South's Flow In Caltanissetta

A sandwich like this deserves a better setting. I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say it's among the best sandwiches in Sicily.

We tried these fabulous burgers at the food truck they set up at the "Milena Street Food" event. What can I say? Exceptional sandwiches. Super soft buns, light and delicious sauces, top-quality meat. I was truly amazed and can honestly say that this is one of the best places in Sicily to eat a quality burger. Kudos also to the friendly and helpful staff. Keep up the good work, guys!

The quality of the products is definitely the restaurant's strong point: everything is excellent and mostly homemade, including the bread. The space is very simple, with just a few outdoor tables under a portico, which, unfortunately, doesn't make for a particularly conducive atmosphere for conversation, but nothing special. The staff is friendly and approachable, and the prices are fair, especially for the season. Highly recommended, and probably the only one of its kind in Caltanissetta.

Iconic. Since meeting Stefano (the owner) and seeing South's Flow grow, for me there's no other burger in all of Caltanissetta. Quality, kindness, iconicity. The bun is their strong point, expertly crafted, and the meat (whether patty or pulled) is also top-notch. My only complaint, if I may: use less coleslaw in the pulled, for my personal taste. Otherwise, always top-notch.

We hired Stefano for catering. Everything was delicious and high-quality; my guests were thrilled. Stefano is super professional. If you want to eat well, trust him. Highly recommended.

Since we discovered it, we've been coming back often (a 40-minute drive there and 40-minute drive back). I don't think there's any other place that combines such originality, quality, and research. Everything is made by them, always fresh, always made to order. The flavors are always new, never anything pretentious or bent on the foodporn market. If you're looking for pistachio crumbles, cheap cheddar, carbocreme, and Dubai cheese, go elsewhere. Extremely friendly staff, prices in line with the quality offered, great attention to customer requests. Finally, a special mention for a company that is very focused on ecology. You can see it from the packaging of their sandwiches and fried foods, and from the ability to separate practically everything into special containers. For me, it's a 10/10.
