Well positioned and with a huge parking lot so it is convenient! 30/06/2025: We chose Villa Meraville to celebrate the baptism of our little Riccardo and we couldn't have wished for anything better for such a special day. The location is enchanting, with attention to the smallest details and capable of providing a sweet and refined atmosphere, perfect for such an important event. A huge thank you to Leonardo, who proved to be a true professional from the first meeting: kind, helpful, attentive and always ready to find solutions with a smile. He was the one who guided us step by step, reassured us in moments of uncertainty and made it possible to make everything happen. If the event was a success, much of the credit goes to him. If it hadn't been for him, we would have cancelled everything. A special thank you also goes to the chef, who was able to win over all our guests with a rich, creative aperitif and an excellent dinner, prepared with care and impeccable taste. Everything was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, I also have to point out a negative note: Laura's attitude, who proved to be rude, ill-mannered and unprofessional, making us feel uncomfortable on several occasions. A completely out of place behavior in such a delicate and festive context. Without Leonardo's constant intervention, this aspect would have compromised the entire event. Despite this episode, Villa Meraville remains a wonderful place, and if you choose to rely on Leonardo, you can be sure that you are in good hands. Thank you for making our Riccardo's baptism unforgettable 💙

24/06/2025: I asked for creamy pistachio and never expected it to be literally a paste of pistachios. It was disgusting. It basically ruined the day. It wasn’t ice cream—it was impossible to eat. At the same time, my sister asked for creamy chocolate, and another person also mentioned in the comments that it tasted like pure Nutella. That should be illegal, especially since Nutella contains nuts. If someone asks for chocolate, it should be actual chocolate. If these “creamy” products are going to be this intense in flavor and texture, there really should be a warning. When people read “creamy ice cream,” they expect something with a smooth, creamy texture—not just a syrup or pure paste of an ingredient.

15/06/2025: A place that from the outside you wouldn't give a cent because it is a slightly dated building and you go inside and you are pleasantly surprised. It is true that appearances are deceiving. Well-kept, beautiful with vaulted ceilings, staff who welcome you super smiling and kind. There were 5 of us, we ate grilled Bolognese cutlets, vegetables and chips, then 5 desserts, wine, water and we spent 145 euros, average prices, good and quality food. Parking right in front. Highly recommended +++++

24/05/2025: The place was very crowded with students, so we had high expectations. Apparently I had the wrong type of food, ordering orecchiette with turnip tops, which tasted like nothing.

06/05/2025: Set in an enchanting place I have only ever had lunch in this place (several times). Excellent dishes and excellent wine, with a refined quality of local tradition throughout the extensive menu. A delicious mixed appetizer and first courses for every taste, from classic tortelli to condiments with wild herbs (for example thyme). The meats are excellent, ranging from traditional pork and beef to less common categories such as duck and game (pheasant, wild boar). Very appreciable zero kilometer side dishes and very pleasant desserts. The wine they produce is quite good (in particular Barbera for the reds and Pignoletto for the whites). Having tasted different courses on different occasions, I have always found the flavors to be fully satisfying. All at honest prices to complete a picture that places this place as one of the best in the area.

18/03/2025: For some time now I have been booking rooms and dinners in this enchanting farmhouse on the occasion of an annual work commitment. After the chaotic days at the fair, finding yourself in the silence of the Bolognese hills, with the pleasant company of the owner Antonio and his staff is priceless. Comfortable and welcoming rooms that recall the warm homes of grandparents, excellent food, excellent wine: it is always a pleasure to stay here! We are always pampered as if we were at home; kindness and friendliness accompany us throughout our stay and, by purchasing a few good bottles of wine, we take them away in our hearts. Well done everyone and... See you next year!
