20/08/2025: Restaurant and pizzeria located in the beautiful Piazza Garibaldi in Sulmona, adjacent to the Church of San Filippo, from which it takes its name. A very charming and characteristic place, the pizza is very good, even though it's not cooked in a wood-fired oven; the red ones are better than the white ones. I'll definitely be back to try it as a restaurant and not as a pizzeria. Prices are average, and the service is very fast. Highly recommended.

21/04/2025: Splendid location, we were there on Easter Monday, a fantastic menu, I asked to make me a vegan menu at the moment and it made me eat wonderfully, spectacular porcini mushrooms and truffle, thank you, professional and friendly staff Frazie

02/09/2025: Original, high-quality dishes, with some truly interesting options. The atmosphere isn't exceptional, but it's still well-rounded. The pizzas are definitely worth trying, as they—for once—are truly original creations that truly showcase the flavors. The only reason for missing a star is the lack of a consistent service, a warm welcome that matches the excellent quality of the food. In short, the character of the dishes doesn't translate to character in the dining room, which is a shame, given the potential. In any case, definitely worth a try.

10/09/2025: Central location in the charming village of Scanno. Very well-maintained rooms, bathroom a bit small, but that's all you can do in a historic building. The owner is super helpful, and I can confirm the excellent breakfast. The on-site parking is a great option.

29/08/2025: Alessandra's place is a little gem in the historic center of Scanno. She's a kind and discreet host. She's available for information and even for pleasant conversations. She even stepped in for an unexpected event. In Abruzzo, I've found a warm welcome, which Alessandra transmits to her guests, along with her love for her homeland.

26/08/2025: Here you'll find the most authentic and genuine Abruzzese cuisine. We couldn't have asked for better. We left feeling truly enthusiastic and satisfied. A warm greeting also to Antonio, the waiter, and to all the staff for their kindness, hospitality, and friendliness. We'll be back soon!

05/09/2025: Do not order truffle bruschetta, we don't know what's on it, no truffle smell, the waiter thinks it's normal...they take your plate away from you while the others at the table haven't finished eating yet...a bit light for the price...unfriendly waiter

11/05/2025: I was there for dinner this evening. We took a cheese tasting appetizer (very good), the other of the cured meats not so good due to the various salamis that were on the palate. The chef was kind enough to divide the 2 appetizers into equal parts without our request so that we could eat a taste of everything. First we took 2 very good imperial risottos but the price was slightly excessive, €23 for each risotto. Good coffee and bitter homemade limoncello with fabulous coastal lemons, I went back 3 years. Overall a good dinner even if the price of €85 discounted instead of €89 invites you to return for the owner's treatment, however excessive: 2 starters, 2 first courses, 1 glass of rosé and a coffee and bitters. Service quite slow. Very strong point is the terrace overlooking the castle where I hope they will return to exhibit it with spectacular aperitifs in the summer period

02/06/2025: Una tipica trattoria Abruzzese. Piatti semplici della tradizione preparati secondo le ricette originali. Proprietari e personale super cortese. Anche la loro gentilezza é di altri tempi. Il servizio merita voto 5. Assolutamente consigliato!

27/05/2025: Ristorante all'interno di quella che era un salotto di un'abitazione, carino, raccolto. Cucina tipica fatta bene con un primo piatto particolare con una pasta fatta in casa. Da provare i loro dolci. Servizio attento e gentile, molto accogliente. Conto molto contenuto per quello che si è mangiato. Locale sicuramente da provare se ci si trova in quelle zone.

02/10/2025: Very nice place; we went for lunch on a weekday. Unfortunately, the service was very slow because, from what we saw, the woman was alone. She was super nice, but we waited over an hour for a plate of overcooked pasta. The platter was a bit sparse; there were more pickles than cured meats and cheeses. I honestly can't recommend it highly enough. It's a shame because the place is very good.

24/09/2025: My wife and I, passing through the area, discovered the restaurant... not to be missed, more than excellent in every sense, we also stayed overnight and had breakfast in their simple, quiet and clean hotel. TOP

31/08/2025: I'd been suggested to try this gem, and I eagerly accepted the invitation. We were intrigued by the tasting menu, but in the end we opted for à la carte. Our favorite dish was definitely the chickpea and onion tart, followed by the soft chocolate cake with goat's milk ice cream and saffron cream. The ravioli with rabbit and saffron apples had a delicious filling, even though you couldn't taste the saffron. The overall experience was more than positive, and it will become a must-try! Congratulations

25/08/2025: A truly welcoming hotel, they shake your hand upon arrival (a gesture that is anything but banal and obvious), the restaurant is out of science fiction, with truly spectacular quality and portions, we had a great time and will definitely be back.

15/08/2025: We called for Ferragosto and a very rude lady replied: "Yes, ma'am, we were waiting for you." Unprofessional response!!
