05/01/2026: An old neighborhood bakery where courtesy and quality are at home. In addition to excellent bread, you can eat traditional Neapolitan dishes right there. I cannot fail to mention the potato croquettes and the meat and vegetarian meatballs in an almond crust, a true delicacy.

09/10/2025: The best Palermo roll in town. Warm, fluffy, crumbled with fabulously crunchy sesame seeds, with any Sicilian topping you desire. Priced at a mere €1.50.

09/10/2025: Delicious rolls, and pizza by the slice is also available. The dough is fantastic, perfectly soft, and the filling is generous. A great option for a quick meal or an alternative to a sweet breakfast.

10/09/2025: I had a fantastic dinner here, the service was brilliant and the food was absolutely delicious. The setting was very romantic, we were lucky there was a thunder storm and were able to see lightening over our beautiful dinner. I had the rabbit ravioli as a main and it was absolutely delightful, and my husband had a delicious beef dish. I feel it was very reasonably priced, I’ve dined at Michelin starred restaurants that have charged much more but delivered far less. It was a gorgeous evening ❤️ thank you zi nannina

09/09/2025: A restaurant not to be missed if you're passing through Ischia. Breathtaking views of the sea and the Castello Aragonese. Everything is perfect for a romantic lunch or dinner. Refined cuisine featuring local produce. A menu to suit all tastes and impeccable service. A restaurant to discover without hesitation. You have to search a little to find this wonderful place, which is truly worth the detour.

Located in a somewhat run-down, densely populated area, this pizzeria is known not only for its classic oven-baked and fried pizzas, which are served at your table, but also for its takeout offerings, including its famous "pizze a portafoglio" (a wallet) and fried pizzas, as well as its mixed fried dishes, such as arancini (fried arancini) and the famous zeppole and panzarotti (fried zeppole). Super-popular prices for a quality product. Worth a try.

02/11/2025: We came to this restaurant based on the many positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience was completely different. The service was terrible: the waiter was very arrogant and sarcastic, with smirks, inappropriate jokes, and zero professionalism. We are tourists, not Italian, and we politely asked to speak Italian—but he insisted on English and then spoke in a fast, difficult dialect, clearly intending to make us feel uncomfortable. We ordered two dishes: the salmon was completely raw and flavorless, while the Argentine fillet was raw inside. When we asked for it to be cooked more, the waiter continued with his ironic and disrespectful attitude. In the end, we decided not to accept another dish and asked for the bill. They gave us a €3 discount, which almost seemed like a joke. In conclusion, a very disappointing experience, both in terms of service and food quality. It's a shame, because the place had good reviews, but we won't return and we don't recommend it.

30/10/2025: Nice place, very good food! The only flaw (not a small one, especially if you're really hungry) was that even though there weren't many people, the wait was too long... but it's worth going anyway, maybe have an aperitif first :p

05/04/2026: An hour's wait for a plate of pasta carbonara that was barely adequate. The prices were reasonable, but given the small portions, that's understandable. It was a "primi piatti" as they say, but we didn't want to waste another hour waiting for something else. I don't know if it's because we're tourists, but we were served after all the other tables that arrived after us... Quite disappointed, even very disappointed, for a taverna.

03/04/2026: An exceptional experience. I've been in Italy for 5 days and this is the best value for money I've found. I ordered an exquisite octopus salad, piled high. Everything was outstanding.

23/02/2026: I tried this place due to good reviews and was pleased by the experience. We reserved a table to be sure and we were the first ones there at 730pm. Waiter spoke English so that made it easier. Good food and nice atmosphere.

23/03/2026: A place tours come for pizza. It’s ok pizza, but there are better places in Napoli and certainly not worth being sat in the secondary windowless dining room (around the corner from the original). The pizzas are already marked up in cost to other amazing places in Napoli. In addition, they charge a mandatory 15% service on top of the 2€ coperto per person simply because they know they can (Anthony Bourdain).
