Osteria Pantasima

06/05/2026: We came to L'Aquila for a school project with the Ministry of Sports. We came across this osteria and were impressed by the originality of the dishes and the quality of the ingredients! The staff is friendly and welcoming!

Dishes are clean, balanced, and easy to understand, with technique and substance without excess.
