Wow, this gelato absolutely blew us away! 😍 After a full day exploring Venice, we stopped here for a gelato and it was definitely the right choice. The kids chose mango and Dubai chocolate, my wife had yuzu, and I went for the classic pistachio – and every single flavor was amazing. The taste was incredible, the texture was perfectly creamy, and you can really feel the quality of the ingredients. This is not just a typical tourist ice cream – it is authentic, high-quality Italian gelato with rich and distinctive flavors. Great location just a few steps from Piazza San Marco, friendly service, and definitely a place we would recommend to anyone visiting Venice. We will absolutely come back on our next visit! 🍨🇮🇹

The best ice cream I've ever had. I highly recommend it. Prices are the same as everywhere else. The photo on the right shows the smallest portion (4 euros) and the one on the left is a medium portion (6 euros).

Very limited gluten-free options, but they do have gluten-free cones. A two-flavor cone costs €5. We've been several times because Venchi, 50 meters further up the street, doesn't have gluten-free cones, but they do have all their gluten-free flavors on display.

Osteria L'Orto dei Mori

07/05/2026: Rooms small and dark. Hotel under construction do no sleeping in. Small curtained shower between toilet and bidet. Staff very friendly and helpful.
04/05/2026: A very nice hotel for a stay in Venice: the rooms are quiet and well soundproofed, the bedding is high quality and comfortable. The breakfast is very generous and varied. All the staff are very welcoming and helpful with any questions, and they speak French! I don't regret my choice and I will gladly return if the opportunity arises. Thank you very much.
