I went last Wednesday evening with four friends, and despite being an hour late, and it was also 10:35 PM, we were greeted warmly and politely. The interior of the restaurant is welcoming.
The music is pleasant to listen to—50s-70s music, at just the right volume (you don't have to shout to chat like you do in some places). There are several menu options (à la carte or all-you-can-eat), but you do have to add a cover charge and drinks. The food was very good and served freshly prepared. The staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful: they went out of their way to explain how and what to order. The bill was reasonable for the non-menu dishes and drinks.
We'll be back to try the meat menu.

A truly beautiful and welcoming location. The staff was initially super friendly, and the food was very good, with excellent value.
The problem arose at the end of the meat course: when we asked for another course, I noticed some annoyance from the staff. Furthermore, the quality of the dishes had dropped significantly; they seemed ready-made and were served immediately.

It was wanderful stay 😍 first time in Napoli, rain pounding down and we all gathered inside and have a great Negroni. We met people, WHO know Slovakia, have a little talk and i buy a souvenir. So so Nice to wear it ❤️

I visited Puteca Osteria & Braceria in Giugliano and had a truly wonderful evening. The atmosphere is pleasant and informal, perfect for spending time with friends and enjoying a no-frills dinner. I liked the all-you-can-eat option: the meat dishes are varied, well-presented, and above all, flavorful. The side dishes are also delicious.
I found the staff courteous and helpful, the atmosphere welcoming, and the outdoor space a real plus on milder evenings.
If I really had to find a small flaw, it would be the service times for the main courses could be a little quicker. Overall, however, the experience was positive, and I would gladly return.
