27/03/2026: We tried excellent polenta and tasty arrosticini, and a good selection of first courses. It's hard to find a table on weekends.
22/03/2026: For years, Cristallo di Neve has been associated with two prominent figures in the restaurant industry: Irene and Maurizio.
Today, these two gurus of fine dining and drinking have begun a new adventure at Rocca dei Borgia, handing over the reins of the historic Campo dell'Osso venue to their grandchildren, Francesca and Gigi.
The result is like changing the order of things: SAME, EXCEPTIONAL!
The quality of the ingredients is always top-notch, and today's lunch, featuring appetizers of carpaccio and Angus beef tartare, followed by meat agnolotti with Gorgonzola cream, saffron, and grated truffle, and strozzapreti with wild boar ragù, was the pinnacle of flavor.
The tiramisu with coffee poured directly by the good Gigi (who also knows his stuff about wines and spirits) and the rum and chocolate cake concluded a pleasant and unforgettable experience. Because both of them, like their uncles and the young, highly trained staff, besides offering delicious dishes, managed to make you feel "at home."
We'll be back as soon as possible!

04/04/2026: Family-run restaurant. We are warmly welcomed and shown to our table. The atmosphere is refined, the food superb, and the service excellent. To welcome us, we are served toasted bread with local olive oil and two small fish tartares. We chat with the owner and have a pleasant conversation.
05/03/2026: The food was delicious! We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the ingredients in the starters. Very homely and warm atmosphere. The service was helpful and understanding (we ordered more than we could eat, but they managed to pack it up for us to take away). I can highly recommend it :)

01/02/2026: We felt right at home! The owner, Davide, is an exceptional host! It's a small place, but that's what makes it special: just a few tables and lots of customer service! The food is absolutely top-quality; they choose local ingredients that are then beautifully prepared in the kitchen! We stumbled upon it by accident, but we'll definitely be back! Great experience!
01/02/2026: Davide is great; he made us laugh the whole time. His wife cooked for all of us, and everything was delicious. If you love game, this is the place to be. Plus, the place is small and cozy. You feel right at home, perfect for dinners with friends.

15/03/2026: A farmhouse. A trattoria. A quiet place to eat simply and well. The arrosticini? Placed on a grill, turned by hand, and cooked over the coals. Perhaps, no doubt, the best I've ever eaten! The rest is worth it, absolutely worth it. The scamorza is very good. I can only say: Thank you!

08/12/2025: I'm so happy I ate at this restaurant; the staff was wonderful, as was the food. The mountain setting is perfect for a lovely family afternoon. The food arrived super quickly, in about 10-15 minutes, even though there were a lot of us. The restaurant has a bar, a pub, and a restaurant with a beautiful fireplace that gives it a mountain cabin feel. It's a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

The mussels were peppered and floating in oil!!!
The lobster linguine was nonexistent on the plate... tasty, but the lobster was ghostly!!!
Poor value for money!!!
First and last time... too bad because the location is beautiful... Forte dei Marmi is fortunate because of the tourism... and above all, a lot of people go there who have never seriously eaten fish... and don't even know what they're eating... like most of those who gave it 5 stars!!!!! They're definitely people who have eaten in company cafeterias or service stations.

07/02/2026: The food was plentiful but of poor quality, and the place was old and very dirty. But what was most surprising was the staff's lack of kindness: a bunch of rude people who had no idea how to treat people, even customers. An unpleasant experience.

The food is heavenly, the staff is very professional and kind, and caters to every need.
The icing on the cake is Fa Ivis, with her kindness and friendliness... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
08/03/2026: Very good: quality burgers and hot dogs (the burger meat was very good), fries too, and gnocchi were very good. The arrosticini were our favorite. The best we've ever had.

We went to this restaurant on New Year's Eve 2024/2025 and New Year's Day, and we had fantastic food. The quality was excellent (although the service was very slow). On Sunday, December 7, we went again, having booked a week in advance. When we arrived, they told us it wasn't possible because the restaurant was full and we'd arrived too late (coming from Rome and with a dog). We'd given 1:30/2:00 PM... disappointed, we left. However, looking around the dining room, you could see annoyed faces, probably due to the slow service... maybe that's why they didn't even offer to wait if a table became available.
27/11/2025: Very bad experience. The bathrooms were rundown, the prices were high, and the food was mediocre. Everyone was rude. Never again.

06/07/2025: Ci troviamo per caso domenica 6 luglio 2025: il ristorante è abbastanza pieno, una ragazza e un signore si aggirano tra i tavoli, ma l’attesa è abbastanza lunga. Ordiniamo un tagliere di selvaggina e uno di carpaccio, poi dei maltagliati con ragù e zucchine e zafferano e due contorni, cicoria e verdura grigliata.
Il tagliere era davvero imbarazzante (aveva un accenno di tartufo sulla mortadella - di maiale- che sapeva di nulla. Il resto con salame e n.1 mini salsiccetta di cinghiale (?) con qualche fetta di qualcosa affumicato. Il primo ancor più’ imbarazzante, i maltagliati salatissimi con un ragù bianco e di zucchine forse l’idea, mette lo zafferano rimasto nelle parole della cameriera…tra l’altro cotti molto male. Finiamo con la cicoria che dava sull’acido. Il Tutto ben pagato. La domenica è la vostra vetrina, cari ristoratori, non accampate scuse che ci sono troppi clienti! Essere bravi il martedì è facile… cambiate mestiere altrimenti.
22/03/2025: Locale disposto su più piani collegati da una bella scala interna. Tavoli e arredamenti essenziali, puliti, moderni.

19/03/2025: Ottimi antipasti che già fanno un pasto… bisteccone ben cotte con vino della casa. Peccato manchi il gelato. Servizio gentile
16/03/2025: Pranzo eccellente, per un ristorante che a distanza di anni si conferma una garanzia. Abbiamo provato più antipasti, con le bruschette miste esorbitanti nella quantità e nel gusto, a cui abbiamo unito anche un ottimo primosale sulla brace al centerbe. Tra i secondi prelibata la scamorza con guanciale e tartufo, ma in generale chiunque vorrà gustare affettati e formaggi non rimarrà deluso.
