A little bit of Naples in the north never hurts, especially if it's Bologna. Two geographical areas that have so much to give could not help but provide satisfaction, if exploited well. So it was with this pastry shop. We showed up late in the morning for breakfast and were intrigued by something other than the classic croissants, which at least visually seem brioche to me and make me want to come back a second time for further information. The cream and black cherry lobster is very good; the pastry is fresh and crunchy, you could feel the freshness. Just as it was also palpable in the cream, beautiful and delicate. I also tried one of their "dreams", the milk chocolate one. Starting from the assumption that even just for the chosen flavour, I don't think it's correct to compare it to a Poppella-style cloud, but to those who might make an association before tasting it, I guarantee that these are two totally different things. Not that the dough isn't good in its own way, but it lacks the softness that something called "dream" should have. The place makes a good impression in its modernity and manages well to manage the crowding of an intense moment like a weekday Saturday morning. The staff is also very attentive during service. I can't wait to return to enjoy more that the mignon pastry shop has to offer, but above all to evaluate the croissants
