Eurofocaccia In L'aquila

19/03/2024: The dishes were really very good and cared for in everything, from the choice of raw materials to the presentation. If I really had to find a flaw it is regarding the timing in which the dishes arrived, as far as the rest is concerned there is nothing to complain about.

16/03/2024: One word: spectacular. I came with a group of friends to eat in this beautiful and elegant place. Fast service. I thank the staff for waiting for us, despite the delay. I started with a beef tartare, an explosion of flavours: truffle mayo, almond petals and marinated egg, it melted in your mouth. As a first course I wanted to try the open ravioli with burrata, yuzu prawns and squid ink powder, what can I say I could smell the scent from afar. Lastly, a second course of grilled octopus on sweet potato and ginger puree, cherry tomatoes and basil mayo: it was the best, I would have happily eaten another one, perfect cooking, fresh octopus... you are not ready for all this, extraordinary colours, flavours. We will definitely be back, thanks for everything.
