17/08/2025: An excellent culinary experience, with excellent ingredients. Highly recommended for a day out, with plenty of on-street parking. We're returning to this wonderful restaurant again on August 17th. The quality remains the same, if not better. Many compliments again!

The atmosphere is intimate, meticulously crafted, and very welcoming: perfect for a lunch with friends. The cuisine is truly excellent: dishes prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, carefully presented, and authentic in flavor.

30/08/2025: Tiny family-run restaurant: the wife waits tables, the husband cooks. The atmosphere is informal and friendly. Fresh homemade pasta is served. We ordered chitarra with truffle and scamorza with truffle. Both dishes were beautifully seasoned with generous shavings of fresh summer truffle. Good bulk wine (red Montepulciano di Abruzzo). Fair prices. I've attached a photo of the menu. We were lucky to get the last table. Reservations are recommended.

29/08/2025: Small and cozy place. Quiet with only four tables, so it's best to book in advance. Excellent ravioli and the pork loin with caramelized onions are delicious. Excellent value for money. Recommended.

05/09/2025: I was in Scanno.... I never managed to book.... On the phone they told me we are full... So book 2 weeks in advance... I didn't manage to do it in a week in Scanno... They told me to show up for the second shift at 9... but with a small daughter I couldn't wait.... So book well in advance

16/08/2025: The room was fairly new and comfortable (though perhaps there wasn't air conditioning). The restaurant across the street was very convenient, allowing you to dine after your return in the evening (until around 10 pm). The owner was kind and helpful. The breakfast was good and varied. The location was a bit remote.

08/09/2025: I tried the bruschettoni and arrosticini and can confirm that, just as the restaurant's name suggests, the "divine arrosticini" are truly divine! Excellent service, attentive and courteous staff. The place is very charming and welcoming: an experience definitely worth repeating.

02/09/2025: As a tourist, recommended by an elderly couple I met in Pizzoli. What can I say? As for the arrosticini, they're the best in L'Aquila, and the 40 euros we ordered for the two of us, including lamb and liver, are a testament to this, which for me were the best. To our disappointment, we also ordered an Amatriciana, which was truly good. It's best to book, the staff are very friendly, and the service is excellent! Just enough time to cook the arrosticini on the grill and you're served right away. The only downside is the four tables along the road, which is busy with traffic. But there are seats in the adjacent park, away from the annoying traffic. Regardless, for the satisfaction of enjoying arrosticini, it's a must-visit.

08/09/2025: Having stumbled upon lunch here by chance while visiting L'Aquila's historic center, we discovered a refined and tasty cuisine, made with local ingredients. At the end of the meal, the chef explained how he cooked the seemingly simple grilled chicken. The handmade pappardelle, topped with sheep's milk ricotta, Campostano sausage, and black truffle, were incredibly rich. The final treat, which alone deserves six stars, was the gentian ice cream. A true delight... The bill was the final pleasant surprise.

07/09/2025: Loved this restaurant. Food was incredible. Lamb was like nothing I’ve ever had before My favorite restaurant in l’Aquila. The owners are so nice and were very kind to a foreigner like me. I loved it so much I went back 2 days in a row. Pasta is fresh and local, and the lamb is unbelievable.

27/08/2025: Everything was excellent, from the house wine to the first courses and desserts. We had homemade fettuccine with porcini mushrooms and truffle, and asparagus and guanciale. Super generous portions. The kindness of the staff and Emiliano's cheerfulness make you feel at ease. Thank you 🤩 for the souvenir. PS: We would have happily stayed on the deckchairs 🤣 after lunch, but it seemed too much.
