Entering this restaurant is almost like a journey through twenty thousand leagues under the sea.
Expectations are high, the staff and kitchen are welcoming, and the menu piques our curiosity.
The oysters and raw shrimp are excellent.
The eel risotto is delicious and well-crafted.
The sturgeon dish disappointed me; the brioche was soaked in butter, and the sturgeon was a bit spicy (not inedible, but enough to annoy those who don't like spicy food), which should be noted on the menu.
The iconic spaghetti is a dish made with excellent ingredients, and the spaghetti is well-cooked, but the sauce was soupy and washed out.
The cheesecake is good, and the bergamot sorbet is excellent.
In the small pastry shop, the caramelized popcorn has unexploded kernels, making it difficult to chew.
The cuisine is still maturing, and the dining room is a bit unripe.
In conclusion, a bit of a disappointment.

A quaint, warm place, with well-spaced and well-lit tables. The food is beautiful, and the service is excellent. The music is subtle and discreet. The food is excellent, tasty and natural, and beautiful to look at, including on the tableware made of Faenza ceramic. Overall, a very interesting experience, worth repeating.

A wonderful experience in the centre of Ravenna, where you can enjoy refined seafood. The service was excellent, and the sommelier was very knowledgeable. We even met the chef at the end. They were all very young and will be making their way. The location is beautiful and well-finished, reproducing a submarine. We'll be back soon.

The restaurant is located just outside the center of Ravenna (it can easily be reached on foot) and features a very charming décor reminiscent of the interior of an old ship.
Extraordinary seafood cuisine—refined without being overdone—with many traditional dishes, treated with respect.
Desserts are well executed, though less interesting than the rest.
Excellent selection of wines by the glass.
Efficient service, with a few minor lapses.

Fish 2.0!
A memorable experience for the 2025 New Year's Eve dinner.
Not counting the various appetizers, desserts, and fruit, the menu consisted of nine courses, divided as follows: five appetizers, two first courses, and two second courses.
Well, course after course, we immersed ourselves in a true sensory experience. The menu was expertly balanced in every aspect:
- at the individual level, each dish was a perfect composition of aromas, textures, and flavors, expressing itself on the nose and palate in a truly harmonious way (without taking anything away from the rest, the scallops deserve a special mention!);
- in the sequence of courses, from the most delicate to the most flavorful, so that the previous one did not interfere with the next;
- in quantities, never excessively lacking, but not excessively so that you can reach dessert feeling satiated, but not over-full, and therefore able to find satisfaction until the last bite.
To accompany the meal, a wonderful 2022 Albana Brix white, a "red disguised as white," in the words of the sommelier who recommended it to us.
The restaurant, evocative and meticulously designed, resembles the interior of a submarine: at the end of the meal, it's like emerging from an unforgettable experience.
For a restaurant like this, Google should allow it to award not only five stars but also full marks.
