27/05/2025: This place is CRAZY, but in the most POSITIVE sense. Seven stars for value-for-money, no complaints about food quality or quantity either. I just had aubergine pasta with shrimps, bread, water, cake, fruits, coffee - for 12 EUR flat. No wonder this place is busy like a railway station. I'll come again.

11/05/2025: 2025.05.11 WE ARE FINALLY BACK HERE!!! We were even better, we called and luckily there was a table available (super full place), without problems we were pampered and served with a smile and in just 40 minutes from the welcome we ate a welcome appetizer with excellent fried taragna polenta and stracchino, then 2 first courses, 2 second courses, side dish, dessert and coffee. You can only say thank you and leave a hefty tip with compliments to ALL THE STAFF, REALLY GOOD👏✌👍🤙🏻🍾❤ 2024.07.... Don't expect too much, it's an excellent trattoria in an industrial area, but Paolo explains the menu perfectly and welcomes you with a smile and a pinch of irony with respectful and knowledgeable service. The rest of the staff is also very quick and attentive, CONGRATULATIONS!!! The tagliatelle are SUPER and the cheek melted in the mouth (personally I would have preferred it garnished with a small amount of friggione rather than with the balsamic vinegar glaze, but the plates were all cleaned with a final shoe, a sign that the dishes were liked GREAT!!!) 07/06/2025: The pizza is simply delicious, especially Marguerita. Wanted to try a local wine and went with the suggestion of the waiter; was not at all disappointed.

06/06/2025: Definitely one of the best pizzas in Bologna with exceptional quality ingredients. I went back for the second one yesterday with my wife and son and I confirm what I have already written. Each of the three pizzas ordered was truly delicious with top quality raw materials! thank you!

03/06/2025: First access to this restaurant that we took advantage of while waiting to go to the airport, since it was quite close. It was a rewarding choice because it is a good place with excellent cuisine for what we tried and if necessary we will definitely try again also on other courses, especially first courses, not tasted. Excellent cold cuts with crescentine and fried gnocco, mixed grill, mixed salad and grilled vegetables. All really appreciated. However, dining outside and positioned near a low street lamp, the presence of mosquitoes was quite frequent, therefore this affected this good stop a little. A good suitable arrangement would have been functional, in any case as a structure it is not discussed and certainly to be recommended.

28/05/2025: Paccheri with non-existent friggitelli, small and tasteless portion, instead of maccheroncini, cream and sausage they brought them messed up with tomato sauce. Pizza with few ingredients, small and dry dough. I don't know what happened, until a few years ago it was the best Neapolitan pizza in the area, now tried on several occasions and really poor both in terms of dough and ingredients, only the cost has remained unchanged, a real shame, and to say that the pizza chef hasn't changed! Not recommended!

27/04/2025: Spaghetti with clams non-existent, small portion and tasteless. Pizza with very little mozzarella, rather acidic tomato and dry pasta like crekers. It's a shame because I considered it one of the best pizzerias in the area. Maybe I had a bad evening reading the various flattering reviews but we ate really badly. Not recommended

30/05/2025: I returned after years for lunch. For me it got a bit worse. The trio of pasta wasn't great. Small portions and the tagliatelle with wild boar pasta was very overcooked and tasted a bit acidic. Strips of meat were normal. Baked potatoes full of garlic. Normal service.
