09/02/2026: I visited Drogheria Bergamini for the first time 15 years ago with a group of friends. It was a humid winter afternoon. We stopped for a snack, a few slices of cake, and a delicious zabaglione coffee. We met Mr. Duilio, who proudly showed us around his shop and his wonderful cellar. He did it with such kindness and rare humanity that this place has remained in my heart. 15 years later, I returned yesterday almost by chance. It was 2:30 pm. I decided to go in with my family. I began by saying, "I was here 15 years ago. I remember tasting a delicious zabaglione coffee. Do you still make it?" The owner, I assume the son of the elderly Duilio, looked at me as if I had offended him, as if I had asked the unspeakable. He said, "We're not a coffee shop, we're in full service, we have another job." More or less. I thanked him and left. Now the new owner will probably respond to this review with his own very valid reasons. But what ultimately remains is a lesson in the lack of courtesy and customer service. It would have been enough to say, "I'm sorry, but we can't accommodate you right now. Come back later, maybe for a dessert, and I'll let you try the zabaglione coffee," and I swear I would have gone back. But the old Duilio is gone at the grocery store; times have changed, things move quickly, and there's no time left even to find the right words to keep a customer. What a shame.

21/02/2026: What a joke. Waitress asks if we want to eat. We say yes. Seats us at a table and gives us food menues. Comes back five minutes later. We say what we want to eat - she says "sorry, kitchen closed". Thought she was trolling us at first. Everyone around us was eating food. Great waste of ten minutes...

12/01/2026: Now, I'm not one for reviews. But I have to be honest, WHAT A RAGÙ! Before catching my plane back to London, I wanted to make a nice tagliatelle with ragù without straying too far from the station, and here it is! I ended up going out, thinking I couldn't ask for more! The comfort is that of home, the smiles are genuine, and the ragù... ragù, guys! THE RAGÙ! Congratulations! See you soon!

16/01/2026: I've been to this restaurant twice, and I still dream of those wonderful cacio e pepe spaghetti with raw prawns. Truly amazing. I gave the service a 4 because, although the staff was really friendly and knowledgeable, the second time I went, the service was a little slow. I'm sure it was a coincidence! I can't wait to go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Vini&Sapuri. We continued on our way and will return from Mallorca, Spain.
