As soon as you enter, you immediately sense the attention to detail: the refined yet welcoming atmosphere, the scent of the sea that immediately invites you to relax. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always attentive without ever being intrusive. The menu recommended by Enzo, the owner, is a journey through authentic flavors and creativity. Each dish speaks of the sea with balance and passion: the freshest raw fish, and main courses that combine tradition and innovation. The portions are just right, the quality is top-notch, and the presentation is meticulously crafted. All at a more than fair price considering the quality of the service and the ingredients. An experience I recommend without hesitation—perfect for a romantic dinner, a special evening, or simply to indulge in the pleasure of fine dining. Kudos to the entire staff: a restaurant that transforms seafood into pure emotion.

09/09/2025: Probably the best tomato sauce I've ever had. I'd love to know the recipe for this gem :D Great place and fantastic food at a decent price. It feels like this place deserves a special mention. The service is also friendly and attentive. Highly recommended, especially for lunch :)

09/11/2025: We'd noticed it for a while, but due to circumstances beyond our control, we hadn't been yet. The service, the staff, and above all, the food and presentation were AMAZING. We'll definitely be back often to sample all the options, from appetizers and first and second courses, to typical Sicilian dishes and more.

31/10/2025: We had lunch on October 24th, returning from the annual Paratroopers Brigade Festival in Pisa. There were about thirty of us, obviously with reservations. Even though there were 4 or 5 more of us, there were no problems... Everything was perfect. Excellent food, excellent presentation, good wine, amazing desserts, and very helpful staff. We made a bit of a racket singing our songs, and the owner and staff accompanied us. It was a lunch and a day to remember. THUNDERBLOW ❤️

24/11/2025: Exam passed with flying colors for the new version of "La Cucina: not the usual restaurant". The owner Gaetano Marinaccio has returned to the kitchen (doubling with the dining room) and has included the young resident chef Mirko Di Geronimo in the team, a twenty-eight year old from Milan who will lead the way. The place is now a little jewel with 18 seats. The base is still Campania like the owner and executive chef, but we are starting to see some influence coming from Milan, London and Paris. A place to mark for an evening in which in addition to eating well, you also want to FEEL good.

20/11/2025: The food was truly delicious, and the service was attentive and courteous. The ambiance was also pleasant and well-designed, contributing to the overall experience. However, we found the presence of a "water menu" to be a bit of a disappointment; it seemed excessive and out of keeping with the rest of the offerings, bordering on ridiculous. We believe it could be avoided without detracting from the quality of the restaurant, and would actually help make the experience more natural and spontaneous. Overall, excellent cuisine and good service, with one small aspect that could be improved.

12/10/2025: This restaurant is located in the center of Fano, within the city walls. Upon entering, you'll be transported to the atmosphere of old-time Fano, with numerous photos depicting what was once one of the most important seaports in ancient times. In addition to the main dining room, the restaurant also offers another dining room on the lower ground floor. All the ingredients are fresh and homemade (the fish is truly excellent). I had the pleasure of trying a first course (ravioli) with prawns and vegetables, which was truly superb, and a swordfish steak with grilled vegetables. All this was accompanied by two glasses of Bianchello del Metauro wine. To finish, dessert was a must (the photo speaks for itself) and a typical Fano moretta. I can't wait to return to try everything else. Excellent prices, in my opinion. See you soon, and congratulations!

13/12/2025: I returned to visit the Vimercati Castellini family after some time and spent a lovely evening with friends. I must confirm that the dishes they served were very good. I will definitely try to return.

26/10/2025: This small family restaurant deserves 5 stars! We went there two nights in a row: the welcome was warm and almost family-like. The menu is relatively short (but there's something for everyone) with 100% Italian ingredients and homemade dishes. The tiramisu is simply to die for... The woman who served us made us feel at ease; we really felt at home. Unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy the sunset because the restaurant doesn't open until 7:30 pm and it was October, but the terrace certainly offers an exceptional view in summer.

04/12/2025: I come to this restaurant almost once a week and it's become a true must-try. It's perfect for a quick dinner for two without a reservation, or for when I have guests from out of town. The menu combines traditional Roman dishes with more original options for those like me who like to change things up every now and then! My absolute favorites are the sea bream tartare carbonara and the pasta carbonara, both classic and with truffle: always impeccable!! Highly recommended!!!

28/11/2025: This restaurant was close to our hotel, so we ended up eating there every evening — and I’m so glad we did. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always willing to recommend dishes or give us advice. They made us feel comfortable and well taken care of each time. Not to mention the food — everything we tried was delicious, genuinely nothing to complain about. Great service, great atmosphere, and excellent cuisine. I don’t regret choosing this place at all and would highly recommend it.

22/10/2025: I went to this restaurant yesterday with my daughter. Aside from the truly friendly staff, I can honestly say I ate the best carbonara I've ever had. I recommend everyone who has the opportunity to visit this restaurant and enjoy its exquisite flavors.
