15/03/2025: Location ottima, accogliente, soprattutto per l'ambiente ben riscaldato, personale disponibile simpatico e professionale (e non è da poco visto quello che si trova in giro). Cibo ottimo, anzi di più, prezzo, bè su da noi, per che abbiamo speso, ci mangiamo si e no una pizza. p.s. specifico che su da noi sarebbe Venezia.

25/08/2025: A delightful family evening. We enjoyed delicious dishes in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, with very friendly and helpful staff. I especially recommend the gorgonzola and truffle parcels and the arrosticini!

01/09/2025: A delightful restaurant in Roccaraso...surrounded by greenery, quaint. We ate wonderfully, especially the game platter. The lamb chops were divine, cooked to perfection. The crema catalana was sublime. A wonderful experience...the staff were extremely kind, courteous, and attentive to everything. An experience to repeat...we'll bring this mountain memory back to our hometown of Bari.

11/05/2025: I was there for dinner this evening. We took a cheese tasting appetizer (very good), the other of the cured meats not so good due to the various salamis that were on the palate. The chef was kind enough to divide the 2 appetizers into equal parts without our request so that we could eat a taste of everything. First we took 2 very good imperial risottos but the price was slightly excessive, €23 for each risotto. Good coffee and bitter homemade limoncello with fabulous coastal lemons, I went back 3 years. Overall a good dinner even if the price of €85 discounted instead of €89 invites you to return for the owner's treatment, however excessive: 2 starters, 2 first courses, 1 glass of rosé and a coffee and bitters. Service quite slow. Very strong point is the terrace overlooking the castle where I hope they will return to exhibit it with spectacular aperitifs in the summer period

03/08/2025: A very pleasant experience. It was a pleasant surprise to learn that it was possible to order pizza with lactose-free mozzarella. The final price was reasonable. I will definitely be back.

18/08/2025: I've been to this restaurant twice before and had very good first and second courses with meat. Last night we had pizzas, topped with local ingredients, which were also truly top-notch, definitely above average. Crispy, light, and flavorful. Congratulations!

14/07/2025: Perfect service and excellent cuisine. The pink gnocchi with Gorgonza cheese were incredibly tasty, and the pappardelle with wild boar and hare ragù were truly remarkable, both for the ragù and the homemade pasta. Federico, the server, really took care of us.

We ordered a chitarra al ragu (8), a scamorza cheese on the spit (6), 15 arrosticini (20), water, half a liter of house red (3), and two desserts (5 for 2): total 52.50 discounted to 50. Good price, satisfying dinner. Bill 50 (25 each), rating 4.25/5

02/09/2025: Original, high-quality dishes, with some truly interesting options. The atmosphere isn't exceptional, but it's still well-rounded. The pizzas are definitely worth trying, as they—for once—are truly original creations that truly showcase the flavors. The only reason for missing a star is the lack of a consistent service, a warm welcome that matches the excellent quality of the food. In short, the character of the dishes doesn't translate to character in the dining room, which is a shame, given the potential. In any case, definitely worth a try.

Punto debole: come è difficile scegliere fra le tante ghiottonerie proposte! Ad ogni piatto che passa verso un altro tavolo ti dici:" Voglio assolutamente quello!".
