This is a historic establishment with roots dating back to the late 18th and early 19th centuries. We opted for the "Water and Air" tasting menu for lunch. All the dishes met our expectations. The staff was attentive and friendly. Treat yourself and make a reservation; places like this are rare.

23/10/2025: Extremely friendly, with a friendly approach without being intrusive. The specialty pizzas are exceptionally delicious, but they're pricey. Along with the specialty pizzas, the menu also offers regular pizzas at very affordable prices. The dessert isn't up to par with the pizza.

We had a wonderful time and, above all, a delicious meal! The ingredients are fresh and excellent, from the pizza dough to the side dishes. It's home-style cooking with generous portions. If you're looking for a quality restaurant in Monéglia, this is it.
13/10/2025: A really great, cozy pizzeria. Very friendly staff and delicious pizzas. The tomato sauce on the pizza is also very good.

09/12/2025: What can I say? It's a place where you eat well. We opted for the tasting menu for 55 euros per person, excluding wines. I won't talk about the food because it's an innovative cuisine that you have to try.

A very refined atmosphere, very attentive but not overly formal service, a very positive aspect in my opinion.
Regarding the food, I can't find a better word than exceptional.
The My Way menu is highly recommended: five dishes chosen by the chef that take you on a journey between Piedmont and Asia.
We can't wait to return!

28/11/2025: This was our first visit in Venice and we couldn't have hoped for a better place to stay. All of the staff were lovely and extremely helpful with any questions. The room was comfortable and spacious and was cleaned up every day and we really appreciated the free bottles of water left for us. We also loved the location! Great bars/shops/restaurants in the nearby area. We'll definitely be coming back here if we ever return to Venice!

20/12/2025: we liked that the place was quite and not touristic. We were in a rush, but the service was fast, which allowed us to be on time where we needed to go. the food was good. We ordered Carbonara and Gnocchi with shrimps and zucchini. Carbonara wasn't to our taste, but the gnocchi were nice. overall a positive experience.
19/12/2025: I went in December 2025 and the food was super good and the waiters were very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend it. From Seville, Spain ☺️

07/12/2025: We had breakfast here during our stay at the B&B within the same building. It was delicious, with mostly homemade items, including blueberry jam and crepes with gianduia cream. Everything was excellent, as were the large, beautiful, and spotlessly clean rooms. The service was truly excellent, and helpful throughout. Highly recommended.

Everything is delicious, and the dishes are beautifully presented.
The quality and sophistication of the ingredients and the flavors are top-notch.
The dessert display makes you want to come back to try them all.
The interior is also beautiful, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The prices are fair for the quality, especially considering the location in the heart of Trento.
26/11/2025: DEVASTATING! A wonderful discovery. The dishes are beautifully presented, colorful, delicious, and anything but predictable. My only regret is that I wasn't able to try all the dishes, but it will be a must-try next weekend in Trento.

09/10/2025: Overrated, the quality of the pasta was good, but the pork in the carbonara tasted burnt... the cheese had a very strong taste... And the lady serving didn't speak English and had a bad face... she didn't ask if I wanted a drink, I had to get a cold water that was at hand when I hate cold water... you have to shout for them to come out and serve you...
09/10/2025: A simple concept executed perfectly: fresh pasta made with an appropriate sauce and a good selection of sides.
My pappardelle was well prepared, chewy and coated with a rich pork and tomato sauce. A side of shredded and dressed white cabbage was a crunchy accompaniment.
Also some fresh from the oven crusty bread was perfect for collecting the last of the sauce.
Very reasonable prices, lovely staff who have the patience of the saints in dealing with confused tourists from all over the world.
Recommended.

03/12/2025: We went to this restaurant for dinner with friends. From the moment we entered, you could sense the attention to detail. A comfortable space with comfortable seating for waiting. The staff escorts you to your table, immediately putting you at ease. The service and expertise of the staff are excellent, offering very professional and knowledgeable advice. The dishes are prepared with great care and have a great impact. I will definitely be back, see you soon.

You truly deserve a great review. I'm sorry I don't have any photos to share...we were too busy enjoying the dishes.

06/11/2025: Every visit to Montepulciano wouldn’t be complete without lunches and dinners at this wonderful place. Vittorio and Cristiana are the heart and soul of the place, their hospitality is truly outstanding. The food is always amazing, from the fresh handmade pasta made by Vittorio to the excellent, perfectly balanced desserts prepared by Cristiana. This is our fourth time coming back to Montepulciano just to eat here, and we’ll definitely keep returning. A true gem! We cannot wait to be back already!
