01/08/2025: Je viens manger ici chaque année lors de mes séjours à Torre Lapillo et je n’ai jamais été déçue. La cuisine est toujours de qualité, l’ambiance chaleureuse et l’accueil agréable. Petit conseil : pensez à réserver, le restaurant affiche complet tous les soirs... un signe qui ne trompe pas !

01/08/2025: Premetto che per questo luogo fregiarsi del titolo ristorante è seriamente troppo e lo sarebbe anche chiamarsi trattoria, se confrontato con certi locali. Comunque, tavoli fatti con pannelli in compensato multistrato verniciati alla meglio, senza tovagliato: un rettangolo di carta come per i vassoi delle mense, posate racchiuse in un tavogliolo di carta, tristezza assoluta. Ci indicano il ns tavolo, ma notiamo immediatamente che i camerieri senza alcuna minima attenzione ci passano continuamente a destra e sinistra, sfiorandoci alle teste con i piatti. Chiediamo di cambiare tavolo ma evidenziano un certo fastidio. Ordiniamo il loro miglior antipasto di terra, due primi di mare e una frittura. Dopo circa 10 minuti arrivano gli antipasti: un paio di questi anche passabili ma gli altri, una parmigianina ed uno sformato di asparagi ed altro dall'aspetto rinsecchito evidentemente preparati da ore, il tutto alla modica cifra di 23€. Finiti gli antipasti attendiamo per oltre mezz'ora i primi. Arriva il primo della mia compagna, dei ravioli "plasticosi" apparentemente industriali dal sapore confuso, al costo di 18 eurini, anche 8/9 sarebbero stati troppi. Non arriva il mio primo. La mia compagna aspetta 5 minuti poi gli dico di mangiare. Chiamo il cameriere x sapere a che punto era il mio piatto, va in cucina, prende un po' di tempo, ma dopo 3/4 min arriva dicendo che era quasi pronto, ma guardandolo negli occhi appariva un certo imbarazzo. Gli dico che, siccome la mia compagna aveva finito il suo primo, non avevo più voglia di mangiare. Ma la cosa più fastidiosa è stata una ragazza, vestita diversamente dal resto dei camerieri, che dopo 5 min si presentava col primo dicendo che il piatto era pronto, tentando di far finta che nessuno gli avesse detto che l'avessi revocato già da 5 min. Si girava stizzita allontanandosi. Poi alla cassa vedo la ragazza dietro quello che sembrava il titolare che, facendo finta di nulla, mi chiedeva come fosse andata la cena, ma dopo avergli raccontato l'accaduto mi mostrava lo scontrino senza neanche tentare di scusarsi offrendo un caffè, un amaro oppure uno sconto, cosa assai di prassi in questi casi. Da non credere... In anni di ristoranti non ci era mai capitato un esperienza così negativa. A parte l'accaduto, che può anche succedere, si mangia veramente ma seriamente malissimo! Soprattutto se si considerano i prezzi richiesti per dei piatti da infima osteria. Risparmiate i vs soldi andate altrove!

30/07/2025: Roberta and Roberto never disappoint you, if I could I would go there every week, by the way, in addition to the excellent fish, here the wine list is a very serious thing!

15/06/2025: For the first time we go to the very renowned Scalvini restaurant, a beautiful experience starting with the staff, super professional and prepared to explain the various dishes, Mrs. Roberta very nice, impeccable service, starred restaurant dishes, not a big place but better this way, very well cared for in every detail, quiet environment. We felt very pampered, I recommend it to everyone, we will definitely return.

04/07/2025: Great service and spectacular food! Probably one of the best if not the best raviolis I have ever tried: magnificent sauce! Branzino carpaccio is also a pleasant surprise - such a rich taste! Octopus skewers starter was delicious but I'd appreciate a bit more octopus at this price point. Tuna main was top notch - we absolutely loved it - it didn't have any fancy sauces but it was cooked so well that we enjoyed it more than any tuna we had before.

26/07/2025: Exceptional trattoria. We ate here twice during our stay in Pollein...every dish was exquisite, from the Valdostana pizza to the desserts. The owner was very kind and made us feel right at home.

01/08/2025: I'm no culinary expert, I'm just a tourist on my 3rd day in Italy. I ordered a sous-vide pork tenderloin out of curiosity and I can say that the dish is absolutely brilliant! I wouldn't mind going here again to have dinner/lunch to try other dishes. Thank you for the delicious dish!

31/07/2025: We had the pleasure of dining here the first night out and were blown away by the experience from start to finish. The service was absolutely top-notch, our waiter was attentive without ever being intrusive, always keeping an eye out to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. What stood out was the personal touch. When we ordered, they proactively asked about dietary preferences and intolerances (like lactose), which was very thoughtful. The wine recommendation was spot on and perfectly matched to our meals. The atmosphere was warm and elegant, and the dishes were incredibly delicious. They clearly give you a classic italien dining experience with genuine care. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely be coming back next time we're in Rome! 🍷✨

31/07/2025: The quality of the ingredients is excellent. The dishes aren't overly elaborate, but they're delicious. The price is more than fair. The exterior, however, in my opinion, could use a makeover and improvement.

23/07/2025: My tour of typical (Italian) trattorias, not all of which I've reviewed, continues. I finally got to visit Bruschetta di Cavallirio. The first time, I couldn't because there was no room. What can I say? ❓️ As happens in many trattorias that reserve almost every day of the week for a specialty, I happened upon it on Friday, July 17th, the day of the week reserved for fried calamari. The set menu with water, coffee, wine, or soft drink costs €13 with three choices each of first course, second course, and two side dishes. I chose penne all'arrabbiata, fried calamari, and sautéed carrots and peas. Impeccable service, with plenty of waiters in the dining room and a cheerful atmosphere among the patrons. Simplicity and authenticity always pay off...

15/08/2025: Truly an experience to remember and return to. This fabulous place has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ancient ruins of Mesagne. That alone is worth coming in. Then you can choose your own meat and have it cooked to order. It's truly special, with mostly local products. I recommend my favorite dish, the turcinelli. They're spectacular. The staff is friendly and professional. The draft beer is also excellent. What can I say? Thank you for your dedication! Six stars!
