17/01/2026: If, like me, you're only in Bologna for one night, come to dinner at Vecchia Bottega and fill up on delicious food, excellent wine, and lovely people! Not knowing what to choose, I ventured a request, which was greeted with a smile. I came for the tagliatelle, and then I ordered a platter, two first courses, and dessert. Everything was excellent, like home-made, but even better because the atmosphere is relaxed and cheerful. Even though I was alone, I felt like I was part of the whole place. The tiramisu is special. My week of Italian vacation ends beautifully and sweetly!

Antonio and Alina are incredibly friendly, attentive without being intrusive, and you can tell they truly care about every guest who walks through the door. The food? Outstanding. Every dish feels crafted with love — fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and perfect portions. Whether you’re popping in for a casual lunch or settling in for a relaxed dinner, everything hits the spot. You can taste the passion behind the menu. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and perfect for any occasion: date nights, family meals, or just grabbing a great glass of wine with friends. This bistro has become one of my favorite spots in town. If you’re looking for delicious food, welcoming service, and a place that feels like your new go-to, you need to try it. Highly recommended!

16/07/2026: We've become regulars. When we want to eat well and feel pampered, we choose Ristorante Pizzeria Valfiore without hesitation. The cuisine is always excellent, the service impeccable, and the atmosphere elegant, welcoming, and relaxing. It's a pleasant confirmation every time. Kudos to the entire staff!

16/06/2026: Recommended, comfortable, and clean. Close to main roads, you can sleep and rest well at night. The breakfast is plentiful, international, with a wide variety of sweet and savory options. The wait staff is very courteous and friendly.

15/06/2026: You can't have just one working elevator in a TOWER hotel. CLEANING STAFF IN THE ELEVATOR WITH TROLLEYS AND BROOMERS AND GUESTS PERCHED. ZERO ZERO ZERO. LITTLE RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER. AND THE ROOM PAID AT FULL PRICE. NO, NOT LIKE THAT.

30/06/2026: I do not regret picking this restaurant out of the blue on a map. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Many locals were already there enjoying their dinner and watching a soccer game. We started with a shared salad and bruschetta. Delicious! Tortolone, tagliatelle and cotella a la Bolognese. All excellent choices. Dessert was equally wonderful, tiramisu, lemon sorbet and creme brulee. No one could have asked for a better evening. The prices were as reasonable as the food was delicious.

25/05/2026: This evening I had the pleasure of savoring the delicacies of this magnificent restaurant serving traditional Apulian cuisine. This evening I sampled the seafood: homemade spaghetti with mussels, and for the main course, grilled cuttlefish with asparagus and burrata (Rating 10). I was amazed by the flavors. I'm completely satisfied. I'll be back very soon.

13/05/2026: I just had an excellent coffee and bought a couple of good-quality snacks. The place is enchanting, and you can breathe in that "alpine" atmosphere I've never experienced in the Apennines. The staff is invaluable, knowing the area well and offering advice on how to enjoy the walks without overdoing it.
