07/06/2025: Nothing special,,,, all these 5 stars for what, for 2 mortadella sandwiches and the environment with the memorabilia with three fingers of dust? A dwarf is lacking in education, (he should be reformed), the rest can go, remember that sometimes you have in front of you an educated person and as such he should be treated!!! Don't just think about making money, everything has a beginning, and at the same time an end!!! Then don't show favoritism to regular customers, and try to maintain a common line, good work,

31/05/2025: Characteristic place with a wide selection of sandwich fillings with local products. Good selection of always local wines. Excellent value for money. You order at the counter and go out to enjoy. Very very nice.

12/04/2025: Ambiente raccolto e raffinato con personale preciso e competente, ma mai invadente . Preparazione accorta e precisa di materie prime di prim'ordine frutto certo di un approfondito studio e di un'attenta maestria. Gamberi "fritti" o dorati prelibati accompagnati da interessanti salsine. Gustosissimi ravioli con ripieno del "difficilissimo" granchio blu. Assaggiato per la prima volta un generoso trancio di Corba Rossa del Gargano preparata magistralmente alla griglia con un indovinatissimo contorno, mangiato anche la pelle del pesce resa sapientemente croccante. Con tutti i piatti si rendeva d'obbligo anche la scarpetta. Carta dei vini completa ed interessante. Equilibratissimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo

11/05/2025: Place found by chance because we were hungry and wanted a good burger. Here we are rewarded. Located on the outskirts of Florence on a busy road, ciccia e crumbi has proven to be a very good hamburger restaurant where you can eat excellent sandwiches made specifically for this purpose. Just the choice of sandwich types is enough. Excellent quality maternal and raw products and delicious potato chips that are different from the usual classic stick chips. Simple but very well set up environment. Very kind staff served us in the room. The only flaw is an extra smile I think of whoever directs them who provided the last star. 😜For the rest we will return. Highly recommended.

30/04/2025: nice place. well cared for in the furnishings and matching colours. from the windows you overlook Piazza San Giorgio, yet another glimpse of Caltagirone. the pizzas are very good. excellent ingredients and high quality seasoning. and then, as we know, the eye also wants its part.... the attentive room service is friendly. the final caress is the "dessert", the restaurant's specialty. a gem of those that, as soon as you see it, you say "I'm full, I won't even taste it". but then, you don't just taste it. You don't even leave a morsel. If you are in Caltagirone and want to eat a good pizza, stop by.

13/05/2025: Scelto da amici, questo piccolo ma graziosissimo ristorantino è stata una grande scoperta in quel di Pisa: servizio cortese, preparato ed amichevole, e cucina di pesce davvero al top, con grande attenzione alla materia prima ed alla preparazione. Prezzo comunque congruo a quanto proposto, chiaramente per il livello alto di cui si parla, ma senza esagerare. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere.

05/05/2025: Pour changer un peu des pâtes,pizzas et focaccias à Pise, il y a ce bel endroit. Propositions qui tournent toutes autour du poisson et c'est un régal : délicieux poulpe grillé, fritto misto, risotto du jour et hamburgers originaux. Chouette terrasse à l'arrière et service impeccable et sympathique. Belle carte des vins également. Je recommande ! Et info intéressante : c'est ouvert le dimanche soir 😉

09/06/2025: Ideal place for events and ceremonies, outside the town center and with a large garden where you can set up outdoor banquets and which culminates with the iconic fountain. Large, air-conditioned and well-organized internal rooms. More than good menu for quality and preparation of dishes, some carelessness in the service due to an undersized number of waiting staff

09/05/2025: Nice ambient and friendly staff, but the food was not the best. We ordered lobster pasta and ragu. The lobster pasta was good, but full of shell pieces, while the ragu was awfully salty.

06/05/2025: Creative, very tasty (vegetarian) dishes and super friendly staff. Everything is so well taken care of, like the cutlery and the interior with all the details. Try this place out!

09/06/2025: At first glance, Restaurant Martino seemed promising — clean, organised, and with a warm welcome. Unfortunately, what followed left us with a bitter taste. We were charged double for our meal, despite having been clear and specific about what we wanted. Without our consent, someone decided to serve more than what we ordered — and we were expected to pay for it. No discussion, no explanation. Just the bill. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch, and honestly, it reminded us of the kind of shady dealings you’d expect from the Italian Mafia — not something we ever thought we’d encounter at a restaurant. If this is part of the “authentic Italian experience,” it’s one we could have done without. If you choose to eat here, be very clear and assertive, and don’t let the staff make decisions for you. Apart from this, the food was okay — but the lack of transparency and respect ruined the entire experience.

09/06/2025: The wait for the food was a bit long, although the room was half empty the dishes were good. I noticed that some prices on the receipt did not correspond to the price displayed on the menu.

30/05/2025: We really love this place. The restarant is next to the main river in a beautiful building. The food was simply fresh and amazing. The service was super fast and the cakes are to die for. It is a perfect place to enjoy a tasty meal.

15/05/2025: A restaurant located inside a historic building with outdoor seating, located in the center of town in a strategic position overlooking the stream. The interior is well-kept and pleasant. The surprise comes from the menu: only appetizers and second courses, both fish and meat. We opted for two appetizers and two second courses (I didn't see any alternatives...). The quantities are generally poor. My tagliata di tono was really raw and not well-curated. The price is fair but the wine is a bit expensive. In the end I had to go and eat a cup of ice cream given how hungry I was...: to be reviewed.

11/06/2025: I was ignored 3 times for a table, even at the front of the line. I almost said to myself that you obviously couldn't eat alone, which one of the waiters overheard, and then suddenly found me a table. Four cheese pizza with extra ham was nice enough. Unfortunately, my dining experience was ruined by the American mother and daughter duo next to me. Totally put me off my food. Ate like pigs. I almost gave them an etiquette lesson in how to hold and use cutlery. Terrible. Even the other neighbouring tables stared. This place obviously gets all the people from San Michele across the road that don't want to wait 3 hours for a margharita pizza.

02/06/2025: Regardless of the cuisine of the place, I don't think I will return to this restaurant. I went for lunch on a Sunday afternoon and overall the experience was disappointing. The main room of the restaurant is very large. The noise and the amount of people made it seem like I was in the Pirelli canteen in the 70s during the lunch break, except that the diners were all dressed up. Insufficient staff for the amount of people. Long waits even just to ask for a bottle of water. Last but not least, they brought me a different dish than the one I had ordered, without warning me in advance. A choice made by the chef given my allergy to certain foods. I would not have ordered the dish that was served to me if I had been warned in advance because the menu had more interesting choices that were compatible with my allergy. In short, a bit of a disaster considering that it doesn't even cost 2 cents. My heartfelt advice: if you want to go, at least try to book in one of the smaller rooms.

22/06/2025: Every event here is magical and simply perfect! The food is super good with excellent raw materials and the staff is extremely always kind! I have been going there for years and I highly recommend it to everyone, you have to go, it is a magical place!!!

21/06/2025: I experienced one of the most beautiful weddings I have ever attended here, a very beautiful location surrounded by greenery offering everything for the desired context. I ate well and the atmosphere is jovial and informal, very green as I like it, it seems like Tuscany, and in fact I bought a house nearby precisely for the wonderful countryside that distinguishes these places. Everything beautiful, everything good, top wedding! Highly recommended!

14/05/2025: Siamo ritornati con piacere al Merlo ed è sempre una bella esperienza in questo locale elegante, posizionato sulla spiaggia con un rigoglioso giardino ben curato.. La cucina è raffinata, ben curata e di qualità elevata con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Il servizio sempre molto cordiale, disponibile e professionale. Ritorniamo sempre molto volentieri e lo consiglio agli amanti del buon gusto.
