The atmosphere is warm and familiar, the staff welcoming and attentive. Each dish is a dive into tradition: from appetizers with bruschetta, porcini mushrooms and truffle, to homemade pasta seasoned with genuine and well-balanced flavors. You can feel the passion for cooking and love for the territory. Excellent value for money. We will definitely be back!

10/06/2025: I have been going to Osteria di Corte for about ten years and have always had a great opinion: friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere and really good food. Unfortunately this year I had a bad experience that left me very disappointed. After booking the day before and agreeing on a specific time, I showed up on time with my wife and 10-year-old daughter. The restaurant boy, however, not only did not respond to my greeting, but in a rude manner told me that it was too early and to come back in 40 minutes. Around us, all the other fraschette were already open and invited us to come in. Despite the disappointment, we went elsewhere, but I cannot deny that I was disappointed, also because I have always spoken well of the place to friends and acquaintances. I understand that a bad day can happen, but those who work in contact with the public should maintain courtesy and respect, especially with loyal customers. It's a real shame.

We stayed in Pastrengo for two nights and came to dinner both evenings in this family-restaurant where Sara was there to welcome us, a collaborator so good that we thought she was the owner. Excellent dishes, food made all by them with prices that were too honest. At the end of the evening we met the owner and master in the kitchen Stefano who with his simplicity and friendliness won us over. Having learned that we were two newlyweds the following evening they had a table decorated for the occasion ready for us. Truly warm-hearted people ❤️

It's a shame that we can't give 5 stars but 2 things made us turn up our noses a little... 1 the sliced ​​beef wasn't great, most of the pieces were unfortunately a little rubbery, but all in all in terms of flavor it was quite good and above all well cooked. 2 the thing that annoyed me most of all because I couldn't figure out how much I had spent was the fact that we were asked what we wanted as a side dish and we ordered chips only to find out once we got home that we had paid for them separately, but in 99 places out of 100 if you order a sliced ​​beef, the side dish is included, instead here they cost us 10 euros more, also because the price of the sliced ​​beef was identical to that of all the other places where the side dish was never separate. I repeat, it's a shame because the staff was super nice and smiling, but you can't ask me what side dish I like as if it were included and then make me pay for it separately. Right from the welcome, you can perceive the care and passion that guide this restaurant: the staff was impeccable, professional and at the same time warm, making us immediately feel at ease. The Easter menu was a true triumph of taste and creativity. Each dish, from the appetizer to the dessert, was a small masterpiece: elegant presentation, very high quality ingredients and perfectly balanced combinations of flavours. In particular, the lamb served as a second course was very tender and rich in flavor, while the Easter dessert, a reinterpretation of the dove, was the perfect grand finale. The atmosphere at Il Gabbiano is refined but not cold, with a simple elegance that makes you feel pampered. You can perceive the strong identity of a restaurant with a long history, but also the desire to innovate and surprise. In short, a gastronomic experience of the highest level, made even more special by the festive atmosphere. We will definitely be back!
