27/04/2026: We went to Le Due Querce. I have to say we enjoyed the food, especially the arrosticini and tagliata, which were really good. Unfortunately, the service wasn't up to par... very long waiting times, a bit of confusion with the dishes, and overall we felt underserved during dinner. I understand it was a busy evening; perhaps some staff were missing? It can happen... But it's a shame, because with a little more attention it would have been a wonderful experience.

10/05/2026: We visited them on April 18th. I waited a while to write a review because I felt it was my duty to give them the same attention I received that day. We're originally from Lecce and were in L'Aquila to celebrate a special occasion involving our daughter. Unlike other times, this time we were looking for a unique place to celebrate what we'd all dreamed of. Without taking anything away from the myriad of restaurants offering the local lamb classics (which we'd already sampled several times during our other visits to the city), we were looking for a place that would make us feel a little more at home, perhaps with some seafood dishes. After a few phone calls, we were recommended Villa Ma.Gi. An elegant, well-kept venue with a magnificent view. The owners, Sabrina and Domenico, are truly special, helpful, and friendly people who made us feel at home. We discovered that they often come to Lecce as tourists, so we found our homeland reflected in the dishes, the recipes, and the raw materials used to create them. What more can we say? Despite being far from home, in a stunning Apennine setting, we ate typical local dishes, excellently prepared and made with carefully selected ingredients. The quality/price ratio was excellent, especially considering the location where they were served. Thank you for having us, we'll see you again soon.

08/03/2026: We'd been wanting to go for a long time, but we could never find a seat...today, we finally did, and I must say, the wait was worth it...everything was excellent...the staff were incredibly friendly... an experience we'll definitely repeat as soon as possible!

07/05/2026: A classic trattoria without frills, where you can enjoy a good meal with generous portions and traditional Abruzzo fare. We tried the mixed platters of cured meats and cheeses, and the side dishes of eggplant and artichokes. Simple and perfect for refueling after a nice walk.

27/12/2025: Everything was very good and the waiters were really good. The only problem was the table I was placed at, which I didn't like very much because I was attached to a column and I thought it would have been better to remove the flowers.

10/02/2026: We had a really good time, the food was delicious, the staff and atmosphere were very welcoming, and the prices were right for the quality of the food.

18/05/2026: Not recommended, and I definitely wouldn't return. The polenta, described on the menu as "mushroom polenta with truffle shavings," was topped with a poor-quality truffle sauce. The chickpea, chestnut, and porcini mushroom soup was made with commercially frozen mushrooms. The truffle shavings and porcini mushrooms were the only two ingredients in the two dishes that could justify a price tag of €16 per dish. If you're looking for a restaurant that offers its customers careful attention to detail and carefully sourced ingredients, this isn't the place to go. We've found better food and cuisine for better prices, and a place worth returning to.

05/05/2026: We showed up just minutes before closing, but they still welcomed us warmly and took our order without hesitation. We only tried the quattro formaggi, and it was so delicious that I’m convinced anything else on the menu would be just as amazing 😍😍❤️❤️❤️🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻

21/02/2026: I'm flying in today from Trento and going to try the fish at this restaurant that I can consider my second home. Today it delighted our palates and left us incredibly full. The prices are truly reasonable despite the truly generous portions, and to top it all off, the raw fish that Andrea always brings me!!! BUT TODAY THE OYSTERS WERE TRULY SUPERLATIVE!!! YOU ARE FANTASTIC!!! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!

01/06/2026: We found it at the last minute and at a time that promised to be empty, but thanks to the helpful and courteous staff, we were able to have lunch. A very well-kept and renovated restaurant in a charming setting with brick and stone vaults, typical of the Abruzzo mountain villages; not to mention the delicious and well-served dishes. Last but not least, the restaurant is pet-friendly; we have an Abruzzo sheepdog, so we had a great time and really appreciated the hospitality!

01/05/2026: Reaching the restaurant requires a short walk through the alleys after parking near the town hall. The atmosphere is quaint and charming, enhanced by the view of the lake just steps away. We tried the antipasto del borgo: dry fried foods, while cured meats and cheeses were average. The strozzapreti were less balanced, with the ricotta overpowering the other flavors. The arrosticini, on the other hand, were excellent, succulent and flavorful. The staff was friendly, although I would have appreciated a more detailed description of the dishes served at the table.

04/11/2025: Excellent polenta, both white with broccoli and red with sausage sauce. Superb pizza! Exceptional scamorza with prosciutto! Wide selection of side dishes. Quality arrosticini. Fast and friendly service. Our go-to in Pescasseroli.

05/05/2026: An extraordinary restaurant with private parking, an extraordinary owner, and excellent food, which he recommends with great kindness and professionalism. Try the excellent prosciutto crudo and the rabbit cacciatore with potatoes and artichokes when in season. Highly recommended.

28/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, fast and friendly service, tasty and authentic dishes. Modern venue with relaxing windows overlooking the garden. Last but not least, the restrooms are absolutely impeccable. I'd love to come back!
