We've been to Don Salvatore al Monte di Procida twice, and both times, everything was simply impeccable. While we were blown away by the food the first time, the second time we decided to enjoy the full experience by staying overnight and having breakfast, which was a complete confirmation of the quality of this place. The location is beautiful, with meticulous attention to every detail and a charming atmosphere, complemented by impeccable cleanliness throughout. The food is simply delicious. Kudos to the entire staff for their professionalism and unwavering attention, but a special thanks goes to Patrizia. She's a wonderful person like few others, and with her incredible hospitality, she truly made us feel part of the family. Everything was perfect. We had the pleasure of eating at this wonderful restaurant on a Saturday evening, and it was a truly delightful experience! We immediately felt welcomed by the very attentive, well-groomed, polite, and thoughtful staff, available to offer advice and accommodate our needs. The food was divine; everything was delicious, a true journey of discovery into new tastes and flavor combinations, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed! We tried the tasting menu, with a variety of appetizers that were generous to say the least (anyone who says the portions are small is crazy). For our first course, the Genovese steak blew me away...the best I've ever eaten in my life (and believe me, I've eaten a lot). The meat was wonderfully tender, delicious, and exceptionally flavorful. The dessert was the only thing I wasn't entirely to my taste, but that's obviously my personal preference; my husband loved it. In short, it's certainly not for everyone, and it can't always be done, but in my opinion, the quality of the products comes at a price, and for me, the value for money is an A+. We promised ourselves we'd return during the warmer months to eat in the beautiful lemon grove that's part of the property. Thanks again to all the staff at the Don Salvatore Restaurant ❤️

Very nice location, excellent food, we ate really well. Maybe a little expensive, but the quality and service were worth it. The only thing I didn't like was the pear dessert; it was really bad. Everything else was delicious, congratulations.

We tried the restaurant for Valentine's Day dinner, and the quality of the ingredients was far above average! The appetizers had an authentic and surprising flavor. The only disappointment was the first course of fresh pasta and truffle, which was truly delicious but too small. The second course was sublime meat, accompanied by vegetables from their own garden that almost took center stage. Overall, a great experience. We'll definitely be back to try the meat again.
