A perfect evening: the restaurant immediately conveys a welcoming, refined, yet unpretentious atmosphere. The tables are spaced widely apart, a choice that already demonstrates customer service, allowing for conversation without having to raise your voice or be overwhelmed by others' chatter. The menu is limited because it has to be that way to offer quality, yet the choice is challenging, with both seafood and meat dishes, and the dishes are incredibly original. However, the impression, confirmed by a pleasant chat with Chef Davide (or rather, Davide the chef!), is that there's no quest at all costs, but rather a certain sensitivity and curiosity in the pairings, albeit within very specific guidelines: simplicity and excellent (and seasonal) ingredients. We sampled several courses and all impressed us positively; the chef's touch is evident throughout, a touch that is both youthful and expert. Special mention goes to the fish ravioli with medlar and tamarind, a surprising combination for the palate, perfectly executed.
At the end of the meal, we complimented the chef—here we go again, chef—Davide, who came to greet us and spent time with us, sharing his vision of cooking. His palpable passion, combined with his youth, was the icing on the cake. Kudos also to the impeccable yet welcoming dining room service and the very young team that cooks in full view: another aspect that makes us say "we'll be back!" with conviction. Finally, something new and special in the city! Well done, Davide, well done everyone!

The restaurant is run by young, knowledgeable staff. The dishes served truly lived up to the restaurant's name. Great attention to detail and delicious dishes. Highly recommended!

This was our second visit to this restaurant in the last couple of years, and I have to say, it still does not disappoint. The restaurant is modern and cozy, the service was very friendly and attentive, and the food? Fresh, not too heavy, and so, so great — tutto ottimo! The tiramisu is honestly the best I’ve ever had, and that’s after trying a lot of tiramisu around Italy. I’m so glad it’s still on the menu and really hope it stays! ☺️

A truly excellent experience, from every perspective. We ate lunch, intrigued by the menu displayed: a few dishes, but great flavors. Both in the kitchen and in the dining room, the young, highly professional and knowledgeable staff were there. Everything was meticulously presented, but especially in the cooking technique. The fried appetizers were excellent, very digestible, tasty, yet light. The main courses were very good. We'll be back to try the first courses as well. Last but not least: for women, the restroom was very clean and stocked with sanitary towels, intimate wipes, and stain remover. Very clean. The staff were excellent, we deserved their compliments, and we'll be back with great pleasure!

A simple yet refined atmosphere. The open kitchen offers a glimpse of the preparation process. The dishes are based on tradition and the quality of the ingredients. There's no shortage of experimentation with new pairings and contrasts, but always with a focus on harmony. The presentation of the dishes deserves special praise, as does the attentive, discreet, and friendly service. Let's move on to dinner. The appetizer features scallops, lard, and turnip greens and almond sauce. The first course is shells with seafood ragù. The second course is grilled octopus with potato terrine and tuna sauce: special. Dessert: bread, butter, and jam. An interesting reinterpretation of a classic. The wine: a Pigato Riviera Ligure di Ponente. Short wait times. Reasonable price.

Of course, it's not cheap, but you pay for quality.
For 2 appetizers + 1 first course + 1 second course + 2 glasses of red wine + 2 desserts + 2 coffees, we paid €54 each.
