02/03/2026: Everything was excellent! Coce is a guarantee for those seeking a refined atmosphere and top-quality products. The service is fast and courteous, and you always feel welcome. A local favorite, highly recommended!

15/01/2026: We visited this restaurant with friends on December 24, 2025, at 4:00 PM. The experience was disappointing from the start for several reasons. After seating us, we were informed that we would have to vacate our tables at 4:30 PM because they were being removed to make room for a "standing aperitivo" with music. This information should have been communicated to us at the time of booking or upon arrival. Regarding drinks, the prices were excessive: two Cokes were charged €16, which I consider to be truly disproportionate. We also requested appetizers, which never arrived. Only after a complaint from one of our group, around 4:20 PM, did they bring us something, specifying, however, that we should hurry because the tables would have to be cleared soon. Finally, we were not given a receipt, only a preliminary bill, which is a serious irregularity. A decidedly negative experience, characterized by a lack of transparency, unjustified prices, and a lack of professionalism. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

22/10/2025: Two fish, neither incredible nor large, and the most undercooked during our trip to Puglia. 1 dish of tomato pasta to share and 1 bottle of water. 102 euros We swallowed the wrong way... The next day at our Hotel Montecallini, two magnificent starters, two main courses, one dessert, two glasses of wine, and attentive service. 102 euros Go on, explain... we were taken in, and it's a shame...

Give me the option to wait a little longer...especially since I came all the way there...you can't turn me away. I'm sorry...I'm your customer...I know Saturdays are tough for everyone...but please organize yourselves better...it's a shame.

18/02/2026: My boyfriend made a reservation 3-4 days prior. They cancelled it half an hour before it was due, and did’t even pick up the phone after. It was supposed to be our valentine day in Napoli, instead we had to go back home. Would not recommend.

08/12/2025: Last Saturday, we had pizza dinner for 12, with a €20 menu and unlimited drinks, including one GLUTEN-FREE option. We'd already celebrated there several times, and we've always had a great time, so we chose it again for that evening. The menu, which included a fried appetizer, a choice of pizzas, and unlimited drinks, was excellent, plentiful, and of good quality. Unfortunately, there was a glitch. When the appetizers arrived, the gluten-free option was also delivered correctly. However, when it came to the pizzas, due to a communication error, a GLUTEN-FREE pizza was delivered to the person with celiac disease, who started eating it. We didn't make a fuss because we understood the mistake, and yet, when the maître d' was delivering the correct gluten-free pizza, he approached us with such arrogance and presumption, accusing the celiac customer of not paying enough attention to his pizza, as if it were his fault and he should have realized it was the wrong pizza. This unpleasant misunderstanding would have been resolved amicably if only the maître d' hadn't behaved so rudely, addressing us so rudely. Mistakes are human, especially during busy times, but we need to be very careful about food intolerances and have better communication among staff when dealing with unusual situations like this, especially when they're reported at the time of booking. We were disappointed by this behavior and reported the incident to the manager, who, however, acted as if nothing had happened, making the matter seem unimportant. It's a shame, however, that customer health is not something to be trifled with.
