18/08/2026: Absolutely negative experience. We had dinner at this restaurant last night and ordered a cheese and cold cuts platter and two first courses. We initially asked for a cheese-only platter, but the waitress recommended the mixed platter with cold cuts as well. When it arrived, however, there were only four slices of cheese and an excessive amount of cold cuts, cut so thickly that they almost looked like steaks. Then the two first courses arrived. The portions were truly enormous, but that wasn't the thing that bothered us at all: the problem was that they were practically inedible. My first course, with shrimp and saffron, had a truly unpleasant odor, and the shrimp didn't seem fresh at all. The gnocchi in the other dish, however, were so hard they looked like stones. We immediately reported the problem to the staff, especially since both dishes remained practically intact. What left us even more perplexed happened when it came time to pay: despite having clearly explained that the starters hadn't been eaten and the reason, only one coffee was deducted from our bill. It can happen that a dish turns out badly, but if two customers leave practically everything and report the problem, we expect at least a minimum amount of attention in handling the situation. For us, it was a truly terrible experience, and one we won't repeat. Not recommended.
