23/03/2026: Too little for the tables of people

15/03/2026: The restaurant is great. We visited the restaurant on Saturday. We celebrated the birthday of our Italian friends there. We liked everything. The atmosphere is very good. The prices are reasonable. Delicious dishes. The music and the performance of Italian songs certainly pleasantly surprised us... everyone in the hall sang and danced.

12/10/2025: I came today around 11pm with my partner (being Saturday it closes at 2am) I found myself on a hill full of potholes and I found the place closed, without any notice on social media or outside, nor a light or anything, I followed the instructions of the navigator, I drove 28 minutes for nothing, I tried to call but it said that the number was not available, the messages on WhatsApp only loaded a bar, bitterly disappointed

17/02/2026: We ate lunch on Valentine's Day... only a few tables and we waited longer than expected... the quality of the products was nothing special... average pizza and mediocre fried foods... while we were eating, they came to deliver the drinks and piled them up at the entrance... something that's done when the place is closed, not with customers at the tables... on Valentine's Day... zero atmosphere.

17/02/2026: The food isn't bad... the staff is nice and friendly. The POS is broken. The two employees put on a little show trying to use it. I withdraw money from the ATM across the street. I go back. I pay, and they give me a partial, non-fiscal report. I ask for a receipt. The clerk tells me she doesn't know how to do it. I told her how she could charge me with a debit card if she doesn't even know how to type a receipt. So I grab my things from the table and go back to the cashier. They give me a receipt. From there, I figured out the whole point of the POS being broken. Absurd!

17/02/2026: Today, Tuesday, February 17, 2026, it was closed for lunch 😳 Bad review only because we were disappointed to find it closed. But we went because we know quality is everything. 🥹😊

04/04/2026: Truly excellent pastry shop! The products are always fresh, tasty, and prepared with great care, from the fragrant croissants to the most elaborate desserts. You can immediately sense the quality of the ingredients and the passion behind the work. The staff is friendly, professional, and always available, putting customers at ease. Service is fast and well-organized, even during peak hours. The environment is clean, welcoming, and meticulously maintained. A perfect place for both breakfast and a sweet treat during the day. Highly recommended!

28/03/2026: A special place for courtesy, competence and quality.

02/02/2026: RUINED SUNDAY We had booked this restaurant for a family Sunday to celebrate my daughter's graduation, having just returned from Milan. Having fond memories of the place, I called ahead to specifically ask if they catered to celiac disease and lactose intolerance. The answer was clear: "Yes, no problem." Once we arrived, however, the situation was the opposite. When ordering, we mentioned the intolerances and were arrogantly told: "You can sort it out yourself, just avoid what you see on your plate." When we asked for specific ingredients (since butter and dairy products aren't always visible), we received rude and superficial replies, demonstrating complete ignorance on the subject. Result: my daughter was only able to eat an octopus salad. Added to this was the truly sloppy service: a bottle of wine ordered from the menu wasn't available, the alternative was poured directly into glasses without tasting, and one of the glasses even contained water, which the wine was carelessly poured into. Meanwhile, other diners were served appetizers of questionable quality, while my daughter received none. When we asked for gluten-free bread, we were told they "never bought it." At that point, we asked for the bill (€130) and left. The problem isn't the price, but the unacceptable way they treat customers, especially when it comes to allergies and intolerances. We had called ahead precisely to avoid this, but the restaurant demonstrated utter superficiality and disrespect. I almost never write negative reviews, but I do so to spare others this terrible experience. Ignorance, incompetence, and arrogance ruined our Sunday. Absolutely avoid.

01/12/2025: We arrived at 4:00 PM, were seated, and didn't have a long wait even though the place was busy. We ordered two first courses (1 linguine with clams and 1 linguine with seafood), which were good, but the mussels were cold and the clams were very small. For the second course, we ordered a calamari platter for two (we specified "abundant"), and we received a normal amount of calamari, not too small but not too large, and a nice plate of mixed salad. We went to pay, and the lady at the table charged us for two calamari platters (we'd only ordered one, but at most she'll charge me a little more because I specified "abundant," not a whole one) and a plate of salad for the "modest" price of 10 euros, which I hadn't even ordered. I specified the items I ordered and ate, and the lady replied that she had ordered two fried items even though I'd asked for one. Then I checked the receipt and found the salad I hadn't ordered. As is my custom, I paid, thanked her, and never returned, without a fuss.

14/03/2026: We had dinner at La Rosa dei Venti restaurant in Ischia and the experience was truly excellent. Everything we ordered was top-quality, carefully prepared, and attentively served. We started with a beef carpaccio and a beef tartare, both incredibly fresh and beautifully balanced in flavor. Then we moved on to the pizzas: a contemporary Scarpariello and a provola and pink peppercorn au poivre. Light, well-leavened dough and quality ingredients: both were truly excellent. To continue, we chose grilled chops, a Chianina rib-eye steak, and a Gold Angus rib-eye steak, all cooked to perfection and made with top-quality meats. As a side dish, grilled vegetables and sautéed porcini mushrooms were flavorful and well-prepared. We finished with a delicious cheesecake and paired it all with an excellent Amarone. In short: we ate wonderfully, with excellent ingredients, meticulously prepared, and the price was absolutely fair for the quality. A place that definitely deserves 5 stars and where we will gladly return.

09/03/2026: We had dinner at La Rosa dei Venti in Ischia and were truly delighted. We tried the meat, tartare, and pizza: everything was excellent and prepared with great care, using quality ingredients and truly delicious dishes. The pizza was exceptional, definitely among the best we've had in Ischia. The service was excellent: the waiters were kind, smiling, and very attentive. The atmosphere was welcoming and perfect for a wonderful evening. We'll definitely be back!

09/03/2026: We had lunch outside with the sewer smell and asked to move inside where the smell was even worse. We asked for two appetizers that we wanted to share for four, but we only got one each. The pizza was full of oil and made their way with poor-quality ingredients, and I was stuck with a bottle of water for the rest of the day. The blonde lady and the owner are really unpleasant. It was my second visit in years and the pizza was unbelievable. Afterward, I remembered why I avoided going there. Highly not recommended.

02/03/2026: Terrible service with inattentive and uninterested staff. The food wasn't particularly fresh (the mussels in the peppered dish were smelly, the provola in the mixed fried fish...). Information about the ingredients wasn't exhaustive (the fried pizza with ricotta and Cigoli also included sauce without mentioning it, and since sauce is normally NOT used, the surprise wasn't a pleasant one). The only exceptions were the seaweed zeppole, which were good, and the Aglianico wine, bottled, of course.

20/01/2026: Expertise, quality and convenience

20/01/2026: I've known this rotisserie all my life, since I was a university student, since the 1980s, basically. The city is now overrun by tourists, and it's impossible to eat peacefully even in the worst restaurant, or pizzeria/trattoria, in the historic center. So one Saturday, after walking up and down the entire Decumani without finding a place to eat, at least not in the places I liked, I had an epiphany. I remembered the lasagna (the real one, not the Emilian one) at "Vaco e Presse" and I told myself, even if I had to eat it in a tray or on the counter, it's fine, but there I discovered, after more than 40 years, that there's a small indoor dining room where you can sit down to eat. There was no lasagna, but I was attracted by the Genovese, and my wife by the sausages and broccoli rabe, as shown in the attached photos. The first was very good, and the second was acceptable. The quality/price ratio was unbeatable. I don't think there are many other places of this kind in Naples with such a wide selection and good quality food at very fair prices.

21/12/2025: The only positive thing is that a Margherita still costs €4.50, and the fact that it has the usual raw tomato flavor is just a minor detail. The pizzas are average for a town that can't get any lower these days. Special mention for the classic frittatina, which, in addition to tasting of vinegar, also costs €3. It's ridiculous, and not even the best sit-down pizzeria is worth it. I'd remind the owners to always remember where they decided to open their business. The Mordidita is a no-go for me.

04/09/2025: One of the best pizzerias in the area. Excellent fried food. Friendly, helpful, and kind staff. It's always a pleasure to return.

06/04/2026: A special day, an excellent lunch. We ate exquisitely, thoroughly enjoyed it, and thoroughly enjoyed the immense and delicious appetizer. The service was prompt, helpful, friendly, and professional. Special thanks to the very kind Mrs. Luisa, who demonstrated outstanding professionalism and friendliness. Highly recommended.

06/04/2026: Nice place, but the service really leaves a lot to be desired, for a first course we waited about 1 hour and 30 minutes, after having pointed out the situation several times, the child's food didn't arrive after ours which arrived after 1 hour and a half, in the end the coffees weren't even brought, after having waited a long time.
