23/02/2025: Yesterday we had lunch in this truly welcoming place with truly friendly staff from the moment we entered... we come from Rome and we had a wonderful meal with the owner who was uniquely friendly and nice! Among the restaurants we tried on this splendid weekend for my birthday, we will certainly return to this beautiful, welcoming and exceptional place for the quality of the food. 27/01/2025: We returned to this restaurant after we couldn't get a seat last year. This time we were luckier and were able to enjoy a delicious paella, made with all the necessary 😍 The grilled first and second courses are also excellent. Note to me that absolutely everything is worth it, they accepted our little dog without batting an eyelid, and since we also had to feed the little animal we had some meat prepared for him too. Everything super tasty, friendly and fast staff. Small but welcoming room. A pleasant discovery from Rome. Absolutely recommend!!

Proverbial hospitality that puts you at ease, excellent dishes that represent the territory very well. Truly a beautiful evening!! Tonight we would have liked to repeat but unfortunately they are closed... it will definitely be for next time and one more reason to return to beautiful Tivoli.

21/02/2025: Pranzo domenicale spettacolare, tanta qualità, scelto il menù degustazione veramente buono, la portata preferita è stata l’antipasto, nel quale spiccava l’hamburger di sgombro abbinato ad una freschissima insalata di mare, qui chiamata “Sapore di mare”. Il Dodici si conferma uno dei migliori ristoranti di Cesenatico, qualcuno potrebbe obiettare che qui non si trova un bel branzino od orata servita intera ma solo pesce sfilettato, però ciò che mangi è veramente di qualità eccelsa ed è curata la presentazione dei piatti. Molto buono anche il servizio e discreta la carta dei vini, dove a mio avviso andrebbero però aggiunte alcune etichette di Trento Doc, che è un’ottima bolla.

I understand the point of keeping it simple and not making it commercial (at least, that's the message I interpreted being also non-Bolognese) but I would suggest managing it differently, because unfortunately there are still many walls to break down regarding inclusiveness. It is difficult to manage a business like catering when clear communication between employee and customer is almost impossible, and unfortunately uncomfortable situations arise. We passed during a chaotic evening and in the end we paid double what we had understood, drinks and aperitif had already been prepared. I love your idea very much, I repeat, but these complications inevitably happen and it would be nice to find a way without losing human contact. I send you a big hug, you are great and mine is only advice as an outsider and above all as a tourist! PS: in any case everything was delicious and of high quality (especially the space cutting board)

27/01/2025: Location: etwas außerhalb vom Ort, direkt von einer gut befahrenen und langweiligen Straße fährt man über ein kleines Stück Privatstrasse und Parkplatz an die Villa. Garten und Villa waren abends (leider dunkel) sehr nett angestrahlt. Alles machte schon von außen einen tollen Eindruck. Die Scheiben an dem Miniwintergarten am Eingang waren so sauber geputzt, daß mein Mann glatt gegengelaufen ist ;-) Innen einfach schön. Dezent, modern und dennoch gemütlich, schöne Beleuchtungsfarbe (die Tischlampe wurde mehrmals weggedreht, dann hat sie auch nicht mehr geblendet), die Service"jungs" in lässigem Outfit, die Temperatur perfekt Essen und Trinken: es gibt eine riesige Weinkarte, außer Flaschen werden auch Gläser angeboten. Es gibt 3 verschiedene Menue"richtungen", das traditionelle, das experimentelle und das vegetarische Menue. Wir entschieden uns für das tradizionelle 10-Gänge-Menue ... später dachten wir, 8 Gänge hätten dicke gereicht. Es gab Meeresgetier, Fisch und der letzte Gang Fleisch, sehr viele verschiedene Kleinigkeiten, die teilweise am Tisch montiert wurden. Die Geschmacksrichtungen waren sehr vielfältig, für mich persönlich hätte es weniger Kaviar gebraucht. Alle Gänge waren speziell, mir schmeckte nur die Pasta nicht - aber: Fenchelkraut und das ist so gar nicht meins. Alle anderen Gerichte waren ausgezeichnet, mein Favorit: die asiatische Soße zur Garnele hmmmmm. Am Ende waren wir pappsatt und glücklich. Service: superaufmerksam, zu einem Schwätzchen bereit aber völlig unaufdringlich Preis/Leistung: 185 Euro für 10 Gänge ... die 6 hätte es für 130 Euro gegeben - Mittagsmenues werden mit 4 Gängen für 70 Euro angeboten - und ja, es lohnt sich - Sternchenessen macht man ja nicht an jedem Tag. Die Weinbegleitung fanden wir zu teuer. Es gibt Flaschenweine ab 38 Euro und nach oben fast ohne Limit. Empfehlung: auf jeden Fall - ist auch eine kleine Reise wert !
