08/03/2024: Cibo di ottima qualità, personale e nello specifico la cameriera super gentile, disponibile e solare. Ci tornerò sicuramente, siamo stati benissimo (dopo i vari pranzi aziendali a base insalata)!

29/02/2024: Super friendly staff! We were welcomed and seated even though we hadn't booked. Welcome scone. We ordered a first course with mushrooms and one with spectacular venison ragout, including a tasting of a first course with delicious pistachio cream and bacon! For the second course, a portion of sausages. Portions more than right and a magical place!

25/02/2024: ABSURD PRICES, NO MENU, LITTLE CHOICE...We ate what they wanted because the menu wasn't there and they only had two choices of first courses. 2 people: 2 first courses, 1 lamb, 1 scamorzina, 1 side dish, 1 water (first courses not very desired but there was no choice) TOTAL €78 without receipt!

08/09/2023: Posto sperduto tra le campagne, ma all'arrivo la sorpresa è tanta: siamo accolti dalla famiglia che lo gestisce, come non dei clienti ma degli amici. La cucina poi!!! genuinità estrema e abbondanza nelle porzioni. La moglie ai fornelli, il marito alla griglia, la figlia ai tavoli: un team eccezionale! Gli antipasti fantastici, con prodotti genuini e deliziosi. I primi cucinati dalla signora da leccarsi i baffi. I secondi alla griglia: arrosticini e grigliate di carne fantastiche e soprattutto qui abbiamo mangiato la bistecca alla fiorentina migliore che ci sia mai capitata nel nostro girovagare!!! Insomma, tutto davvero delizioso, per alla fine - un conto assolutamente non salato visto quello che ci avevano fatto gustare. Così buono che ci eravamo passati all'andata delle nostre vacanze, e dopo una settimana, durante il viaggio di ritorno a casa, abbiamo effettuato apposta una deviazione per tornarci, e con la stessa soddisfazione. da non lasciarselo sfuggire!!!

30/03/2024: I will try to be brief, because for years I have been reviewing the places where I visit and eat, so that I can help travellers, which is the aim, among other things. Anyway… I start this story by describing the negative experience in this place. We were in Avezzano for a medical visit and after 12:00 we decided to look for a place to go for lunch, to please my son who is a lover of Abruzzo kebabs. The first place chosen indicated by Google was closed (alas) we saw the first reviews of this "cellar" and we went, we arrived and were greeted by a young waiter, helpful and polite, the place is small, but warm and welcoming, where you can see several bottles. Taking a look at the menu made me want to get up, because essentially the only thing there was: the infamous kebabs. Alright, let's make the little boy happy. Unfortunately the proposal was not very valid, the house wine was good, perhaps the only positive note, among the first courses offered: bean soup, another one and for the second course chicken or scamorza, for goodness sake, we came, no one there he called: However, there wasn't much choice. An appetizer, some bruschetta, then, by exclusion, I order the soup, my husband (much less diplomatic, in fact not at all) asks if we can make spaghetti carbonara. The atmosphere immediately became heavy. And then the appetizer arrived and the confirmation: Cured meats and a slice of cheese, mozzarella freshly removed from the jar, bread (not fresh) and tomato, well... the air becomes much heavier... immediately after bringing this barely sufficient appetizer I receive a plate with a bowl of cold soup, insipid and with a touch of acidity (I think a drop of vinegar), two slices of polenta and two discs of something fried (I couldn't understand what it was) in short... I felt guilty for having decided to stay. It all ended in an argument: the owner/chef showed up and didn't take the criticism well and became furious. Surely he was right when he said: This is my house, I'm in charge! I work and make big sacrifices to maintain the business! And then I honestly don't remember his words... on the contrary: the joke that my husband was a rude person and that he was setting a bad example for his son (a discussion that doesn't belong to them) Dear Mr. Chef: I understand very well the issue of sacrifices to maintain your business, we've been there too. The criticism was for a good purpose, because the customer who chooses you and brings you money also wants to eat well. If we want to talk about quality... never mind, his 10 kebabs at €1.20 each were half-baked and also undercooked. The bread was not fresh and you even proved it to us: bringing envelopes and confirming that they were from last evening. At the end of the show: he asked us to leave and that he didn't want our money. And I have seen that other travelers have encountered the same problems. So it wasn't the first time.

28/01/2024: Posto bello, proprio sotto la montagna, non offre parcheggio idoneo visto la gente che accoglie, molto rumoroso, non si può parlare per la musica alta e gli schiamazzi, portate scarse; i primi: si contano sulle dita della mano quanta pasta è..a quel prezzo lì intorno se ne trovano molti altri di ristoranti che non guardano alla quantità dei manicaretti che cadono nel piatto a prezzi molto più accessibili. Molto delusa!

01/11/2023: Sono stato qui l'ultimo giorno di Ottobre, una splendida giornata. Pranzo di qualità, con costi contenuti. Primo, secondo, tiramisù e cocacola per appena 12 euro. Personale educato, consiglio.

31/08/2023: Locale scoperto per caso vicino alla Cattedrale. Accogliente, pulitissimo, ragazzi cordiali e gentili, ampia scelta tra primi, secondi, contorni e pizze di ogni genere sia alla pala che ripiene. Ogni tipo di bevande: bibite, vino, acqua e birra. Servizio velocissimo e possibilità di mangiare sia all’interno che all’esterno. Bagno superpulito. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo dei cibi proposti. Da andarci e ritornarci senz’altro…
