21/09/2025: Definitely rated their gelato as one of the best I’ve tried in Italy! Pistachio was superb as well as strachiatella. Flavorful and not too sweet. I’d make zabaione less sweet and more alcoholic but I’m comparing it to Argentinian version. Loved the ice cream overall.

22/10/2025: The Rikaroka hotel is much more than you expect: it is NOT the usual B&B where the rooms are the recovery of old furniture, the lights don't work, the bathroom is small and the sheets are those recovered from home...NOT HERE, EVERYTHING IS MODERN, SPACIOUS EVEN BEYOND THE NECESSARY, HOME AUTOMATION IS EVERYWHERE AND YOU FEEL LIKE YOU'RE IN A ROMANTIC 4* HOTEL. The Rikaroka is Antonio!!, excellent at welcoming and incredibly friendly. Together with his wife (tireless) and children, he manages to provide excellent service even in the restaurant on the ground floor: very good dishes, excellent pizza, and very fast but attentive service. It also has several garages to leave the cars, all within 40/50 meters of each other. We were his guests in June, and I apologize for not having reviewed it before. We will definitely return, having relatives in Albenga, as it has now become our reference hotel.

04/10/2025: The chef picks his nose while working the counter, not to mention his shoes have been dirty for months. Some corners of the place are dusty (for example, the counter supporting the chef statue). The floor is clean only in a few places. They keep cleaning products on the counter, stuck to the food, or where the coffee is made, an excellent place to avoid cross-contamination. Two waiters are awake, the others are not. It's always chaotic. A chaotic place that has a new style mixed with the old trattoria. It's a bit expensive, the dishes are generous. The gentleman who I assume is the owner is always shouting.

15/10/2025: Absolutely fantastic location. The service is top-notch, the staff very friendly! The food is absolutely fantastic! Freshly caught fish and regional ingredients. We highly recommend this restaurant! Perfect!

20/10/2025: Most delicious pasta and gnocchi ever!!!! Everything just melted in your mouth and was sooo delicious. Very flavourful, not overly salted. Servers were friendly. Good bathroom. We ordered the tomato gnocchi filled with mozzarella and also the beef cannelloni. Portions were moderate so you could probably eat more than just one dish if you wanted. They don’t charge service charge but it’s minimum €18 per person so you have to get more than just a meal (we also ordered water).

19/10/2025: Visited during our trip to Italy, this was such a great restaurant. We went back twice. Magnificent food served by Antonella who is and absolutely amazing person.

11/10/2025: We've been going to this family for years and years, and the food has always been excellent. But I just can't stand the tripe diluted with cream. Maybe they've changed the kitchen staff because some dishes were better before. They're always very good at providing great service.

09/10/2025: I've been to this restaurant for dinner several times and have had the opportunity to try several of their menu items. Each time, they've fully met my expectations. Excellent quality and service. A top-notch location. The setting is enchanting, suitable for both formal and informal dinners.
