The spaces are elegant yet familiar, and the meticulous attention to quality is immediately apparent. An extraordinary added value is undoubtedly the staff, always smiling, helpful, and professional. Special thanks to receptionists Iole and Martina, who with kindness, expertise, and unwavering attention to guests ensure a truly impeccable welcome. Another absolute highlight is the cuisine, simply exceptional: dishes prepared with fresh, authentic, and traditional ingredients, expressing the local area with great quality and flavor. Breakfast also deserves a special mention, with homemade desserts made daily, prepared with care and passion, just like in the olden days. Behind all this, you can clearly see the hand and heart of Giovanna, a true hostess, who manages the property with love, dedication, and great professionalism. The result is an authentic and special atmosphere, made even more precious by a truly stellar staff working in perfect harmony. 09/03/2026: Excellent hotel for staying during business trips, friendly staff, clean rooms, good quality cuisine and a wide choice of dishes I always feel comfortable and in a fairly central location where you have everything at your disposal!

17/02/2026: I dined at Ristorante e Pizzeria da Basilio and the overall experience was average. The restaurant is simple and welcoming, while the service was excellent and particularly attentive, a definite positive aspect of the evening. As for the food, the pizza was decent but nothing special. It's a shame about the broccoli rabe, which seemed more boiled than fried, thus losing some of the expected bold flavor. The quality-price ratio is also average, with no particular surprises, either positive or negative.

27/01/2026: This is a historic restaurant in my neighborhood. The food is delicious and plentiful, faithfully reflecting traditional Neapolitan cuisine. The atmosphere is very family-friendly. Recommended.

27/06/2025: Ci ha accolti la gentilezza e professionalità di Raffaele, accomodati all'interno di una sala che sembra raccontare ai clienti il carattere di Napoli. Consigliati sapientemente abbiamo scelto una frittura alici, calamari e gamberi accompagnati da una delicata maionese al lime che ci ha stupiti. A seguire la pizza che era da provare doverosamente...e che vi dico? Una poesia! Consigliatissimo anche per il rapporto qualità eccezionale/prezzo. 18/02/2026: The owners and staff are helpful and punctual. The fried foods are top-quality, but the pizzas are even better. I tried one of the best and most unique pizzas I've had in recent years (the riccia). We'll definitely be back.

08/12/2025: A truly excellent experience, from the pizza to the appetizers and desserts made in-house with simple, quality ingredients. Very friendly staff, small and cozy atmosphere.

21/12/2025: The only positive thing is that a Margherita still costs €4.50, and the fact that it has the usual raw tomato flavor is just a minor detail. The pizzas are average for a town that can't get any lower these days. Special mention for the classic frittatina, which, in addition to tasting of vinegar, also costs €3. It's ridiculous, and not even the best sit-down pizzeria is worth it. I'd remind the owners to always remember where they decided to open their business. The Mordidita is a no-go for me.

12/03/2026: A real disappointment! Extremely high prices (a Margherita pizza costs €13 and a glass of wine €10), average/poor pizza, and rude staff. Never again!

11/03/2026: The pizza is delicious, of course, in Naples. The service is expensive, 28 euros for four people, so you have to know that. Is it worth it? It's a bit irritating when the staff stands there and stares at you constantly. You can also eat well at other places, and it's certainly cheaper.

13/03/2026: It has changed its name to Trattoria Caprese. The staff is very friendly, perhaps too friendly. The pizza is excellent. The price is average.

11/03/2026: Wonderful experience. I went with some friends and we had a great time. The staff was attentive and the selection of wines and craft beers was excellent, all carefully selected by the owner! My friend and I came here from Como, and the kindness of this place will remain in our hearts.

01/03/2026: I discovered this wine bar on social media, and from the photos, it looked welcoming and well-kept. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. The atmosphere was quite surreal: the place was quiet, with no music playing, and the owner constantly staring at us from behind the counter, creating a truly uncomfortable atmosphere. It felt more like a "mystical" place than a wine bar where you can relax and enjoy an evening. We ordered a pinza, which was practically frozen, undercooked, and of questionable quality. The capocollo on top, moreover, still had the skin on it: a truly unpleasant thing to find on the plate and a sign of poor preparation. A decidedly negative experience in many ways. I wouldn't return even if they offered me a million euros. It would take very little—a little music, more attention to detail, and more customer service—to make the place more pleasant. As it is, unfortunately, I don't recommend it.

15/03/2026: The restaurant is great. We visited the restaurant on Saturday. We celebrated the birthday of our Italian friends there. We liked everything. The atmosphere is very good. The prices are reasonable. Delicious dishes. The music and the performance of Italian songs certainly pleasantly surprised us... everyone in the hall sang and danced.

17/02/2026: We ate lunch on Valentine's Day... only a few tables and we waited longer than expected... the quality of the products was nothing special... average pizza and mediocre fried foods... while we were eating, they came to deliver the drinks and piled them up at the entrance... something that's done when the place is closed, not with customers at the tables... on Valentine's Day... zero atmosphere.

17/02/2026: The food isn't bad... the staff is nice and friendly. The POS is broken. The two employees put on a little show trying to use it. I withdraw money from the ATM across the street. I go back. I pay, and they give me a partial, non-fiscal report. I ask for a receipt. The clerk tells me she doesn't know how to do it. I told her how she could charge me with a debit card if she doesn't even know how to type a receipt. So I grab my things from the table and go back to the cashier. They give me a receipt. From there, I figured out the whole point of the POS being broken. Absurd!
