12/06/2025: We ate here a few years ago and have been dying to come back. Today we finally returned to the Bistro Paris Bohème. The host was once again welcoming, almost like eating with friends. The food itself was absolutely delicious. A modern interpretation of Italian cuisine without forgetting its roots. We'll definitely be back.

20/05/2025: Wonderful experience! We came with a group of people and it was reserved just for us. First we got a cold plate which was excellent, then bruschetta: goat cheese with honey, goose pate and tomato + basil. After that we had T-bone steak and for dessert tiramisu. Together with the great staff, brandies and the overall atmosphere it was perfect!

But in this case, I must give my most sincere compliments to everyone, from the staff to the owners for the extreme attention to every single detail from the entrance parking lot, to the welcome and care of the guest, the courses, balanced with the continuous search for flavors to amaze the palate and, after dinner, the unexpected gem: the museum, where every small or large childhood memory opens up completing a totally unique experience of its kind.

18/06/2025: Excellent conclusion for a quick visit to the Langhe. The staff is friendly and the service is attentive, with a precise explanation of the dishes. The location is splendid: we had lunch in the outdoor garden, very well-kept and pleasant. The menu offers both the possibility of choosing à la carte, and two menus - one dedicated to local specialties and one based on fish. The dishes are well executed, abundant and very tasty. The selection of desserts is also interesting, all of which are made by them. Convenient parking nearby.

01/06/2025: In the authentic heart of Dogliani, where the hills stretch out like the pages of a novel and the air smells of history and lives lived slowly, stands Il Verso del Ghiottone, a restaurant listed in the Michelin Guide, which perfectly embodies the poetry of the Piedmontese table. The cuisine is a hymn to the balance between tradition and creativity. The appetizers surprise with harmony and originality, such as the “arancinetta allo zafferano su crema di ceci e polvere di olive nere”, refined and enveloping, and the battuta di fassona, embellished with a crunchy wafer with Grana and caramelized onion, which gives depth and freshness to every bite. The first course, the classic tagliarini with white sausage ragù, conquers for the delicacy of the handmade dough and the savoury intensity of the seasoning. The second course, a boneless rabbit breast, stuffed with sausage and vegetables, is a true gastronomic narration: precise, balanced, respectful of peasant memory but with a modern touch. The dessert is a caress: the chocolate brittle with cream ice cream and chopped hazelnuts is pure poetry at the end, a cuddle that stays in the heart and on the palate. The kindness of Luca and Vittoria, as well as the refined company of Francesco and Valentina Rulfi, made the experience even brighter. A round of applause also for the cleanliness of the premises, with particular mention for the tidy and well-kept bathroom, a detail often overlooked, but here synonymous with attention and respect. In short, Il Verso del Ghiottone is not just a restaurant: it is a place of the soul, where time slows down and each course tells a story. An unmissable stop for those seeking the true essence of gastronomic Piedmont, between beauty, taste and authenticity.

05/06/2025: È proprio carne di un'altra categoria. Per varietà, qualità, professionalità nella griglia è davvero di qualità superiore. Un'esperienza. Ci siamo affidati ai consigli dello chef e abbiamo gustato una cena davvero eccellente. Ottima cantina e dolci di assoluto livello. Da consigliare vivamente.

10/05/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante la sera prima di partire da Linate invogliati dalle belle recensioni che avevamo letto su internet. In effetti la fama è meritata. Il posto è bello ed il personale gentile e professionale. Abbiamo ordinato una costata di manzo Nebraska USA da 1,250 kg. Ci è stata portata già tagliata e condita in un bel vassoio di ghisa per mantenerne il calore, i piatti riscadati (questo è un dettaglio che apprezziamo sempre) sempre per mantenerne la temperatura costante. Perfetta la cottura e ottimo il sapore e la consistenza. Abbiamo bevuto una birra artigianale siciliana buona. Prezzi non economici ma corretti considerata la qualità e si sa...la qualità si paga. Al prossimo viaggio torneremo.
