07/12/2024: Wir kamen hier auf unserer Fahrt nach Aquila vorbei und wollten für unseren Nachmittagskaffee div. Kuchenstücke kaufen. Die Behandlung durch das Personal war schon von Beginn an sehr merkwürdig. Vor allem ein männlicher Bediener wurde zunehmend arroganter, als er mitbekam, dass ich keine Italienerin bin und nur einen geringen Wortschatz in seiner Sprache hatte. O-Ton: wir sind hier in Italien! Er lachte mich regelrecht aus, als ich meine selektierten Kuchenstücke auf einem Tablett haben wollte, da noch eine längere Autoreise bevorstand. Letzten Endes durfte er seinen Kuchen behalten. Etwas später fanden wir eine Pasticceria, in der ich freundlich und mit gutem Gebäck bedient wurde.

02/11/2024: Excellent pastry shop! I tasted a slice of donut, 1 chocolate mignon and then also a "small" swirl: all very fresh! And it's so-so-good! Coffee and latte are also good!

12/03/2025: Passing through the historic center of L'Aquila at 9 in the morning, I decided to stop in a place with the artistic name ART CAFFÈ. As soon as I entered, I immediately noticed a messy environment (euphemism), with a poorly maintained workbench, not up to the standard of a bar. I still wanted to give the place a chance and ordered a coffee. When it arrived, served in a large cup, I immediately noticed something strange: the sugar sank in instantly, leaving no trace. When stirring, the consistency seemed watery and creamless. At the first sip, every doubt was confirmed. After paying one euro, I left without looking back.

22/12/2024: Maybe a coincidence or an unlucky afternoon (I hope). Two of us enter at 5pm. At the entrance there are 4 customers and two people behind the counter. Not even a greeting, so much so that we have to raise our tone to ask to be seated. We order a chocolate with cream and a spritz. Waiting time more than half an hour. Chocolate arrives without cream and my friend's cocktail asks for 2 chips to nibble on... we are told yes but they were never received. In the meantime, two waiters continued to take other orders, completely ignoring us. But at 7pm the best comes. While we were still sitting, a son was placed on our table with a reservation for 7.30pm. For the series...You have to leave. And with great pleasure, I might add.

16/02/2025: Come sempre una garanzia veniamo qui da anni ma oramai siamo di casa gentilezza e ospitalità al primo posto per non parlare della materia prima dagli antipasti ai primi e secondi di pesce io prendo sempre risotto alla crema di scampi che dire da premio Oscar gli antipasti tutti da provare per essere un paese di montagna offre sicuramente un pesce di buona qualità sempre fresco e ottimo provatelo e mi direte 🥰

07/02/2025: Monticchio branch: Closing "00:00", I order a takeaway pizza at 10.15pm for 10.30pm ..answer "we closed the bakery". I point out that on Google the closing time is 00 and twice I get the response "I can't hear you". I hung up on the triple tease. Lazy and ill-mannered.

21/02/2025: Excellent restaurant for a quick lunch, excellent plentiful home-style food, nothing special but the most satisfying. Friendly and quick owner, a little dated place but it's the substance that counts. I will definitely return.

18/01/2025: A very welcoming and warm restaurant as are all the people of Goriano Sicoli, a wonderful village half an hour from Sulmona that offers unique landscapes and a tranquility worthy of the place. The location is managed by very nice and helpful people, I offer high quality rustic cuisine while maintaining honest prices. For us it has become a fixed stop every time we go to Goriano. Especially worth trying are the bruschetta, the smoked scamorza and the delicious grilled meats. SUPER RECOMMENDED! Raffaele, Floriana and little Alessandro.

04/02/2025: Top flour like pizza. The waiting times were excellent, even though the place was full, they served us on time, even though we were 16 people. A smile would be the best, but it's understandable given the many people. I'll be back this week

26/11/2024: I would have given 5 stars for the food and price, but the rudeness of the waitresses, who were almost as annoyed as we were there, was such that we will never go back again, and it was the first time we went to this place.
