A terrible experience for my wife and I.
When we arrived at the restaurant, we immediately began eating the appetizer, which was paltry compared to the usual fare. Once we finished the appetizer, the endless wait for the first courses began. After more than an hour of waiting, we asked the staff for information, but received no concrete answers. The most absurd situation occurred when tables who arrived after us even arrived for dessert. Instead, we were still waiting for our first courses.
The nightmare ended when we decided to leave. We paid for the two paltry appetizers (30 euros) and left.

25/11/2025: Excellent Bristrot grill. High-quality products. Courteous, friendly, and highly knowledgeable staff. High-quality traditional cuisine. Very interesting and varied wine list; you'll be given an extensive wine list to choose from. Parking is available along the street or in the streets near the grill. I recommend everyone to stop by for a pleasant dinner or lunch.

22/12/2025: I go back often; the place isn't big, divided into small rooms that don't feel like a canteen. I go back especially for the raw fish, which I adore, but the quality of the food is all top-notch. The spaghetti with garlic, oil, chili pepper, and shrimp, which isn't on the menu, is delicious. I had the opportunity to discuss it with the chef/owner, who showed me how to make it. The dessert of strawberries with custard is also fantastic. Try it. 🤩

The food is good and well-prepared
I would recommend adding a few more touches of flavor because some dishes are good but lack something that truly stands out/satisfies.
Overall, however, I happily recommend the place 🤗

Unfortunately, the food fell short of our expectations. Overall, a decent experience, but not up to the reviews we'd read.
