I was walking around here in Pratello, and the name intrigued me. I went in and saw these wonderful pizzas... Just looking at them, they were mind-blowing. Then, when he told me the flavors, I couldn't resist and went straight for dinner here. I ordered: ricotta and salami and parmesan; salmon, ricotta and zucchini; pumpkin, cabbage and capocollo; potatoes, spinach and pancetta. Then, because I wanted to try other flavors, I also stopped by the herb market and ordered: sausage and broccoli rabe; Margherita with yellow tomato sauce, which was delicious; speck and burrata and radicchio; ricotta with pancetta and caramelized onions; ham, squacquerone and zucchini. Among all these, I couldn't find a favorite because they were all really, REALLY good, with super soft dough and high-quality toppings. I was truly surprised and happy to have discovered this place because I'll try to stop by more often. Unfortunately, the prices aren't that low; each slice is quite expensive, but in the end, With 4-5 pieces you'll be satisfied, and for what they offer, I'd say it's fair. I also have to thank the girl at the counter for her kindness and friendliness. The guy at the market was also helpful and very professional, so I'd say the staff was well chosen. I'll definitely be back.

One of the best pizzerias in Bologna, but home delivery is chaotic. You get every second order wrong, it's just not possible. For example, today we ordered a cavolo nero pizza and received a pizza with chickpea cream. We called you and you replied, "We know, but we're out of pumpkin cream." So you deliberately delivered a different pizza without notifying us??? My partner can't even eat chickpeas.

EVERYTHING PERFECT Despite having been frequenting Pratello for years, I'd never stopped here for pizza. I finally had the chance, and I realized I need to make up for all the times I've missed it. We sat down for lunch, and the pizzas, appetizers, and everything else were truly excellent. The pasta frittatina with parmesan cream was incredibly delicious. The quality of the pizza and the ingredients are among my absolute favorites. And being able to mop up the ragù with the pizza crust was an experience I'd never had before. The atmosphere was very welcoming and comfortable, the service was quick and courteous, and the price was absolutely fair. Five stars, hands down, and I can't wait to go back.
