25/08/2024: A step above most restaurants in Sorrento, a place that truly cares about quality. We enjoyed great food in all courses and the service was efficient and friendly. They handled my celiac allergy to gluten perfectly too. Allergens are clear on the menu and they can provide GF pasta. My only complaint was that it was very hot in the restaurant. But there you go, summer in Sorrento!

24/08/2024: Great ambiance, staff was wonderful. Antonio our server was so sweet and even gave us recommendations for after dinner. Very authentic experience, incredible wine and the staff really knows their stuff. Probably the best cannoli I’ve ever had, honorable mention for the truffle dish. My dad had the ragu and he loved it. Nothing but good things to say! (Also, it’s cool inside if you’re super hot and need respite, just give it a minute).

08/08/2024: Since university it has been and continues to be my favorite place in Naples. Despite the wild tourism that has invaded Naples, Mangi & Bevi has remained faithful to its idea: excellent quality food and raw materials and popular prices. Every time I return to Naples I return here and, years later, everything is always the same: very friendly staff, fantastic lunches and Neapolitanism - the real one - in its pure state. It makes no difference whether the guests at your table are university professors or workers, you will certainly be able to enjoy a typical Neapolitan lunch. Thanks to Gigi and her staff for continuing to give joy every day. Very simple summary: hymn to Neapolitanism. P.S. A place that has parmigiana as a side dish already says a lot! P.P.S. Dreamy battered aubergines and courgettes.

26/07/2024: The canteen par excellence, regularly changed menu, varied and homemade dishes: the kitchen is open. Fast and friendly service. 7 courses, 1 bottle of water, a large beer and 1 coke: 35 euros....what more could you ask for! You have to eat there at least once in Naples!

27/07/2024: From Flavia Aprea. I celebrated two events at Villa Romano, my 18th birthday (a few years ago) and my graduation and I promised Marco that I will also celebrate my wedding. I relied completely on them, and they not only satisfied me but more. Everything was perfect. The location is magnificent, the food spectacular, the staff is competent and very polite. I only received compliments from my guests. Thank you Marco, thank you Arianna and thank you all for making my graduation one of the best days of my life.

27/07/2024: A delight! The quality of the food and wine is there, and the service is top notch. The pasta was excellent. Intimate place and charming setting, away from the resorts and other hotels on the island. I recommend for a visit to Ischia!

15/08/2024: Be sure to visit when you come to Pompeii! The price, taste, and atmosphere of the restaurant are all great. It's a local shop, and locals were also ordering takeout. I don't think there are many places where you can eat such great Neapolitan pizza for around 6 euros. It was great to meet the shop owner, a cute old man wearing a straw hat and glasses♪

13/08/2024: It doesn't seem like a very chic place, but the owners are kind and mixed with the flavors of the products and the goodness of the dishes, make the place give a sense of familiarity. The pizzas are worth trying

20/08/2024: Ischia is a wonderful island that offers a combination of natural beauty and rich history. I was particularly impressed by the visit to the fortress, where I enjoyed incredible views and historical sights. Walking through the alleys and relaxing on the beautiful beaches contributed to an unforgettable experience. Ischia is a real gem that should be experienced!

31/08/2024: The food is excellent - exemplary technically and with a lot of imagination. It is chiefly seafood, but there are alternatives if some of your group don't like seafood - and whilst it is expensive it is fairly priced and there are cheaper options if you're watching the purse strings. The service is brilliant and the staff are charming and funny and lovely. If you're around the Marina Grande you should definitely give this a visit.

30/08/2024: Excellent restaurant located in the splendid setting of the Marina Grande in Sorrento, on a walkway extending into the sea. The food is exquisite, the dishes are refined but at the same time with generous portions (try the delicious risotto!), the service is excellent with great kindness and friendliness from all the staff. Highly recommended!

06/08/2024: It's a tough walk to the restaurant but it's worth every drop of sweat. The welcome is very warm. The atmosphere is casual, Capri meets Costa Rica. We took the vegetarian menu with matched wines. Very tasty dishes with a unique touch. And the wines... it quickly became clear that a top sommelier is at work here. Let yourself be guided and be sure to visit the beautiful wine cellar. We finished with a grappa…choice from 200 varieties! The sommelier again took his time to help us make the right choice. And then came another surprise…the price. By Capri standards it's not expensive. We will definitely come back.

02/08/2024: Simply amazing! Off the beaten path romantic restaurant with traditional Italian food, but with a modern twist thanks to their Peruvian sous chief. The service was impeccable. We shared most dishes and the kitchen portioned it into two separate plates. Lots of little thoughtful details like that, bread tasting, complimentary amuse-bouche, and providing cool towels after our walk to the restaurant. Highly Recommend.

15/04/2024: Antipasto non eccellente , da migliorare nell’impiattamento . I primi, il piatto che ho scelto era terminato , buono da 6,5 . I secondi ; La carne squisita , un bel taglio ottima cottura l’unica pecca troppo salata! Ottima cantina dei vini.
