20/08/2025: Superb pizzeria. Very pleasant and attentive welcome. We started with a starter (rosticceria) made with fresh, light, and very tasty ingredients. The waitress was attentive. Then the pizza! Unparalleled quality and more than reasonable prices. A breathtaking view of the island. I highly recommend it! Thank you to them for this evening!

18/04/2025: Really lovely restaurant. They squeezed us in as they were open for a private party only for the Easter break. Food was delicious and the service was great. A fantastic restaurant and if we find ourselves back in the area we would definitely visit again. Menu was available online, lots of burgers to choose from and all freshly prepared.

06/08/2025: The food was tasty and the drinks were great. They even had a gluten free option for the pizza and you could barely taste the difference. Very recommended! Their outside patio is beautiful and scenic. Sadly, our waiter seemed to be very annoyed and did not have much patience for our questions and lack of understanding Italian (sorry we’re tourists.)This is the only reason for the 3 stars on service. The chef and the hostess, however, were very polite and friendly. Highly recommend this cute corner restaurant.

25/06/2025: Very nice place Characteristic and welcoming. You eat with a very pleasant background music. Tasty and abundant dishes. I found and tried new flavors, strong but also delicate. It has a beautiful outdoor terrace. Courteous and helpful staff, they expertly explained to me everything I asked about the menu providing me with ideas for an optimal choice on what to choose. I will return with pleasure.

05/08/2025: Very local and cozy dining experience, if you want to dine like a local this is the place. For tourists who do not speak Italian (like me), here is what I know about this place: - opens around 8pm; locals kept on arriving until 9.30-10pm - if the lights are on and music is playing, the place is open - this is a one man shop - the owner Enzo cooks and serves and takes orders - there isn’t a fixed menu - I was asked whether I want fried or grilled fish, meat, shellfish, pasta, etc - if you want quick food this is not the place for you; for context I arrived at 8.30pm, ordered at 8.40, got my pasta dish at 9.30, fish at 9.45 and salad at 10pm - bruschetta was delicious; I also had aglio olio (2 dishes), one grilled fish and a salad - total came to €68 and they take card payments

03/07/2025: I had an amazing dinner at La Pagliarella on Ischia island! The bruschetta was the best I’ve ever tasted, the seafood and fish were super fresh and full of flavor. 06/07/2025: Nestled in a charming and tastefully decorated setting, Ristorante Rondinella promises a welcoming atmosphere—but unfortunately, the culinary execution fell short of expectations. The fried zucchini arrived heavily breaded, with the cheese inside curdled and likely mishandled in temperature during preparation before being submerged in hot oil. The pasta with baby octopus, a featured daily special, was oversalted to a degree that left lingering discomfort after the meal. As for the Raviolo Caprese, served in canned tomato sauce, it lacked the freshness and lightness that typically define this dish. An overpowering splash of lemon juice further masked its potential. Despite the inviting ambiance, this was—regrettably—the weakest meal I’ve had in Italy in over two decades.
