03/01/2026: On 26/12 in the evening we had dinner here, unfortunately we didn't eat well, we had a pasta with potatoes and provola and a Genovese, neither one nor the other were good, they were very ordinary, I'm sorry because the gentleman who looked after the room was very kind, but kindness alone is not enough when you sit down to eat.

13/11/2025: We had a great time, the food was truly excellent. After visiting, we understood why Canavacciuolo decided to leave Naples: the competition was too high! Congratulations!!!

12/01/2026: The pizza was good and the fried foods excellent. The waitress was very kind.

07/12/2025: "La vita è bella" is always a great place to try: I've had five pizzas, each one better than the last. And the potato croquettes and frittatas are a sight to behold, crispy and flavorful! Highly recommended!

17/09/2025: We use this place as a base for our fantasy football auction. Aside from the minimal amenities provided for this type of activity (small TV), the food is truly subpar. The pizza is only edible thanks to the hunger that grows as the hours go by. The fixed price doesn't mean you have to go looking for staff to ask for an extra beer...I don't think there's any risk of not getting by with the bills anyway... The outdoor dining area is practically on the street. The noise is excessive and very annoying.

17/02/2026: The food isn't bad... the staff is nice and friendly. The POS is broken. The two employees put on a little show trying to use it. I withdraw money from the ATM across the street. I go back. I pay, and they give me a partial, non-fiscal report. I ask for a receipt. The clerk tells me she doesn't know how to do it. I told her how she could charge me with a debit card if she doesn't even know how to type a receipt. So I grab my things from the table and go back to the cashier. They give me a receipt. From there, I figured out the whole point of the POS being broken. Absurd!

17/02/2026: We ate lunch on Valentine's Day... only a few tables and we waited longer than expected... the quality of the products was nothing special... average pizza and mediocre fried foods... while we were eating, they came to deliver the drinks and piled them up at the entrance... something that's done when the place is closed, not with customers at the tables... on Valentine's Day... zero atmosphere.

08/01/2026: We're from Germany and spontaneously visited the cornetteria. Incredibly delicious food at very good prices! The girls are so lovely, too. We'll be back! Best regards 🫶🏻

20/01/2026: Expertise, quality and convenience

20/01/2026: I've known this rotisserie all my life, since I was a university student, since the 1980s, basically. The city is now overrun by tourists, and it's impossible to eat peacefully even in the worst restaurant, or pizzeria/trattoria, in the historic center. So one Saturday, after walking up and down the entire Decumani without finding a place to eat, at least not in the places I liked, I had an epiphany. I remembered the lasagna (the real one, not the Emilian one) at "Vaco e Presse" and I told myself, even if I had to eat it in a tray or on the counter, it's fine, but there I discovered, after more than 40 years, that there's a small indoor dining room where you can sit down to eat. There was no lasagna, but I was attracted by the Genovese, and my wife by the sausages and broccoli rabe, as shown in the attached photos. The first was very good, and the second was acceptable. The quality/price ratio was unbeatable. I don't think there are many other places of this kind in Naples with such a wide selection and good quality food at very fair prices.

21/12/2025: The only positive thing is that a Margherita still costs €4.50, and the fact that it has the usual raw tomato flavor is just a minor detail. The pizzas are average for a town that can't get any lower these days. Special mention for the classic frittatina, which, in addition to tasting of vinegar, also costs €3. It's ridiculous, and not even the best sit-down pizzeria is worth it. I'd remind the owners to always remember where they decided to open their business. The Mordidita is a no-go for me.

04/09/2025: One of the best pizzerias in the area. Excellent fried food. Friendly, helpful, and kind staff. It's always a pleasure to return.

20/07/2025: Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima serata, per iniziare prima della carne ci hanno offerto una serie di antipasti davvero tanto apprezzati, la carne consigliata da loro ottima. Lo staff disponibile e il conto davvero onesto ,molto consigliato.

05/05/2025: Nous étions 6 personnes grosses additions 4 bouteilles de vins et au moment de partir la patronne nous propose du limoncello on ok et la elle les rajoute sur l’addition je lui et fait remarquer mais rien à faire une vraie tête de mule 😡

30/11/2025: Excellent experience, very good food, very friendly staff, very family atmosphere, we had a lovely Sunday. Even though it was very crowded, the bathrooms were clean, thanks to the efficiency of the lady in charge. We also returned for the pizza, everything was very good, compliments to the owner and the legendary manager 👏👏👏👏.

22/10/2025: The accommodation was bland. So I didn't even sit down.

14/01/2026: Portions on Glovo described one way, arrived another. Poor quality, dry kebab. Saltimbocca doesn't look like the photos, the portion is small, and the price isn't worth it for how the product is described.

17/11/2025: The authentic Casoria croissant. Quality and attention to detail.

30/12/2025: Burnt pasta, potatoes, and provolone cheese. Poor service. I asked for napkins twice. We asked for good wine, but they brought us watered-down wine. This place could have great potential... Too bad.

26/11/2025: Filthy kitchen snd filthy bathroom. Frozen mini cannoli. Lukewarm cappuccino. DINT GO THERE! The guy making the coffee had s nasty attitude. Very disappointed
