19/09/2025: I dined at this restaurant as part of an organized group trip, so the menu was pre-arranged by the agency. ***Fried appetizers, pizza, house dessert*** I had high hopes of finally eating a real Neapolitan pizza, but I was genuinely disappointed. Not just me, but the rest of the group as well. What a shame.

15/09/2025: We went there twice in three days and ate delicious oven-baked pizzas accompanied by a green salad or grilled vegetables (light) it was perfect for the evening. I would have liked to try the whole menu. The service is very friendly. I highly recommend it, the establishment is large and very pleasant inside when it is hot and you want to be cool.

29/10/2025: I'm not someone who complains about anything, but when I sit down at a bar on a quiet Wednesday evening (after a 15-minute wait) and am told I can't have a coffee because I have to have a dessert with it, then I do complain. If I'm on a diet or have celiac disease, I'm not free to have a coffee because I'd have to spend 6 euros for a single-serving dessert I can't/won't eat, or 6 euros for a Coke Zero. And, overlooking the latter, I don't even make it a question of money, but of principle. Why should I be forced to have something I don't want when I just wanted a tiny bit of coffee?

23/09/2025: Avoid! We wanted to eat in the Spanish Quarter that evening, so we should have listened to the negative reviews about this restaurant. The server was very kind and helpful. The street atmosphere was pleasant, which was the only positive. However, for two carbonara pasta dishes, the wait was very long, and the pasta was really not good. We think the salt jar was emptied onto our plates. We didn't get to enjoy it and didn't finish our plates. It's a shame, considering that some very good restaurants in the surrounding area offer excellent pasta for less!

20/09/2025: Typical meal, like the place, but service was too fast. The lasagna was served very quickly, and my partner, who had ordered a rib-eye steak, was served much later. I'd barely finished my plate, and there wasn't even time to wipe it up before they wanted to take it away.

23/02/2025: The appetizer is as good as anywhere else: 15 euros, cooked paccheri with lukewarm, salty sauce, 16 euros, grilled 1/2 sea bream, badly gutted with a ruptured gall bladder, zero flavor, two dry, old prawns, grilled squid, it's a bargain, 30 euros!!!!!!!!!!! Not even in the North.

18/09/2025: I just returned from Napoli where I came across this adorable café. It has seating both indoors and outdoors, with a lovely mural providing a great atmosphere. The pastries are delicious, the Napolitano coffee is fantastic, the prices are reasonable, and the service is just lovely. 06/09/2025: Avevo già avuto modo di assaggiare la pizza di Retrobanco, ma solo da asporto. Ieri sera finalmente insieme con amici ci siamo accomodati. E vi dico subito che è una esperienza eccezionale. Pizza fritta con ricotta a senza, A modo mio...che è una marinara...con piccole variazioni...la Lardiata con lardo e burrata è una pizza da urlo. E dopo tutto questo assaggiare...leggero.... grazie al proprietario per questa eccellenza. Locale piccolo ma curatissimo. 5 stelle supermeritate...
