Last night we had dinner at Da Paolo, and it was further confirmation of just how special this place is!
I've been there often in the past, and it's never disappointed me, but I must say it's only gotten better over time: the quality, attention to detail, and service are increasingly impeccable.
We started with incredibly fresh and delicious seafood appetizers, then moved on to perfect calamari and an amazing sole parmigiana, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Each dish was meticulously crafted, and you could taste the quality of the ingredients.
The desserts were the icing on the cake: the tiramisu was creamy and delicious, but the gluten-free pardula parfait was truly excellent, an incredible surprise that won us over!
Special praise for the service: the waiters were top-notch, extremely kind, attentive, and excellent at recommending dishes. We felt pampered from start to finish.
A restaurant we absolutely recommend: we'll be back very soon! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
