15/02/2026: Ww would have liked to try it, but despite being open until 16:00 on a Sunday and us showing up at 14:30, and there being two empty tables perfect for our party of 10, we were turned away because "the kitchen is closed". That, or they just couldn't be bothered to serve 10 more clients. Looked nice, but turned out to be a waste of time. I doubt we will return. Wonderful business model!
14/02/2026: We ate well in a welcoming and informal atmosphere. The only downside was the 500ml plastic water bottles.

12/02/2026: We had a wonderful experience at L’Azdôra Pasta Fresca Pedagna in Imola. The fresh pasta was absolutely delicious and tasted truly homemade.
I had the quadretti ripieni al ragù (stuffed square pasta with meat filling and ragù), and it was fantastic. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the meat filling was rich and flavorful, and the ragù was authentic and comforting. Finished with Parmigiano Reggiano, it was simple yet incredibly satisfying — exactly what you hope to eat in Bologna.
You can really taste the tradition and quality of fresh handmade pasta. A must-visit if you want to experience true Bolognese cuisine.
We will definitely come back next time we are in Imola! 😊🍝

This is my second time at this restaurant. The food is very good, rigorously handmade, with meticulous attention to detail.
I'm also in the business, and I know how to recognize those who work with substance.
In an industry where people often only want to impress with a mania for innovation and appearance, I'm very happy when I find someone who maintains quality, traditional cuisine with a passion for good food!
My compliments for the cuisine and also for the welcome, which exudes true HOSPITALITY!

The staff is courteous and helpful. The prices are absolutely affordable, in line with the quality offered.
Highly recommended for lovers of good food, with a touch of typical mountain produce such as porcini mushrooms, truffles, or game (in the first courses).

We had 4 borlenghi... a little too crumbly... the one with stracchino and arugula... practically nonexistent stracchino...
Then we had fried frog and fried fish... quite good...
Unfortunately, the price was out of reach... €90... with house wine... seems a bit excessive.

Wonderful meat and traditional dishes, served with the warmth of authentic Bologna.
The pasta is absolutely divine.
A thrilling menu and a selection of Black Bay gins to fall in love with.
30/12/2025: Wow! An absolute gem in Bologna. Don’t be fooled by how unassuming this place looks from the outside. The food here was outstanding. Without exaggeration, this was the best meal we had in Bologna and honestly across all of Italy.
If you’re looking for truly traditional Bolognese food, this is the place. The handmade tortellini were beautiful — delicate, rich, and clearly made with so much care. Every dish we tried was exceptional.
The service made the experience even better. Everyone was so lovely, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel completely at home. They were incredibly accommodating and clearly passionate about what they do.
A must-visit if you’re in Bologna - can’t recommend Osteria Black Bay highly enough.
