15/05/2024: There's a lack of reviews in French here so I'm adding one :) Arrived around 6 p.m. after visiting Herculaneum, there was no one in the bar yet but it's definitely worth going there (even if at this time the terrace is quite noisy with the road). The boss is friendly and gives good advice for the cocktails which are very very good (delicious aperol/campari spritz). 14€ for 2 cocktails with aperitif cakes.

15/05/2024: Ça manque d'avis en français ici alors j'en ajoute un 🙂 Arrivés vers 18h après la visite d'Herculanum, il n'y avait encore personne dans le bar mais ça vaut vraiment le coup d'y aller (même si à cette heure-ci la terrasse est assez bruyante avec la route). Le patron est sympa et de bons conseils pour les cocktails qui sont très très bons (aperol/campari spritz délicieux). 14€ pour 2 cocktails avec des gâteaux apéro.

02/07/2024: Fuimos en familia y cenamos super bien . Especial mención a Tommaso y a Cinzia que nos atendieron con amabilidad y profesionalidad. Repetimos al día siguiente y no nos defraudó. Muy recomendable

28/06/2024: Super accommodating restaurant! We are a family of picky eaters and they were more than welcoming to us! Greeted us with Prosecco and a gift from the chef. Tried very hard to understand us despite us all being from America. Amazing place!

19/08/2024: A bar in the heart of Sorrento Square, all good but very expensive for being a normal Syrian from a normal town in Italy, 2 beers, 7 coffees €41 the service is actually very fast and very nice but at first it didn't seem like it because the oppressive environment

18/08/2024: We had dinner with friends at this restaurant after booking on the recommendation of people who had already been there. The taxi driver had already warned us but we didn't believe him. In reality it was a catastrophe. The starters were very expensive but good, for the second course some of us had the fried fish. After about 1 hour of waiting they warn us that the meal is finished but before we could choose anything else they reassure us by saying that they had taken it in another restaurant. 45 minutes pass and they tell us again that the vessel will never arrive... we decide to leave because we felt cheated. For 3 starters, 1 first course and 2 bottles of undrunk wine we pay 180 euros. Having entered at 8.10pm it is now 10pm. Evening completely ruined

29/02/2024: Tutto ottimo stra soddisfatti dalle tagliatelle fatte in casa frittura di pesce il fantastico tiramisù fatto in casa. Ambiente molto accogliente conto molto onesto!

04/02/2024: Trovato per puro caso siamo rimasti assolutamente soddisfatti dell'esperienza fatta. Menu semplice con ingredienti genuini non si cerca il gourmet si cerca e si trova gusto.... ma l'eccezionalità del posto è legato ad una titolare che mi ha scioccata per la gentilezza educazione cortesia ed attenzione al cliente ....torneremo sicuramente

09/08/2024: Almost everything good. The food is good, the service is very friendly and professional, the place has tradition...but without air conditioning, in August! And it's not the first time. It is very normal here in Naples, that restaurants and bars do not have A/C. I don't understand. It's 34 degrees and either they don't have it or they don't turn it on. In this case they told me it was "blocked". The truth is that it ruins everything good they have. I just wanted to run away and breathe...we have to fix it!

08/08/2024: First of all I want to give 5 stars to the service. I have read many negative criticisms on the matter but I think an evaluation should be made taking into account not the expectations in the customer-manager relationship but rather a logic linked to tradition and the Neapolitan mentality made with the genuineness of those who manage a business by treating customers like the old ones relatives who are guests of the restaurant almost every day. A confidential chat, a probable inattention not due to lack of professionalism or education but rather in the logic "it's true May we forgot the bread but no one died from it"... this is the impression I had and good God if we you can relax at the table without too many frills and hypocrisies. I would like to point out that the above has not happened to me but it is just my feeling. The lady and owner was attentive, kind and helpful. It made me feel like I was at mum's house on Sunday lunch. Lunch... Fantastic Genoese. A spaghetti with anchovies, lemon and pecorino cheese never eaten in my life and recommended by her because it's her recipe, 2 glasses of very cold falanghina and some crunchy bread for a final "slipper". No rush, no pressure on the choice of any second courses or sweet fruit starters... the prices? Not exactly like a trattoria but the quality is there and you can feel it. The place is very, very nice, well furnished and in the best tradition of true Neapolitan trattorias. Full of objects from the past that evoke memories of grandmother's kitchen or dining room... we'll see you soon... P.s. only 4 stars on the food because I would have gladly eaten an extra forkful of spaghetti...

25/08/2024: Hotel Imperiale is a bit of a faded glory. There was something to be said everywhere that thorough maintenance was/is not being done. Hotel room was mehh. We did have a problem with the toilet. It had a leak that caused all the water to come out the back when flushing. Reported it to reception twice, but no promised technician came by... in the end I resolved it myself. Noise pollution can be a thing because you hear everyone talking in the other rooms, but it did not bother us during our stay (note: this hotel is also a wedding location. It can be bad). Bed was okay but everyone ended up rolling to the middle of the bed. Breakfast was also mediocre (lots of sugar/long-life products). Swimming pool looked nice but not tested.

23/08/2024: We had a great time in this hotel and found professionalism, kindness, patience, courtesy to be truly professional being celiac, a couple of cuddles for breakfast and attention, thank you, the hotel is beautiful, it is impeccably clean go there strategic place to reach all places Thank you
