26/04/2025: Spinti dalle ottime recensioni, abbiamo cenato in questa deliziosa osteria. Non avevamo prenotato, ma il personale è stato così gentile da trovarci un posto all’esterno non previsto. Antipasto della casa molto buono, ancora di più il piatto del giorno (spaghettoni con gamberetti rosa di Sanremo e vongole). Considerando la cordialità del personale e la prelibatezza delle pietanze, consiglio questo posto. Ci tornerei!

24/04/2025: I went to this place intrigued by the reviews and also because I wanted to try some local food. The restaurant is small but nice, the very kind boy explains all the dishes in detail. It was a long wait to eat a starter and main course with side dish and I was not satisfied with the high quality-price ratio. I don't think I'll return.

19/04/2025: I believe this restaurant in Gradisca d'Isonzo is a small excellence of the area. The place is very small, I always recommend booking, but welcoming, warm and informal. The staff is very professional, kind and helpful with an engaging friendliness. The dishes offered are local excellences, the wine list is excellent. Prices are average, finally a note of merit goes to the wide choice of local grappas. It's always a pleasure to be able to return and have a quiet and tasty dinner.

01/04/2025: Parmigiana di melanzane e provola di agerola con funghi porcini pieranzecucinatie e servite nel coccio di terracotta sono portate che hanno richiamato ai commensali odori e sapori di vecchia, familiare memoria. La bistecca di nero casertano con maestria e sapienza è stata grigliata su pietra lavica ed è stata servita con aglianico della casa, delizie deliziose. 26/01/2025: Friday 24 January, very cold and gloomy evening. We decide to try a restaurant that offers us comfort and warmth: Borgo Spoltino. We were struck by an environment whose refinement is more unique than rare, the helpful, sociable but discreet dining room staff, the splendid, kind, hospitable owner.... But a passionate mention certainly goes to chef Guerino, who manages to delight and amaze with dishes that manage to create a swirl of colors on the palate and bring back ancient memories, in which the flavors of home embrace innovation with harmonious balance! Truly a great discovery!

10/05/2025: A very pleasant evening enjoying traditional Romagna and non-Romagna dishes, prepared, not limited in quantity as in other places and with a commendable hostess. Personally I recommend it both for an evening for two and for a family dinner. You are not wrong in either case. The place is new and needs visibility but in my opinion it won't take long to become a point of reference. You are one step away from Rimini but at the same time you are in the Covignani area with the greenery and freshness typical of the area. In short, stop thinking about it and call and you'll tell me later. Highly recommended!!

On every occasion, one manages to appreciate the great quality of the ingredients used for the dishes served together with the refinement of the wines that the great Marcello undertakes to describe. Cantone7 is full of excellence! Not just to try… Cantone7 is a regular place to visit!

13/04/2025: Gentlemen, I have been to many restaurants, but here I think I have found MY restaurant. And I already understood it from the taste of the house's rustic wine served as an entrée. It goes to the substance of the flavours, but at the same time there is study and research behind it. There is refinement, but without making you feel uncomfortable in any way. And the price is ok. Highly recommended.

29/04/2025: Este pequeño restaurante con una puerta de incógnito resultó ser la mejor experiencia en todo nuestro viaje a Roma! Bien vale la pena los 30-40 minutos de espera fuera antes de que tuvieran espacio para nosotros. Teníamos bruschettas, carne y plato de queso, pasta carbonara, lasaña, pizza y una brocheta de pollo a la parrilla y ¡oh Dios mío todo estaba delicioso! ¡Tanta y tan buena comida! Esta semana fuimos a muchos buenos restaurantes, incluyendo 3 Michelins comenzados, pero todavía este era el favorito de todos ellos. 10 / 10 volvería a comer
