14/09/2025: I went to this restaurant last night. It's a very nice place and is located in the historic center of Terracina, in a charming spot just behind the cathedral and the Emilian Forum. The experience was excellent. The staff is friendly, and the host is a charming and original character. The food is excellent. The set menu allows you to try many excellent dishes at a very competitive price. I'll be back soon. It will be a must-try.

18/10/2025: Our raw, vegan wedding cake had three layers of banana and caramel, and two layers of chocolate and raspberry. Made with fresh and high-quality ingredients, it was absolutely delicious. The flavours were unique and exquisite. The best wedding cake we have ever tasted! All our guests loved it! 18/10/2025: A beautiful restaurant located in the basement of a historic building. The vaulted ceilings and brick walls are truly beautiful. The atmosphere is family-friendly, and the food is excellent. I've been coming here for many years, and it's always a pleasure to return and try their specialties, like stuffed gnocchi and tortelloni. The owners' friendliness makes for a wonderful evening of good food and well-being. Congratulations!

20/10/2025: Overall, it's a meal not to be missed. Good food, traditional cuisine presented in unconventional recipes, top-quality cured meats. Mrs. Ravanetti is very good at her job and very hospitable. And then... in Langhirano, Trattoria della Gallina is an institution...

13/10/2025: I found this place by chance. I was in Parma. I called, thinking I was running late—almost 2 PM—and the kind reply was: "I'll set up a table for you!" A TRATTORIA in the best sense of the word. Impeccable service, dishes expertly prepared, with fried porcini mushrooms and ricotta and spinach ravioli. But the real surprise for anyone who loves TRIPPA is trying a version they only make there, in one place. Tripe in green parsley, a touch of garlic, and no tomato. A MUST-TRY. Then there's the wine details: Lambrusco at the perfect temperature and quality, and the textbook homemade desserts: coffee and grappa. 18 Monday. What can I say? I'll definitely be back, and I recommend trying Trattoria della Gallina! Worth it. Thank you. Oh, I forgot, I'm counting on us Milanese people not even in our wildest dreams...

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with attention to detail, and a touch of elegance that makes you feel instantly at home. The staff is incredibly kind, always smiling, and ready to recommend dishes and pairings with great professionalism. The cuisine is spectacular: the freshest ingredients, refined yet authentic dishes, presented with taste and passion. Every course was a surprise, from appetizer to dessert, with authentic and well-balanced flavors. The carefully selected wine list is also excellent. A place that combines tradition and quality, perfect for both a romantic dinner and a special occasion. I'll definitely be back, because not everyone can find such a high standard! 13/10/2025: We're here for the Crotti festival, to eat the typical specialties offered on the set menu. We booked a table two weeks ago. Of the two first courses offered, one wasn't available at all, the other only had five portions. There were 12 of us. The only alternative offered was a paltry pasta dish: penne with ragù. The five pizzoccheri were also terrible. The second course was nothing special, and the desserts were even worse. I would have appreciated at least a few words from the manager to apologize for the mix-up, but nothing. Never again 😩
