've always received compliments on the deliciousness of the desserts he serves on special occasions. I recommend him without hesitation!

10/05/2026: I'm writing this just as I'm having dinner alone on a trip to Bologna... a fantastic discovery... a perfect place, the perfect place to enjoy simple dishes, yet extraordinarily prepared with care and simplicity. 18/07/2026: This trattoria reflects Bolognese tradition, offering tagliatelle with ragù or friggione, balanzoni, tortellini, tortelloni with butter and sage, crescentine with cured meats, cotoletta alla Bolognese, as well as Fassona beef tartare, Angus beef carpaccio, and a rotating vegetarian dish. The quality, service, and location are excellent.

09/06/2026: OMG I've been looking for Space Man IPA all over Italy now. Was first introduced to the beer here. Had a beautiful time with the staff - laughing, sharing beer stories and sampling great Italian beers. I didn't rate on food but the french fries 🍟 are next level and and outstanding treat to soak up some booze. Cheers enjoy this small joint 🍻

16/05/2026: If you're passing through Castel San Pietro Terme, on the Via Emilia, be sure to have lunch here: the food is heavenly! It's a bit of an unusual location, being located on the grounds of a gas station and car wash, but I can assure you the chef is on par with even the most celebrated pan artists. Emilian cuisine at its finest. I had crescentine with cured meats, passatelli, and waffles with gelato and black cherries. Everything was delicious; the crescentine were fried to perfection, and the portions were generous. The atmosphere was clean, the staff were courteous and extremely helpful, and the service excellent. I'll definitely be back.

19/04/2026: I was walking around here in Pratello, and the name intrigued me. I went in and saw these wonderful pizzas... Just looking at them, they were mind-blowing. Then, when he told me the flavors, I couldn't resist and went straight for dinner here. I ordered: ricotta and salami and parmesan; salmon, ricotta and zucchini; pumpkin, cabbage and capocollo; potatoes, spinach and pancetta. Then, because I wanted to try other flavors, I also stopped by the herb market and ordered: sausage and broccoli rabe; Margherita with yellow tomato sauce, which was delicious; speck and burrata and radicchio; ricotta with pancetta and caramelized onions; ham, squacquerone and zucchini. Among all these, I couldn't find a favorite because they were all really, REALLY good, with super soft dough and high-quality toppings. I was truly surprised and happy to have discovered this place because I'll try to stop by more often. Unfortunately, the prices aren't that low; each slice is quite expensive, but in the end, With 4-5 pieces you'll be satisfied, and for what they offer, I'd say it's fair. I also have to thank the girl at the counter for her kindness and friendliness. The guy at the market was also helpful and very professional, so I'd say the staff was well chosen. I'll definitely be back.
