04/04/2026: One of the worst dining experiences we've had in Italy. They told us the restaurant was "full," while we were sitting at an empty table. Only after insisting did they seat us: it was clear from the start that they weren't interested in customers. The drinks arrived quickly, and that's about the end of the good news. The food took over 45 minutes, with no updates. We had to keep asking, even though we told them we had a hungry child. They didn't care. To top it off, they completely forgot one of our three dishes. And the food? Honestly, shocking. The pizzas were some of the worst we've ever eaten, anywhere. The dough was so hard it felt like chewing gum, the toppings were either burned or almost nonexistent, and the only thing they didn't skimp on was the cheese. Terrible service, even worse food, and zero accountability. There are so many great places to eat in Italy: this isn't one of them. Avoid at all costs. 25/07/2026: A good bar. Always open and busy. Croissants, various baked goods, pizzas, sandwiches... A pleasant stop. Parking isn't easy. If you're lucky, you'll find one outside. Was I helpful?

30/03/2026: If I could, I'd give it a negative star rating. This establishment truly lacks quality, reliability, and above all, care and respect for its customers. SHAME.

06/04/2026: Unfortunately, the experience wasn't positive, but quite the opposite. The setting is pleasant, surrounded by nature, but the quality-price ratio is absolutely inadequate. The dishes didn't particularly impress me, and considering the exorbitant prices, I expected much higher quality. The service could also be improved. Overall, I wouldn't return.

06/04/2026: Everything is done in dribs and drabs... and paradoxically... on the farm you can't play with a ball on the lawn... Highly not recommended... terrible

20/05/2026: Terrible treatment by the staff. Food was mid. They scammed us with the cuperto. I would never come back. Very Unfriendly!!!! Go to an other place!!!

20/05/2026: The waitress was super helpful and welcoming. The plate I tried was the Prosciutto, Tomatoes and Parmesan Shards Pizza. I can guarantee it is Worth every penny. The overall quality of the food is high and you can taste all the toppings. ❤️

10/08/2026: The place is excellent overall, except for the parking attendant in the yellow reflective vest who, upon leaving, refused an offer higher than 20 cents due to lack of spare change. He began to argue, claiming that 20 cents was paltry and that a higher fee was necessary, as he claimed the work he was doing was extremely tiring and dangerous. He repeatedly urged me to check if I had cash so he could change it for me, arguing that since parking is private, there was a mandatory fee. I was in a hurry and preferred to avoid unpleasant situations, but it would have been necessary to go inside and complain to the owner. Such rudeness and lack of education are unacceptable; the fee should be voluntary, considering there is no effective control over what happens in the parking lot. Never again.

01/08/2026: Terrible experience and a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. Yesterday morning at 1:00 PM, I called to reserve a table for 15 people for that same evening at 11:15 PM, as I was celebrating a birthday at midnight. They told me it was possible, but to call back at 6:30 PM because the manager was missing. When I asked for confirmation, they assured me 100% that if I called back at that time, the table would be reserved. At 6:30 PM, I called back and the same person told me the manager hadn't arrived yet and to call back in 30 minutes, reconfirming that there would be no problems. At 7:00 PM, I called again and another person answered: first, they told me they didn't accept reservations and that 15 of us would have to wait in line on a Friday night, risking standing until midnight. Then, they contradicted themselves, saying that everything was sold out for that time. When I point out that they've been keeping me stuck with constant reassurances since morning, the employee justifies himself by saying he's just arrived and doesn't know anything about what his colleagues said, telling me to hurry up on my own. No apology, total buck-passing, and a wasted day because of them. Obviously, my guests and I will never set foot in here again.

11/08/2026: Unfortunately there isn't much to say, there isn't a choice of beers, which by the way were served to me warm😅, instead the crocche' was cold 🙄, finally the pizza had a sour taste 😒... these people are not in the profession at all!!

15/04/2026: I attended my father's 60th birthday party, which was a surprise, and I can say I chose a great place. The owner, Genny, was truly kind and, above all, helpful in organizing the party. He also offered menu variations based on the type of party I wanted. The first and second courses were very good, but even though I haven't tried it yet, the pizza is said to be even better. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

02/05/2026: We ate here yesterday, May 1st, 2026. They reopened at 7:30 PM. The restaurant is upstairs. Take the elevator. There's a butcher shop downstairs. We found it by chance right in front of our hotel. Highly recommended! They have a fire pit where everything is grilled. Nice, big, juicy burgers with plenty of meat. Delicious and filling. Great modern music playing in the background.

02/08/2026: I am a ships crew member and I go out in Napoli every Saturday. Last time I went to Cervantes last week and I spent 20 Euros there on drinks and food. This time I only wanted a beer and I sat at a table outside. The waiter told me to go away and to sit inside at the bar if I want a beer. I went away for good. You lost a customer that would have spent 20 euros each Saturday until the end of October. That is 240 Euros gone from your pockets. I know Italian hospitality is not the best in the world but at least you can try (if you care about making money)

18/07/2026: We should have read the other reviews. We paid 4.5 for a cappuccino and 3 for a croissant. Rip-offs. Very disappointing.

19/07/2026: We happened upon this place by chance, ordered a croissant, two pancakes, and a crepe. The total cost was €18. The price isn't questioned, but the quality is extremely poor. The croissant was incredibly hard, and two pancakes looked like the ones in a bag that were supposed to be white Kinder Bueno, but were simply filled with Nutella and crumbled Kinder Bueno. A crepe was a strange color, stuck in your throat, and was too chewy. What can I say? We paid a fortune for four products of a quality that couldn't even be found in the worst croissant shops in Italy. I've been to many, but this one disappointed me terribly. Don't go there!

02/05/2026: A small but very welcoming place. Authentic and tasty cuisine, including excellent seafood-flavored pasta and potatoes, Genovese pasta, and paccheri with chili pepper. The appetizers were very interesting, with the octopus alla Luciana standing out. The coffee made with the moka pot was a plus. Very good service.

18/02/2026: If I could, I'd give it 0 stars, but even less than 0. Arrogance, presumption, everything is more. Horrible, never again.

29/03/2026: I celebrated my daughter's graduation party, and everything was exceptional. The guests complimented the delicious food as well as the kindness and friendliness of the entire staff and the owner. I highly recommend the place.

18/06/2026: I've been there several times, passing by to buy lunch. Wide selection and good quality. Super reasonable prices. I recommend the Neapolitan sandwiches (the small ones), which are delicious.
