The rigatoni alla genovese was good but not exceptional.
The space features antique and important ceramics on display.
23/03/2026: I went to this pizzeria with my mother on the recommendation of the manager of the B&B where we stayed. We were really pleased: the pizzas were excellent, well-prepared, and very tasty. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is friendly. I will definitely be back! Greetings from Romagna.

Fresh appetizers, and honestly the best pizza crust in Ischia! Plenty of seating, clean restroom, and just a fun, relaxed place to be
30/08/2025: Just had dinner there with a table of 8. The place really is family owned and operated, the oldest son helped me with a fantastic parking space. Kids from different tables were allowed to mingle in the abundant, covered outdoor terrace. The food is delicious, authentic and served in ample portions. All the fish is local and I actually ordered a second batch of “alice fritti” YUMMY 😋 You couldn’t ask for a better pizza, perfect tasty crust, in house sauce and fresh toppings delivered pippin hot one after another. The pace was unhurried with both owners walking through checking on their valued guests….
Warm. Friendly. Delicious. Economical.
We are definitely going back.
I highly suggest you join in the festivities 🥳

24/03/2026: Sunday lunch for four. We chose the tasting menu and paired it with several bottles of wine that are locally recommended as "local."
The food was good, and the staff was very friendly, especially the
owner, who is always very helpful.
It wasn't our first time there, and it proved to be an excellent value.
16/03/2026: I highly recommend it, from the view to the food.
The only flaw is the "too much time" between the appetizer, first course, and second course.
Otherwise, everything was wonderful ❤️

Everything is good, not exceptional, but good considering the affordable prices. The only downside is the wait, with too few staff to handle the large crowds, both for takeout and for dine-in.

Antico Ricupo is a place where, among food, good wine, professionalism and friendliness, you can spend a day far away and "suspended" from the hectic routine of everyday life... Ad Majora!

We swallowed the wrong way...
The next day at our Hotel Montecallini, two magnificent starters, two main courses, one dessert, two glasses of wine, and attentive service. 102 euros
Go on, explain... we were taken in, and it's a shame...

20/03/2026: I had a gluten-free Neapolitan pastiera today. It was really good. I recommend it to all celiacs. It's great for breakfast, as a snack, or after meals. I've never had such a delicious gluten-free dessert. A non-celiac wouldn't recognize it.
