Cantina Raustella In Serrara fontana

We went out of season when it was closed, but they still welcomed us and showed us around the winery. Very kind owners, excellent wine and honey! And the environment.... Absolutely worth seeing!

What can I say, Ischia is a marvel but I didn't know this winery that translates hard work into an excellent wine

Amazing experience!! Had a tour from the owner he was so kind and passionate about his craft. We had a bottle of white, red, and a small tasting of lemoncello. Everything was incredible, especially the basil one! I wish they could ship to the states. Gorgeous views. Worth the drive out.

They weren't even open.. "They cut the grapes today!" but Guiseppe didn't care. He made us a 4-course meal and put bottles of wine on the table as if it was the most normal thing in the world to accept guests on your day off. It was amazing. The veg came straight from the garden, the wine directly from the barrel, and there was honey and limoncello for dessert. I'd go back any day!

Fabulous experience at a unique place. The host is truly fantastic and makes you feel at home with multiple courses for a tasting (one red, one white, grappa and limoncello and generous pours).

Stupendo sembra una fiaba. Vino ottimo Giuseppe e il figlio Francesco due persone meravigliose . Il posto è’ stato scavato con il piccone nel 1800 e ci sono ancora gli oggetti originali .

Beautiful place and some of the best wine I ever had

We had an incredible experience at this extraordinary winery. The owner of the winery - Francesco - led us through a fascinating tour into the history and traditions of this unique place. We were utterly charmed by the ornate antiquities, the stories behind the history of the family's wine-making, and Francesco's genuine passion for this beautiful place. The food and wine were delicious, but it was the ambience and atmosphere of the winery that was truly breath-taking. A one-of-a-kind experience, could not recommend it enough!

One of the best food and drink experiences I've ever had in my life. My girlfriend and I were heading back from the beach and noticed a winery on the way home and decided to stop with no expectations. We showed up only to find out that it was reservation only. Francesco said to give him one minute and then came back and gave us our own private tour of the vineyard and winery. We then proceeded to share a bottle of white and red wine with meats and cheeses followed by fruit and dessert. All amazing. After it was time to go we were asking for restaurant recommendations on the island for the rest of our trip. Francesco mentioned that they made the best rabbit on the island in his opinion and asked if we wanted some. We said sure and he said he'd bring us some pasta and rabbit. In the meantime waiting for it to cook he brought us another bottle of wine with some peaches. The pasta was first and was out of this world followed by the rabbit. Also incredible. Francesco was a fantastic host and made the night an experience that we will never forget.

Amazing and beautiful!! A must go if you are in ischia! Very nostalgic and a lot of history. The host is very friendly and will great you a lot of enthusiasm and kindness.
