24/07/2024: It has always been a guarantee for years! Porchetta made by them always fresh, excellent appetizers always all produced by them, nothing frozen here! Enjoyable sandwiches with the possibility of choosing the crunchy ciabatta (which I recommend) or the good soft one which, although very good, is similar everywhere, so I recommend the ciabatta which is very particular. Top service and team of only young people who always work impeccably ❤️

31/08/2024: 9 courses, like the 9 years of activity of Il Connubio, 9 years of kindness and care from Armando and Serenella, how could we miss their birthday? The tasting itinerary, accompanied by a delicious wine, featured some of the best dishes from their cuisine: a riot of colours, smells and lastly, flavours. Because food, serious food, is an experience that, in the end, you face with taste. Furthermore, my husband only eats cod if Armando cooks it 😍 Thanks always for everything 😊

31/07/2024: We were returning from Caserta and stopped in this restaurant... wonderful discovery! Serena and her husband are fantastic: she is an excellent hostess, great care for customers; he is a very good chef who offers exquisite dishes using only large quantities of raw materials! Appreciable cellar. Excellent value for money! Congratulations, we will be back for sure! Highly recommended

01/09/2024: Neighborhood cuisine, everything is correct overall. Practical when you're staying there and want something other than a sandwich, but it's not worth the detour.

19/08/2024: We (four adults and two children) had lunch in Ristorante Amici Miei. It was a calm day in the restaurant, so we immediately got a table. This family run restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and a friendly atmosphere. To my taste the interior was a bit too dark though. We ordered some antipasti as a starter, a mix of vegetables, charcuterie and fish. The antipasti were good, but to be honest, we've had better elsewhere. And sadly the spumante had been open too long, so the bubbles were mostly gone. I should have sent the glass back. As a main course we ordered the pasta combination of the chef. The pasta was nice and the portion was more than enough to share between six people. I have to mention the home made bread with bacon and broccoli, which was really outstanding. Could have eaten the bread all by myself. After the meal we got offered some merengue on the house.

31/07/2024: I almost do not want to review this restaurant as I want to keep it all to myself, what an amazing hidden gem! So unassuming from the outside that you might walk past it without noticing its there. We stumbled upon it and we are so glad we did. My partner has Italian family and had been visiting Italy for many years, eating out often and having plenty of home cooked food. He said this was the best meal he has ever had out in Italy! It was wonderful and the staff were so warm and friendly. I whole heartedly recommend. We started with bread and cheese and meats (the balsamic vinegar was the best I have ever had) followed by a pasta course, we skipped meat as we were full but really wanted desert opting for tiramisu and lemon pie both excellent. Very very reasonable prices I would have paid double. Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff di Amici Miei. Ricorderemo a lungo la vostra ospitalità e l'ottimo cibo. 16/08/2024: It's not the first time we eat at this place, and I can say that it has never disappointed us. The Apulian bombette are the top, and the meat is of excellent quality They are very attentive to the customer and very expert in cooking meat, it is always cooked to the right point for us, dry but not too raw. It is highly recommended for an outing with friends, but it is also very comfortable for families. There is a nice car park at the back so you are safe with your car. I always recommend booking

10/08/2024: Nice place, two large rooms and despite this the tables are very close together which is to the detriment of those who are more reserved. Good food, we took various things, my 300g hamburger was a little salty. Good bottled red beer. Excellent service, we can return.

28/07/2024: An exceptional pastry shop where each product is a work of art We not only find traditional desserts of the highest level (the pastiera is an absolute must-try) but innovative high-end pastry desserts such as cassata nera and many others. For my mother's birthday I ordered a fresh fruit millefeuille. High class Well done to the whole family

19/08/2024: The first courses were excellent, I personally enjoyed the Sorrento gnocchi, as well as the pizza which was truly excellent. Friendly staff, very nice environment. Definitely coming back!

19/08/2024: I went to this place twice during my holiday in Sorrento. Very good margherita pizza, I also tried the spaghetti alla nerano, wonderful. Excellent value for money. The environment is also super nice and the staff are friendly and smiling! Highly recommended.

28/07/2024: Antipasto no limits, tantissime cose e nulla di particolarmente buono, anzi... Spaghetti alle vongole grassosi, probabilmente per l'utilizzo eccessivo di burro di scarsa qualità e vongole durette, qualcuna con la sabbia. Finanche il dolce non mi è piaciuto. Ambiente a "mensa comune", piano bar "voglia di lavorare saltami addosso", personale molto attento, pronto a sostituire posate e piatti senza neanche doverlo dire, complimenti solo a loro. Rapporto qualità-prezzo, scarso: tre antipasti, tre primi piatti, tre dolci e due bottiglie d'acqua 145 euro... per non aver neanche mangiato bene.

12/07/2024: It is practically a terrace overlooking the sea, you arrive at the restaurant by taxi boat or by land, the first option is very characteristic and particular (to book a taxi ask the restaurant for directions). The journey by sea takes about 5 minutes. The restaurant offers land and sea dishes, the latter we tried were nothing short of fantastic both in terms of taste and quality of the raw materials. Courteous and professional staff. absolutely recommended.

10/07/2024: Superior quality food, unique flavours, attentive and courteous service. A wonderful and romantic panoramic view. I don't think there's anything better to ask for. Truly congratulations to everyone. Ps very nice option to arrive by taxi boat which takes you to the place for €6 return. I recommend it to everybody.

25/08/2024: Incredibly delicious things! The sfogliatelle in particular are absolutely amazing 🤤 The service and employees are friendlier than in most shops in the city center. The prices are okay (a little outside the tourist area it will be cheaper).

24/07/2024: In love with the views, the delicious food and the welcoming and familiar attention I received. My favorite restaurant in Ischia now. You'll love it. I ate the rabbit and the pasta cooked in the 'coniglio alla cacciatora' juice itself, very typical of this area. My curiosity led me to ask them about the recipe and they were so kind to explain it and even have great detail with me. I had an unbeatable experience and I am looking forward to eating there again when I return to Ischia. 10/10!

11/08/2024: Hotel too expensive compared to the services offered. Room with very small shower. Uncomfortable mattresses. No lift and staff with little empathy towards guests. Breakfast with little choice. Excellent location as it is very close to the center and the lake.

14/07/2024: Il locale è ubicato in un punto ideale al termine del famosissimo corso Italia. Mi ha colpito in positivo la gentilezza e l attenzione del personale, cosa affatto scontata, sulla qualità del cibo nulla di entusiasmante, ma ci tornerò perché ho la sensazione che il locale sa offrire una qualità superiore.

04/08/2024: I’m visiting Sorrento from Australia and loved the gelato here!!! Authentic and homemade, unlike the others I’ve had. I knew it would be amazing as soon as I saw the shop full of local customers. I highly recommend you try!
