Excellent mountain hut, trattoria, whatever you call it... I've known it for several years, and it wasn't difficult to develop a good relationship with the owner, who is always friendly and smiling, like the rest of his family. The food is excellent, definitely worth a try.

A very positive experience. The place is truly beautiful, with a spectacular view, delicious food, and truly pleasant service. Definitely recommended, and we hope to return soon!

A mountain hut, first and foremost, a mountain farm with cows, a flock of rare Foza sheep (an endangered species that few mountain farmers are trying to save), horses and farmyard animals, as well as some delightful dogs. The restaurant, like the guest rooms, are a unique evolution of the mountain huts' lives, which remain true to their traditions while still treating the food and hospitality with the utmost care, professionalism, and friendliness. The setting, the tranquility, and the views complete an experience that is more than just food and wine, and well worth experiencing.

I had the pleasure of dining at Trattoria Col del Vento and was truly satisfied. The place is beautiful, welcoming, and well-kept, with a pleasant atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease.
A special thanks to the waitresses, always kind, smiling, and attentive. The service was impeccable.
The meat is truly excellent quality, and you can taste it from the first bite. I especially recommend the ribs, excellent in tenderness and flavor. The homemade desserts are also not to be missed, carefully prepared and truly delicious.
I recommend this place without hesitation to anyone looking for good food, quality products, and a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be back!
