26/05/2025: Después de visitar el la Catedral de Nápoles, justo al salir a mano izquierda encuentras la calle mas conocida y comercial de la ciudad. Teníamos apetito y nos llamo la atención este establecimiento. Nosotros somos del sur de España y nos llamó la atención ver en las mesas cartuchitos de pescado. Calamares, boquerones, pescadilla,… Tiene varias mesitas en la calle y una de ellas quedo libre. En la capital de la pizza disfrutamos mucho de un pescado frito que siendo sinceros estaba muy bueno. Si os gusta el pescado frito os lo recomiendo. A nosotros nos encantó.

09/05/2025: We were totally impressed by this extraordinary country inn! We were there for 2 nights and could have stayed much longer. The room and bathroom were great! A beautiful view from the balcony over the valley. The landscaped garden with original seating also invites you to stay longer. Top food and friendly service round off the stay!

23/05/2025: Premesso che non si tratta di un locale in cui si pranza o cena perché uno ci capita davanti: la scelta è stata dettata dalla curiosità suscitata dall'aver letto qualche recensione particolare. Il locale è semplice e ha una ventina di coperti! Il menù comprende del pescato del giorno proposto ai commensali dopo aver ben specificato il prezzo al kilo ed il modo in cui lo si può cuocere. La signora è gentile e disponibile e indica anche tempi di attesa della portata. Ho mangiato dei ravioli di baccalà conditi con stoccafisso e olive taggiasche: ottima cottura ! Poi orata al forno alla Ligure di ca un kilo e mezzo : sublime ed ovviamente abbondante come portata visto che eravamo in due a tavola!Il tutto accompagnato da un piacevole prosecco della casa. Il prezzo in linea con la qualità del cibo servito. Per la cena vi consiglio vivamente di prenotare! Io ci torno sicuramente.

25/05/2025: An osteria that makes you leave the table with a smile. All the products are very fresh, there is no trace of frozen. The menu is vast, and consists of country dishes made with local products and a lot of care. We had a complete lunch, from appetizer to dessert, tasting a bit of everything. After the excellent platters, with cold cuts, cheeses, vegetables in oil and some fried food, we tasted the first courses. All the pastas are homemade, and each shape can be paired with any sauce on the menu. My ravioli with ricotta and nettles were excellent, as were the gnocchi alla bolognese and, most of all, I appreciated a soup of seasonal vegetables and meat, delicious without hesitation. For the second course, I had a grilled sausage with chips. Chips also fresh and not frozen, delicious and plentiful. Perhaps among the best I have ever eaten. Excellent rating also for the desserts, fresh and homemade. In the photo, the "Porcino dolce", in honor of the mushroom tradition of Cusano Mutri! My compliments also go to the staff: very helpful, kind, affable and diligent. Excellent prices. I really hope to return as soon as possible!

My partner and I had dinner to celebrate an important birthday. The service was impeccable: attentive, professional and always friendly. You could feel the care and passion of those who work with love for their profession. The menu was a pleasant discovery: creative but balanced dishes, in which each ingredient was enhanced with respect and mastery. Excellent wine, with selected proposals that accompany the flavors with elegance. A perfect balance between taste and presentation. An experience that goes beyond simple "eating out": here we celebrate the pleasure of feeling good. Recommended for those who know how to appreciate authentic quality, in all its forms. We will definitely return

26/05/2025: Da poco trasferiti dalle colline piacentine in centro città, iniziamo a testare i ristoranti vicino a casa. La Trappola è una "trattoria piacentina", così si definisce. Il locale, sito in zona centrale, si presenta con sale non spaziosissime e con possibilità di sedute all'aperto, piacevolmente caratterizzato. Forse l'acustica non è delle migliori, risultando abbastanza rumoroso (certo anche l'eccessiva esuberanza di certe tavolate incide parecchio). Il personale è cortese e premuroso, anche se si nota che non ha certamente fatto "l'alberghiero", ma compensano con la loro disponibilità e carineria. Menù con alti e bassi. Vellutata di fagioli e gamberi eccellente, buono e abbondante il piatto di prosciutto crudo. Meno valide le tagliatelle al radicchio con molta panna anni '80 (sic!) e poco radicchio. Il fegato alle cipolle avrebbe dovuto essere "tirato" un po' di più, perché il sughetto era particolarmente buono, ma il fegato risultava con poco sapore, un poco anonimo. Prezzo nella norma.

The place is very small with a couple of tables outside, the staff is very kind but the quality of the arancini is beyond discussion. They also offer very well-seasoned and abundant first courses, as well as many other pieces of hot food. The arancini are delicious
