25/11/2025: After visiting Campo Imperatore, we drove down to Santo Stefano di Sessanio. We stopped for lunch. The place is very welcoming, the food is excellent, and the owners are very kind. I will definitely be back.

08/12/2025: We visited this restaurant during a short stay in L'Aquila. We wanted to try some local dishes. Everything was excellent. The fregnacce, maltagliati, reminded me of my childhood. The chitarrina with white ragù, porcini mushrooms, and saffron, was our Sunday special. The arrosticini and antipasti were also excellent. The staff was extremely kind and impeccable.

02/11/2025: Exceptional, excellent service. The lady in the dining room was very helpful and welcoming, making you feel at home. The food was superb; we chose the six-course tasting menu, which guests can choose from, as long as they share the same dishes for the table. Each course lived up to expectations, even more. We also really appreciated that the homemade bread, which was delicious, was brought only with the main courses, so we didn't have to fill up first and could fully appreciate each course. The wine pairing was recommended by the lady who proved to be extremely knowledgeable. High-end dining with excellent value.

03/12/2025: The atmosphere is welcoming, divided into two rooms with rustic furnishings that evoke a pleasant, family atmosphere. The staff is distinguished by their efficiency and courtesy. The menu is interesting and well-structured, with a particular focus on first courses; the sliced ​​beef, served on a bed of citrus cabbage, is noteworthy, a tasty and original dish. Noteworthy is the lack of table linens, an element that would have further enhanced the experience. The value for money could be improved: for an appetizer, a main course, and two side dishes (without wine, coffee, or digestif), the bill came to €43, slightly higher than expected.

11/11/2025: An institution in Magliano de' Marsi! For over 40 years, we've been going there for their excellent pastries (the classic ones with cream or chocolate are fantastic!), delicious coffee, and everything else. Try it and believe it!

14/10/2025: We were able to eat lunch there... everything was excellent! We stayed there for one night in a van. Very good location with a shower available (hot water is available for a fee). Very pleasant staff. I recommend it (20 euros per night with water and electricity in October).

13/10/2025: We discovered this agriturismo last July. Nestled in the greenery at the foot of Mount Velino, it exudes a sense of peace and tranquility that permeated us throughout our lunch on the terrace. So we decided to celebrate our son's baptism here. Giusy was incredibly kind and helpful, helping us choose dishes and arranging the tables; she catered to our every need! We had the dining room with an adjoining garden all to ourselves. The food was excellent and the portions generous. We made a great impression on our guests, who complimented us on both the setting and the food. Furthermore, the young woman who served us was delightful, always attentive and quick to ensure we were well-stocked. Finally, the price of the menu per person was fair for what we ate and the quality of the ingredients. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much, and see you soon!!

22/11/2025: A family atmosphere, homemade food—ravioli, gnocchi, supplì, cacio e pepe pasta, grilled scamorza cheese, and so on—all rigorously cooked and served with love. I'd recommend it with both hands, with reasonable prices, in fact, tending to be lower than average. The staff is friendly and always available.

06/12/2025: A very interesting trattoria-restaurant serving local and traditional cuisine. The pasta e fagioli (pasta with beans) and the cacio e ova (cacio e ova balls) are excellent, and the pizza is also worth a try. The dishes are flavorful and a little above average. The prices are very reasonable. The staff are very courteous, attentive, and always smiling.

03/10/2025: We spent two evenings in Scanno and two dinners at Caminetto because, having had such a great time, we thought: why change? The food was tasty and authentic, making us feel like we were at home, thanks in part to the friendly service and the delightful conversation with the owners. The Montepulciano was excellent, and I especially loved the cacio e ova (cacio e ova) and their traditional gnocchi with turnip tops... we had them both evenings! Well done!

10/11/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance and were pleasantly surprised by the truly delicious and authentic food, the excellent service, and the equally authentic atmosphere. I recommend the fried meatballs, as the frying oil is excellent—not truck-fresh, used for weeks (as often happens)—and the wild, delicious sautéed chicory. The bruschetta is also excellent. They were also courteous with our Golden Nebbia 🐶 Thanks for everything, and see you next time.

21/08/2025: A "Narnia, the Secret World" experience. A place where, as you step through the portal, food and quality meet. The BBQ options are excellent, and the grilled chicken wings are adorable. For many, but not for everyone. We'll be back.

18/07/2025: Il ristorante è spesso occupato per eventi ma è anche molto grande quindi sicuramente riuscirete a trovare posto. Ha un bellissimo giardino con tanti spot fotografici. Ci ha accolto un personale professionale ma anche alla mano. Piatti deliziosi, antipasto con salumi e formaggi locali consigliato, idem i primi e l'agnello. Non da meno i dolci e il vino. Prezzi onestissimi, ne vale davvero la pena.
