Well-made Italian cuisine...good quality grilled roasts...excellent pasta...I must say it's a nice place to stop and eat well without breaking the bank...and for those travelling it's 200 metres from the toll booth exit...you decide...well done

I should point out that I didn't stay overnight, only had dinner. A chance discovery during a night out in the city: this restaurant, with its spacious interior and vintage '70s atmosphere, welcomed us warmly. The main course was delicious, with fresh ingredients and balanced flavors. The dessert was superb, creamy, and unforgettable (strudel with mascarpone cream). The atmosphere was welcoming and the portions generous: I'll be back soon to try other first courses!

I went to a restaurant, not a hotel. The restaurant was excellent, the service impeccable, and the food was truly delicious. Yesterday I had the pappardelle with venison ragù, and it was excellent. The wild boar was also excellent, as were the other dishes served by my companions.

Osteria Pantasima

06/05/2026: We came to L'Aquila for a school project with the Ministry of Sports. We came across this osteria and were impressed by the originality of the dishes and the quality of the ingredients! The staff is friendly and welcoming!
16/02/2026: Pantasima is a refined and coherent restaurant, where atmosphere, dining room, and kitchen work in perfect harmony. Dishes are clean, balanced, and easy to understand, with technique and substance without excess. Special mention goes to the chef, a student of Gualtiero Marchesi: you can feel her confident touch and the elegance of the essentials. The service is attentive and discreet. Highly recommended.

02/01/2026: The place is small, but it has an outdoor garden for the summer. It's not very well-kept; the bathrooms are outside and a bit dated. The food is simple but homely, family-style. The hostess is kind and helpful.
