15/07/2024: I recommend this restaurant with a 5 star cooking.( at 2 star price) . After 15 days of holidays in Napoli region in more than 14 diferent restaurants it was far the best meals with home made pasta, fresh tuna and mozarella. It's the best place to taste and eat regional food. We are a multi language familly from french switzerland part and as my wife is from Benevento, we all know what is the incredible taste of the regional good food. It was delicious and we will comme bak here for sure.

07/07/2024: Nightmare. HORRIBLE quality, low quality creams and chocolate that don't taste like anything, the only good cream is Lotus... OLD snacks put on clips (They taste old and have the consistency of cardboard). Graffe cooked very badly because the dough is rightly poor at best. Graffa balls (Angioletti) paid 4 euros with very little chocolate on them, they give you very few and they are small. More or less there are 8 balls. Poor cleanliness, very long wait... if you have to prepare a croissant there is no need for 3 people around 1 croissant. If I ask you for a clip with a cream, you have to put the same cream on me that you put on the little angels. But no, the smart ones give you Nutella put with the mini syringe that you will never reach because there is practically nothing inside and a piece of the kinder bueno snack inside. Among other things, the staples were also empty and these things also made me feel sick to my stomach. Anyone who says these desserts are good, I'm sorry, but they don't understand anything. You want money but you don't want to give quality to the customer, a little intelligence and maybe next time you won't lose customers

12/07/2024: Lo Scugnizzo è la tipica pizzeria- trattoria verace napoletana! Il locale è piccolino, ma molto accogliente e pulito.Il personale è gentile e disponibile ma soprattutto si mangia molto bene!!Ottime e super farcite le pizze, gustosi e invitanti i piatti a base di pesce, fresco e ben cucinato. Assolutamente da non perdere il limoncino e il sorbetto fatti in casa!Mi dispiace solo che Napoli sia così lontano da Parma!

20/08/2024: We were on the beach and we thought about sitting there, we thought it made pizza or sandwiches, okay, but it had tomato pennette since we had to dine at the restaurant in the evening, we ordered pennette, and already the owner, asking for pennette, got annoyed, perhaps he wanted me to get very expensive spaghetti with clams , on the menu the penne cost 9 euros and he was there and he made her pay an absurd 14 euros to make him happy we had a fried shrimp and calamari and in the end three penne a fried calamari two water and a coke we paid 85 euros in the evening we had dinner near the sea in the center at the (ruccio restaurant) paid 58 euros including clams and other items, not recommended

20/08/2024: Trattoria by the sea, we ate very well based on fish, everything fresh and worth returning.

04/09/2024: We arrived in Naples quite late and needed to eat and orientate ourselves. We landed on this place and felt very lucky! The food was delicious and the atmosphere, view and service was perfect. A lively and up beat place with a lot going on! Perfect for getting a flavour of this lively and upbeat city!! Thank you!

04/09/2024: Everything we ordered, apart from the wine, was awful! 😖 so disappointing! It started with a bag of very stale hard bread and the olive oil was so bitter it was inedible! The parmigiana I think was old and reheated, it was cold, dripping in oil and inedible, the mozzarella with the tomato was of ver poor quality, like eating a wet sponge! Gnocchi was cold and not tasty, even the rocket on the salad wasn’t nice! Very poor all round apart from the great location, ambience and the wine 🫤

10/06/2024: For me there is a particular and important ingredient for eating a good pizza: Neapolitanness. At Alberto's there is no shortage of this ingredient: you can find it in the welcome, the friendliness, the chat and the family environment that gives you the opportunity to eat good things like the ones they prepared for you when you were a child. It is a historic place and, even if it is not located in the center of Naples, it is not hyper-advertised like those that impose long queues but in the end do not offer anything special. It's a place where you feel good and eat well: pizzas, rotisserie and chip shop, all delicious desserts. You shouldn't miss going there.

09/06/2024: Last night I ordered some sandwiches. I'll start by saying that there was no secretary ready to answer calls to order, because I called 20 times from 3 different devices and he was always unavailable. When they finally answered me at 7.30pm the lady taking orders was not very organised. It took me 25 minutes to finish an order because she insisted and doubted my last name and also, even though I called at half past seven, the lady tells me that the sandwiches would be ready at 10pm. I am called several times around 10, they had forgotten my address, I understand one call, two, the third one seems excessive to me. Once we paid with precise coins/cards, after saying goodbye we turned around and the rider was very rude and looked at us badly, did he want a tip??? BAH!!. upon opening our sandwiches we realized that they were cold, they looked like sandwiches left out of the freezer since 15/18 and then grilled, cold and dry chips, the same goes for the hamburger, although I gave it a second chance because the last time I found an intimate hair (it was small black wavy and double obviously intimate) WHAT A SHAME! YOU CANNOT SERVE A SANDWICH LIKE THIS!, among other things my husband and I didn't even get full, because we had to throw away half the sandwiches since we couldn't continue eating them, I had to go to the dodeca and now I'll give it 10 stars since it's large and full of quality food unlike YOURS!!!!! Don't order from Na branded, it's not recommended with a little extra change go to other sandwich shops, have a nice evening! Ah no sorry I wanted to add that a particular staff is particularly exhausted

02/08/2024: For the second time we have been here. Homely atmosphere, plastic tables, but what matters is the food. Good starters, with genuine products, with average portions. Excellent meat. We took two cuts, really tender despite the medium cooking going a little over, but really good. Be careful with sparkling and cold white wine, which goes down very quickly... Compared to other pseudo lovers of "fine meats" who boast Argentinian and Maremma meats and who then lack traceability, charge unsuspecting customers blue sums!! Here you eat well and pay the right price. I highly recommend.

20/07/2024: Cibo buono, ma aspettare 2ore per un panino con la sala semivuota sembra esagerato, arrivato a tavola ho chiesto un box per l'asporto, non credo ci ritornerò, nonostante abito a un kilometro dal locale. Da rivedere il personale non all'altezza, questo è quanto!!

04/08/2024: Abbiamo cenato in questa pizzeria di sabato sera,non accettano prenotazioni il sabato a cena quindi abbiamo fatto la fila.Arrivato il nostro turno ci hanno fatto accomodare nella sala in alto,il locale è distribuito su più piani.La location suggestiva industrial è il punto forte,i fiori e le luci come decorazioni sono l'attrazione principale.Per quanto riguarda il menù e le pizze,abbiamo trovato tutto nella media sia come qualità delle pizze che come conto a fine serata.Se si vuole passare qualche ora in un bel locale e gustare una pizza tranquilla,l'ambiente e il personale gentilissimo lo permettono.Consigliamo.

24/07/2024: Possono fare anche un'ottima pizza, ma a livello di organizzazione .....Con una prenotazione alle 20 ci fanno sedere in una sala dove è presente una festa privata...Subito ci sentiamo un po a disagio, ma nonostante tutto decidiamo di ordinare le pizze...Nessuno dei camerieri viene da noi e ci accorgiamo che la festeggiata della festa parla con uno dei camerieri e gli dice che non ci vogliono in sala...Dopo 1 ora ci fanno alzare e ci dicono di aspettare che si libera un tavolo....A finale siamo usciti fuori e siamo andati via...Come dice Emilio Fede....che figura di m....!!!

06/08/2024: I ordered takeaway pizzas, so I can't judge the location and food. The pizzas looked good, with a normal crust, thin in the central part, adequate mozzarella. Too bad for the tomato, raw and the base of the pizza burnt. Low price.

02/08/2024: Very nice place, the pizza is good, it's easy to digest, the atmosphere is light with good music at a low volume, the staff are polite and the prices are fair. I will return and recommend it.

24/08/2024: Great food at reasonable prices. Very nice service, have been here every evening so far, especially because of the beautiful location. Ok, you still have to go up the mountain afterwards 😅
