26/09/2024: Il locale è semplice accogliente e abbastanza imformale. Personale molto cortese e simpatico con cucina veramente locale. Il menù non è infinito,poche proposte ma molto interessanti. Ho provato il tagliere salumi e formaggi ottimo soprattutto gli affettati che vengono proposti sono vari molto buoni e non scontati. Ottimi anche i primi: questa volta ho preso gli spaghetti cacio e pepe ma anche gli altri primi della tradizione sembrano essere buoni e da provare. 04/09/2024: La qualità del cibo eccellente, dalla prima all'ultima porta tutto perfetto. Locale ben tenuto e soprattutto tutto pulito ed in ordine. La nostra bimba di tre anni trattata come una principessa dalla squisita "Zia Tati". Di sicuro torneremo sia per la qualità e bontà della cena, sia per rivedere i disegni fatti dalla piccola sul librone della Zia Tati.

Traditional Piedmontese menu with the addition of some options for those who don't eat meat (not easy in Piedmont). The boiled meat dish was very welcome. More than valid wine list Correct dinner price.

09/02/2025: The place you don't expect in Borgo Tossignano. Enchanting atmosphere, open fireplace for grilled dog, kind and knowledgeable staff. Excellent quality of meat, excellent starters, wide choice of first and second courses. Super sweets! Excellent choice of wines. We'll be back, highly recommended.

23/11/2024: Wir waren im September dort. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise haben wir nur positive Erlebnisse bei Le Zagare di Vendicari erlebt. Die Gastgeber und das Personal sind sehr zurückhaltend, außerordentlich freundlich, engagiert und hilfsbereit. Eigentlich wollten wir nur zu einem Abendessen kommen, aber als wir abends auf den Hof kamen haben wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt. So haben wir direkt am nächsten Morgen ein kleines Haus bezogen. Einfach aber praktisch ausgestattet und vor allem die Fliegengitter vor jedem Fenster und die Schlagläden sind toll. Jeden Tag wurde das Haus gereinigt und alle 4 Tage gab es frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche, die im Preis enthalten sind. Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die Küche am Abend ist dank der tollen Köchin ein Erlebnis. Regionale gute Produkte schmackhaft zubereitet und ansprechend angerichtet. Ein Ort zur Entspannung weit ab vom Massentourismus. Ein Auto braucht man schon, aber damit ist man auch schnell an sehr schönen Stränden und an den schönsten Orten der Süd-Ostküste. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Sizilien kommen würden wir sofort nach Le Zagare kommen. Danke für einen wunderbaren Urlaub!

The owner was incredibly friendly, flexible, and attentive to all our requests (and we had quite a few!). The food quality and variety were exactly what we were looking for and suited our taste perfectly. Thank you for taking such good care of us and for the delicious meals!

10/03/2025: The place is very welcoming, you can tell it has recently undergone a restyling or is completely new. The service, provided by the two boys, was immediately kind and present throughout the evening. So let's start with the menu, that is, I would include the various specifications of the courses as it was difficult for us to remember all the various information said and then obviously repeated by the very helpful host. Then the food, we had a fried mix, good but it was finished in a second course... Then a hot coccetto consisting of a stew in my opinion too frayed immersed in the sauce but also good in the end. Instead, in a first course with pumpkin cream and crispy bacon I would have added more bacon both to increase the flavor and the saltiness of the dish itself, also a regular portion. Finally the rib served as a slice was the winning dish... However, I would recommend this place "PER DINCI BACCO"

15/03/2025: Accoglienza pessima, non ho potuto prendere giusto un primo quale “assassina” con la mia compagna che la titolare con aria arrogante mi risponde :” di già? Senza prendere nulla prima ? “ Perché sono obbligato a prendere antipasti senza facoltà di passare direttamente al primo? Inoltre dopo circa dieci minuti una delle cameriere viene al tavolo e stava per ritirarmi il piatto quando ancora non avevo finito di mangiarla , e al mio “ guarda che il piatto è ancora a metà !” Mi risponde “ ah scusa , in maniera dispregiativa “ . Assolutamente sconsigliato , personale e titolari senza educazione ! Da non tornarci mai più .

Abbassate i prezzi…..🙃

24/02/2025: On a très bien mangé, la cuisine était fraîche , le personnel gentil et à l’écoute, bon rapport qualitéprix. Je conseille cette osteria si vous avez envie de poisson.

I would give a thousand and one stars for the location and the care taken even in small details, for the varied and sublime food, the wine selection and above all the welcome and preparation of ALL the staff. Unfortunately, I'm not from Rome and it will be difficult for me to return soon, in any case, know that you helped make my day truly beautiful. Go and regenerate yourself in this corner of paradise.

The location is spectacular, with a suggestive atmosphere overlooking the lake. Every detail is treated with taste and meticulous attention. The food is excellent, we had the opportunity to try exquisite dishes with sweet/savory combinations that matched perfectly. A special thank you to the owner who welcomed us with kindness and made sure that everything was perfect. Highly recommended.
