24/02/2026: I was going to go to the place next door but it was closed so I came here. There were 4 flavors so I asked them to recommend the best one including strawberry, chocolate, and pistachio but neither of the staff members spoke English so I was really flustered. Then they added a corn and paid lol but it was still delicious.

15/02/2026: We visited this takeout pizzeria for the first time this evening, and it was a real discovery! It's a simple neighborhood pizzeria that serves delicious pizza: very light dough and top-quality ingredients. The staff is extremely friendly and service is very quick. The prices are definitely reasonable. We'll definitely be back!

08/11/2025: The pizza would be good if it were available. It's not the first time this has happened: they set times and don't respect them, ignoring the fact that people have physical and stomach problems and have medications and schedules. They don't respect them, and if you call, they gaslight you by saying they'll "arrive or are on their way," making hours pass, or they don't answer at all. I don't want to wait that long for a pizza; there are times and they have to be respected. Disappointing.

19/02/2026: Incredibly delicious pizza slices! The perfect end to a visit to Pompeii. For a quick break or a fast-food meal, there's nothing better. We came back again the very next day.

21/09/2025: A delightful graduation celebration! ​We chose this restaurant, located inside the beautiful Hotel Culture Capodimonte, to celebrate my daughter's graduation. Our party began with an aperitif on the terrace, a touch that made the atmosphere even more special and enjoyable. ​The real added value that made the event a success was the young manager, Mr. Gaetano. His availability was simply exceptional. He was able to meet our every need with rare patience and kindness, making us feel supported and at ease throughout the dinner. He gave us the opportunity to organize every detail to our liking, including the music. ​On this note, I would also like to thank the DJ we chose, Carlo Palanca dj set Napoli: the atmosphere he created was perfect for the occasion and helped make the day even more memorable. ​I am convinced that this restaurant has great potential and that, with the commitment of people like Gaetano, it can achieve even greater success. I highly recommend it for the professionalism, availability and flexibility of all the staff.

17/09/2025: The restaurant is located inside the Culture Hotel, and it felt very much like a typical hotel restaurant — make of that what you will. We chose it for our last dinner in Italy since we were staying at the hotel. We were seated immediately as the dining room had just opened and was still empty. Unfortunately, that turned out to be the only quick part of the evening. After our order was taken, the server rarely returned unless flagged down, and while bread was brought to the table (as is customary in Italy), no oil or vinegar accompanied it. When the food finally arrived, there was some confusion. We had ordered the traditional filet al pepe verde, which translates as “fillet with green peppers.” We expected peppers, but it’s actually a fillet served in a creamy green peppercorn sauce with capers. Not the restaurant’s fault, but worth noting for those unfamiliar with the dish. My own entrée, however, was missing an ingredient. I had remembered it was supposed to include sausage, but assumed I had misunderstood until I later checked the display menu and confirmed the sausage was indeed omitted. For dessert, some of our group tried the daily special panna cotta. It looked beautiful but was underwhelming in taste. My girlfriend almost never leaves dessert unfinished, but even with my help, nearly half remained untouched. Overall, service was inattentive, food execution uneven, and flavors forgettable. For a hotel restaurant, it wasn’t shocking — but as a final dinner in Italy, it was disappointing.

26/02/2026: It was wanderful stay 😍 first time in Napoli, rain pounding down and we all gathered inside and have a great Negroni. We met people, WHO know Slovakia, have a little talk and i buy a souvenir. So so Nice to wear it ❤️

08/02/2026: If you're in Monteruscello and want to eat well, hearty, and without frills, Polli e Contorni is definitely worth a visit. This rotisserie offers much more than just the classic fare: chicken is the star of the show, but the selection is surprisingly extensive and well-curated. In addition to chicken and turkey, you can find both chicken and pork sausages, trachie, and tasty slices of meat, all cooked with care and flavor. A special mention goes to the grilled chicken, offered in unique versions like chicken in wine or chili pepper. The chicken in wine, in particular, is truly excellent, juicy, and fragrant, a choice I recommend without hesitation. The baked potatoes are also excellent, flavorful and well-cooked, the perfect side dish. The panuozzo selection is also very interesting, offered here in a decidedly oversized format, designed for those who are truly hungry. For the bravest (or hungriest) there's even an extra-large version, a true gastronomic challenge for several people. The venue is unique and well-structured on multiple levels, with a splendid rooftop terrace that makes the experience even more enjoyable, especially on mild evenings. On Friday nights, the atmosphere is made even more fun by karaoke: a well-organized event with a talented and engaging entertainer. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and helpful, a detail that makes all the difference. The small parking lot is also convenient. In conclusion, Polli e Contorni is a casual yet refined place, ideal for eating well, in abundance, and with a smile. I recommend a little more attention to the organization of the restrooms. Overall, recommended.

02/09/2025: Ordered pizza for delivery... as a restaurant owner and a customer, I can say you have a long way to go. Terrible dough, cooked at too high a temperature because it was burnt on the top and raw on the inside, tomato sauce that needs reworking... it bothers me because pizza is one of the easiest things to make... to get it like this, you have to do it on purpose... never again.
